We live in a challenging time, especially for women. Femininity isn't honored nor promoted in our culture as it should be. As believers who value God's creation, we have an obligation to display, encourage, and honor femininity, and it begins right here, in the church. Pastor Tim, Rebecca and Ian will all share their hearts in this message.

How do we become spiritual adults and how do we remain spiritual adults? What are the qualities of spiritual adulthood? Let's be challenged together to grow up spiritually as we also become more emotionally mature.

Emotionally Healthy Christianity is our goal, and for us to grow spiritually, often we need to break the power that our past has on us. Often we are unaware of emotional baggage which holds us back spiritually. God's desire is for us to live joyfully in the present by breaking free from the destructive sinful patterns of our past.

Let's walk through a door into a very alive, powerful and liberating relationship with Jesus! Many Christians feel stuck spiritually, so we are beginning a four week journey toward greater emotional health and spiritual maturity. Let's confront the crisis of our false selves, dismantle it, and set ourselves up for authentic Christian living.

Christians very quickly say that they serve one God. But, we are challenged in the Scriptures to assess our hearts, because it's possible that we have another god which is elevated above the one true God. That god has a name in the Bible, and it's MAMMON.

Life often feels like a journey in the hot sun on the road to your destiny. God has placed you on the path to life, but it's not an easy road. We must endure to the end and DON'T GIVE UP! But how?

The Bible speaks of two roads that humanity is walking down. One is massive and wide to accommodate the huge number of people on it. The other is narrow and windy, but it leads to an amazing destination. Which one are you on? Who are your traveling companions?

God has made our lives a WORK ZONE, and His goal is to renew and reconstruct broken areas of our lives. The enemy tries to destroy us, but God desires to demolish the works of the enemy and reconstruct our lives better than ever! Discover the power that's available through a renewed mind and the power of the Holy Spirit.

God desires to make our lives a WORK ZONE, but before the construction begins, there first needs to be some DEMOLITION. What in your live needs to be demolished? What needs to be taken out to make way for the good things God has planned for you on the blueprints He has designed for your life?

Every one of our lives is a "work zone". God is working in us and on us, to shape and mold us into His image, but it can often be a messy process. It's all about character renewal. It's about taking off the old and putting on the new. Are you willing to allow God to create a "work zone" to transform the wounded and flawed areas of your life?

Our Christian walk is a journey. Ahead are roadblocks, detours, winding roads and exit ramps. How do we best navigate our walk with God on a daily basis?

Satan wants you to quit. He desires you to give up and give in to his will for your life. Don't be a quitter, because your life has purpose! If you're still breathing, you've not yet fulfilled your purpose in life, and you have a destiny you have yet to reach.

As we launch into a new year, it's critical we prioritize God and His participation in our lives. Let's leave the past in the past and reach forward to the new horizons He has for us as we engage with Him and receive His vision for the year ahead.

Most of us are familiar with the Christmas story. We've heard about the manger and the birth of Jesus every year for as long as we can remember. Discover how the message of the angels to Mary, Joseph and the Shepherds is the same message God desires for us to see renewed in our hearts. With the proper footings, a house can stand for many, many years. Wise builders follow the best practices of the experts. How does this correlate with the wisdom of obeying the words of Christ?

Have you ever felt and acted GRUMPY? Of course, we all have! But, it's miserable to remain grumpy, because all we are doing is looking at the negative in our lives and it takes us deeper into personal misery. Then, we often try to medicate ourselves with unhealthy or sinful activity. It's time to break that cycle and move from GRUMPY to GRATEFUL. Discover God's plan to totally shift your attitude and become a brighter light for Him!

What is it about the mustard that was so important, initiating three of the writers of The Gospels to mention Jesus' story about it? How does mustard apply to us, and how can we embrace the powerful teaching that Jesus gave regarding faith?

How do we wise up to recognize and discern what is happening around us in today's culture? How can we wise up and make a difference, while remaining pure before God and protecting ourselves from the spirit of lawlessness?

We are promised in the Scriptures the God that as believers, He is with us and will not forsake us. What a blessing! Even though He will never leave us, we can, through our own unfaithfulness, remove ourselves from Him and suffer consequences. How do we stay under the protection and blessing of God?

In our quest to be "enduring believers," what are some best practices and habits to strengthen our walk with God? How do we protect our hearts, walk in wisdom, and remain focused in our relationship with the Lord? Pastor Tim will share seven habits that he's seen work in his life and in the lives of others who stay on fire and are passionate about Jesus.

Our words have power! In fact, Scriptures tell us that the power of death and life are in the tongue. Our words can build up or tear down. They can bring harm or bring healing. Since words flow from our hearts, what should we do? How can we tame our tongues to be instruments of God's power and grace?

Jesus is coming soon! We believe this, but that statement creates a lot of questions. What should be be doing while anticipating Jesus' return? When will He come, and who will be taken in the rapture? And, what about the Antichrist and the Tribulation? How do we endure until Jesus comes?

Praise. What does it really accomplish? The largest book in the Bible focuses on this one topic, praise. But why? And how can we express praise in a Biblical fashion?

So often we find ourselves in difficult and challenging situations where we wonder if there is some type of a deeper reason why we are walking through the trial. How can we know if God is testing us? And if he is, what should we do?

Are you hungry for more of God in your life? Really, do you desire more of his presence to guide, comfort, convict, heal, empower and draw you closer to Him? Honestly, every one of us need to develop a HOLY HUNGER for more of His presence. A HOLY HUNGER for more of the Holy Spirit, active and working in our lives. Let's make our time on this earth count until Jesus returns.

There are certain weapons we have been given to advance in our lives spiritually, but there is one particular weapon that is seldom recognized and often goes unused. It is a powerful gift from God. Since it's a gift, we can't earn it and we certainly don't deserve it. This gift moves mountains and it falls like rain. So, what is it and how do we utilize it?

What's the difference between God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit, and does it even matter? Let's cut through the confusion, enlarge our understanding of God, encounter Him, and surge forward spiritually with new confidence!

Every believer experiences doubt from time to time, but we can overcome it! Walking in doubt will bring instability and restlessness to our lives and result in our prayers not being answered. So, what is doubt and how do we overcome it?

When everything seems to be at a standstill in your life, and God's promises seem distant, what do we do? How do we live in the moment when our prayers seem to go unanswered?

Pastor Tim wraps up his Marriage and Family series with a conversation with two of our Church Elders.

How can we build relationships which last, because inevitably, someone will let us down with words, actions or attitudes which have the potential to destroy the relationship. Is there a solution?
