Genesis 1:28 NIV 28 God blessed them and said to them, “Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky and over every living creature that moves on the ground.”

Gen. 1: 28 – “ 28  Then God blessed them, and God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it; have DOMINION over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over every living thing that moves on the earth.”

That’s an expression of dominion. Jesus one day came across a man who had been paralyzed for 38 years. 38 years laying on a mat. 38 years held down by Satan on a mat. 38 years in bondage to this mat. John 5: 8-9 – Then Jesus said to him, “Get up! Pick up your mat and walk.” 9 At once the man was cured; he picked up his mat and walked.”

The Law of Total Surrender Law of total surrender says, “All I am and all that I have belongs to God.” Jesus made some shocking statements: Luke 14:26 – “If anyone comes to me and does not hate father and mother, wife and children, brothers and sisters—yes, even their own life—such a person cannot be my disciple.”

We have been studying the subject of dominion. Our goal is to help move believers to EMPOWERED stage of spiritual life. Psa. 8:6 – “You have made [man] to have dominion over the works of Your hands; You have put all things under his feet.”
