Called 2 Christ

Called to Christ is a podcast about turning away from culture and running toward the call of Jesus. In a world that defines identity, truth, and purpose on its own terms, Christ calls us to something higher. Just like in Matthew 4:19, He invites us to leave everything — even what feels normal or accepted — and follow Him. No matter your background, your past, or your culture, the call is the same: will you leave the world behind and follow Christ?

Don't Die In The Wilderness || The Promised Land Isn't All It's Cracked Up To Be

In this episode we take look at the gift of the Promised Land and how we get so caught up in this idea we have for it that we allow our expectations to override a description the Lord gave us. For them it was a land full of milk and honey, expect what they didn't know it would require conquering the land first to get it. Let's explore the idea of not allowing what we see in our promised land to keep us from trusting in God and what he has declared over our lives and remember that he will never leave us nor forsake us. SO why would he bring us through the wilderness to leave us to fend for ourselves in the promise land?

UnDone || The Reality of Undoing Traditions and More

As someone who has been walking this walk with God for a little while now, something I've dealt with for a while is juggling the thought of disappointing God because I feel like I'm not doing enough work for God.Sometimes I have to talk things out and I realized that I struggle because I've always allowed the words of those around me to triumph that of Christ's voice, or I allow the traditions that I learned in church to be what I felt drew me near to God. In this episode we discuss how to practically stop leaning on the voices of others and truly focus on the voice of the Lord for the direction in our lives.

What Doesn't Kill You Makes You Stronger || Breakups

This episode was harder for me than I thought it would be. It wasn't really something I thought I'd share honestly. I actually avoided recording this episode for some days because it was bringing up old wounds that I thought I was okay with by now. I know if it was tough for me to talk about what I experienced, I know it is probably tough for those of you who have experienced something similar or even worse than what I did. I just want to tell you, you are not alone, at night you may be weary but JOY comes in the morning! Give the break up to God and let him heal you. Allow God to walk you through the grief. In this episode we discuss 5 ways to know whether or not that person you are with or were with are from God or not, using scripture and details from my personal experience from my dealings with a person I thought was from the Lord. I know Valentines Day may have been triggering to you, but I don't want that for you anymore. Lets learn from our mistakes and remember to count it all joy because we learned endurance and it built up our faith In Christ. If you enjoyed this episode please like, comment, and subscribe. What To Do In Your Single Season

Honestly this episode couldn't have come at a better time. A lot of times we get so caught up in what we don't have that we forget to celebrate what we do have which is singleness. There is a beauty in singleness that I think we really over look due to FOMO, when in reality what if our timeline just doesn't match the Lord's for when our relationship status will go from single to dating to married. In this episode we discuss what to do with your singleness based upon the story of Ruth and the 5 stages of singleness. As another dateless Valentines Day goes by, I don't want you to get hung up on what you don't have anymore. This year we are loving ourselves more and more.If you enjoyed this episode please like, comment, and subscribe. Also please share with whomever God lays on your heart that may need this. Lastly join the conversation, post on our community wall on YouTube, I would love to hear from you. Seeking God, Finding Yourself

In this episode, "Seeking God, Finding Yourself," we are discussing what happens when you take the time to actually seek God about everything going on in your life.Sometimes we allow the stressors of the world to get to us. Being married by 25, having kids before 30, etc. etc. But the truth and reality is that we allow the world to dictate things that God has already planned out for us. Which we can get the blueprint and details of that plan when we wholeheartedly seek the Lord about his plans for our lives. Not just in some parts of your life but in every part of it. God wants to be included in EVERYTHING. Matthew 7:7 tells us to ask, seek, and knock and that in response we will receive, find and doors will be opened unto you. But that happens when include God in it all.So lets get into this episode and lets talk. Feel free to comment and join in on the conversation or post to our community board on Youtube on how this episode helped you in anyway. I would love to hear from you!!

    Entering Into Your Promised Land

As we enter into 2026, a lot of us have received promises from the Lord. We have held on to those promises near and dear to our hearts, and they seem so close we can almost touch them.As we near our promised lands, Scripture shows us that there is a way to receive what God has for us. In this episode, we dive deeper into what that looks like and how we can walk into God’s promises with open arms and open hands—without repeating the mistakes we see the Israelites make that kept them from entering the promised land the way God intended. We want to be prepared when we step into the promised land. We don’t want to get there unsure, unready, or overwhelmed by what we’re facing. This conversation is about posture, obedience, trust, and preparation—so that when God says “now,” our hearts are aligned and ready to move.If you feel like you’re standing right at the edge of what God has promised you, or if you’ve been wrestling with fear, doubt, or waiting longer than you expected, this episode is for you.✨ Listen in, reflect with us, and let’s prepare together. If this episode blesses you, don’t forget to like, comment, share, and subscribe so you never miss a new episode. The Aftermath of Disobedience, What Do You Do?

🤍 Episode Note + Thank You for Your Grace 🤍This episode is a little late—thank you for your patience. Life felt overwhelming, but I’m learning to create better rhythms and show up with intention moving forward.⚠️ Quick correction: I misspoke on the scripture references during the episode. The correct passages are 1 Chronicles 7:14 and Acts 3:19—please be sure to read the caption and your Bible alongside the episode. This conversation is about how we respond after a season of disobedience—choosing to run to the Father instead of away from Him. There is grace, restoration, and direction when we turn back to God with a willing heart. If this episode helped you understand what to do moving forward after a stint of disobedience, I’d love to hear from you in the comments 🤍Don’t forget to like, comment, share, and subscribe to help this message reach someone who may need it today.Grace is still calling. Trusting God When You Struggle With Trust

Trusting in God is not an easy task when you feel like its hard for you to trust people, let alone allow for them to gain your trust. Well let's talk about it because God ain't no stranger on the street. He knows more about you than you know about yourself, so He should be the FIRST person we trust, yet it still isn't as easy as it sounds. We are going to cover the practicality in actually trusting in God the right way and how to remove our humanness from the way we view God, to view Him in his all compassing glory. To see Him through a God lens. I pray that as you are watching or listening to this episode that God meets you where you are and you get to experience the freedom that comes with truly and fully trusting in God with your whole heart. Transition Seasons | The Pretty Ugly Truth

At some point in all of our lives, God will call us to go through a transition season, and there is no guesstimating how long the transition will be. But in that transition, we need to remember that the focus isn't on the transition itself, but following God as He is taking us from one season to the next. The Israelites are the greatest example we have when looking at a group of peoples transition in the Bible. Which can be found in Exodus all the way to Joshua. This is 40 years worth of traveling these people experienced, all because they could not see the transition for what it was. As you are in a transition currently, or have been in one, or may be in one in the near future, I pray that you allow God to be God and you just follow behind Him because sometimes we find ourselves moving at a faster pace than God because we are ready for the promised thing, not realizing that the transition is the development we need to be able to attain the promise that God has for us. Our key scriptures for this episode is Exodus 13: 17-18 as well as Psalms 23 in its entirety. Seek the Lord during this time to better understand what He wants to share and reveal to you during your transition season. Love y'all and can't wait to hear how God has been moving in your lives as you slow down to actually follow him on this journey. Identity In Christ

Knowing who you are in Christ is so important. When you don't you are easily lead astray and the world will take you fast. And I know, I experienced it for myself. When you come to fully understand who you are in Christ, you begin to value yourself in the things of God and not of the world because the world is ever changing and will one day wither away. I hope my story about how the Lord began the correct how I saw myself concerning my identity helps you beyond measure. The scriptures I mentioned in todays video are:2 Corinthians 5:17 (NLT)Colossians 2:3 (NLT)Amos 3:3 (NLT)Psalms 139:13-16 (MSG)Matthew 5:13-14 (NLT)I pray that as you are dealing with Identity that you surrender how you view yourself and the way the world views you to God so that He can open your eyes to see yourself in the way that He sees you!Check out our website to stay informed https://ciceleynmiles.wixsite.com/called2christ
