The Life in You That Never Made It Out
What if the "spirit" you're desperately trying to find was never somewhere else to begin with? Fresh from the MindBodySpirit Festival and over forty soul contract readings, Daniel Darman and Elinor Moshe sit down to confront a quiet lie running through the collective: that spirit is "out there" and you are "in here." When you treat the spiritual as distant, exotic or optional, you avoid the one encounter that actually changes anything — meeting the part of you that never left. In this episode of Resonant Truth, Daniel and Elinor move from festival floor to inner architecture — using Soul Contract Numerology, QHHT (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique), and their own initiations to expose how we externalise power, outsource responsibility, and romanticise "the soul" while starving the body that's meant to house it. This is not a conversation about performances of spirituality, but about becoming fit for purpose: a life where spirit is not a concept you visit, but a reality you embody. What We Discuss – Why treating spirit as "out there" is the safest way to never meet it – How the Soul Contract spiritual triangle reveals the architecture beneath your personality – The lie of separation and why denying divination is really denying yourself – QHHT, higher self transmissions and the shock of being told the truth without negotiation – Reincarnation, wasted lives and what your soul carries after death – The cost of building a life on un-met spiritual frequencies – Integration as spiritual alchemy — upgrading body, nervous system and stamina to hold more spirit – Why manifestation collapses when you realise you are the field, not the beggar at its edge – How to stop searching outside the house for blueprints written on your own walls Hosts: Daniel Darman & Elinor Moshe Produced by: Truth of You © 2025 Truth of You Website: truthofyou.com.au Instagram: @theelinormoshe | @thedanieldarman

The Spell of Ownership
What if nothing you call "mine" was ever yours to begin with? Most of us spend our lives gripping identities, homes, partners, dreams, and even our own bodies as if they belong to us. We chase stability through possession — only to discover that everything we hold eventually slips away. In this episode of Resonant Truth, Daniel Darman and Elinor Moshe dismantle the illusion of ownership — tracing it from childhood imprinting to legal fiction, from ancient tribal memory to modern collapse. What begins as "my house," "my job," "my partner," "my truth" becomes a profound revelation: ownership is the spell, stewardship is the medicine. Whether you're clinging to a dissolving role, a relationship facing change, or an identity breaking open, this episode invites you to stop gripping and start relating — not through control, but through conscious participation. What We Discuss – Why nothing you cling to is ever truly yours – How childhood forms the first spell of "mine" – Mortgages, borders & legal fiction: the mechanics of claiming the unclaimable – Ownership as ego-armor: fear, identity, and survival coding – How possession fuels conflict, nationalism & war – Stewardship vs ownership — the higher path of conscious relating – The soul's view: why you cannot lose what was never yours – Liberation through release — what happens when you stop gripping life Hosts: Daniel Darman & Elinor Moshe Produced by: Truth of You © 2025 Truth of You Website: truthofyou.com.au Instagram: @theelinormoshe | @thedanieldarman

Games of Sand
Most of us spend our lives building beautiful structures on invisible sand — careers, relationships, identities that look solid from the street until the ground gives way. Collapse feels like failure, but what if it's not punishment at all? What if the earth is simply telling you: you were never standing on me. In this episode of Resonant Truth, Daniel Darman and Elinor Moshe dismantle the illusion of stability. Together they trace the layers beneath every collapse — the soul foundations we inherited from other lifetimes, the womb imprints we absorbed before birth, and the childhood patterns that shaped our sense of safety and worth. What begins as a crisis of identity becomes a return to ground zero — where truth, not illusion, can finally take root. Whether your world has recently fallen apart or you feel the quiet tremor beneath your feet, this conversation invites you to stop patching the roof and start rebuilding from the soil of your own being. Together, we ask – What if your collapse isn't destruction but excavation — revealing what was never real? – How much of what you call "you" was built on someone else's blueprint? – Can you find safety in instability — and strength in starting again? – And what if rebuilding means remembering what the soul already knows? In this episode – The illusion of stability — why success built on false ground must eventually fall – Three layers of foundation — soul memory, womb imprint, and childhood conditioning – The seven pillars of life — health, home, money, purpose, relationships, creativity, spirituality – Shadow work through pattern recognition — tracing collapse to its root rule – Re-parenting and re-patterning — how to meet the parts of you that never learned safety – The body as archive — nervous-system repair and the somatic language of truth – Maslow revisited — from survival to self-transcendence as the true architecture of growth – Rebuilding with love — why every lasting structure must be born of devotion, not performance Hosts: Daniel Darman & Elinor Moshe Speakers: Daniel Darman & Elinor Moshe Produced by: Truth of You © 2025 Truth of You Website: truthofyou.com.au Instagram: @theelinormoshe | @thedanieldarman

Equality Isn't Equal
There are words we rally behind — and then there are words that flatten us. Few are more unquestioned than "equality." It sounds noble, obvious, incontestable. But if equality were the answer, why do equal boxes on a broken system still leave people blind at the fence? Why does sameness so often erase what is specific, necessary, and true? This episode isn't about dismissing fairness — it's about exposing the paradigm hiding inside the word. We trace how "equality" collapses difference into sameness, how corporate quotas and social slogans become games within games, and how our loudest calls for balance ignore the inequalities inside our own psyches. What if the real move isn't equality, but integration and right relationship? Whether you fight for equal outcomes or feel erased by one-size-fits-all fixes, this conversation asks you to zoom out — from policy to paradigm, from systems to soul. Together, we ask: – What if equality is a measurement model (sameness), not a moral absolute — and often the wrong tool for the job? – What if the outcomes you want require equity, context, and care — not symmetry? – What if the deepest "inequality" is internal: overdeveloped parts running the show while neglected parts never reach the table? – And what if the aim beyond equality is integration, harmony, and right proportion — not identical shares? In this episode: – Equality vs equity vs harmony: why sameness isn't balance, justice, or wholeness – Games within games: quotas and corporate ladders inside top-down pyramids that can't deliver transformation – The iceberg under a word: epistemology 101 — how unseen assumptions "fill in" missing data and rig debates – The fence metaphor (made real): when equal boxes still don't let everyone see — and why context changes everything – Relationship reality check: unequal by design — different strengths, deficits, and needs within a healthy partnership – Personal inequality: mind as CEO, body as ignored minority; food, coping, and the misallocation of time and attention – Kabbalion's correspondence & cause/effect: as within, so without — why collective distortions mirror inner ones – Past lives, ancestry, and imprinting: how buried scripts shape what we call "fair" (and why love is the highest order of equality) – Beyond equality: from flat sameness to integrated wholeness — right proportion, right timing, right care Hosts: Daniel Darman & Elinor Moshe Speakers: Daniel Darman & Elinor Moshe Produced by: Truth of You Copyright: © 2025 Truth of You Website: truthofyou.com.au Instagram: @theelinormoshe & @thedanieldarman

Why You Never Became an Adult
There are milestones we're told will make us adults — and then there are milestones that only dress the child in a bigger suit. We were promised that time, paperwork, and performance would deliver us into maturity: a job, a mortgage, a ring, maybe kids to fix what's broken. But if adulthood is so easily won, why are so many "adults" still run by frightened, unintegrated children wearing the mask of competence? This episode isn't about shaming immaturity — it's about exposing the architecture of it. We track how stress and trauma regress the very executive function we rely on, how external milestones get mistaken for inner rites of passage, and how a culture without elders mass-produces pathologically adolescent lives. What if the problem isn't you, but the myth of adulthood itself? Whether you've checked every box and still feel hollow, or avoided the script and still feel lost, this conversation strips the mask and asks what it actually takes to become an adult — inside. Together, we ask: – What if "adult" isn't an age or achievement, but a rite of passage most people never undergo? – What if stress and trauma regress the brain's CEO — and interns (child parts) start running the boardroom? – What if external milestones (job, marriage, mortgage) say nothing about inner milestones (boundaries, regulation, soul purpose)? In this episode: – Arrested development, explained: why parts of us freeze at the age of impact — and keep making today's decisions – When the CEO leaves the building: the boardroom metaphor for inner leadership (and why interns shouldn't sign contracts) – A real case study: Eleanor's costly contract signed by a child part — and what "adult cleanup" required – Stress → regression: how chronic pressure shuts down executive function and revives primitive coping (games, avoidance, shutdown) – Attachment over autopilot: why relationship patterns mirror early bonds (and how "mindset hacks" miss the depth) – External vs internal milestones: drinking age, degrees, and deeds vs boundaries, emotional range, and true responsibility – Bill Plotkin's arc: child → adolescent → adult → elder — and why spiritually integrated adults (and true elders) are rare – From performance to initiation: moving beyond the IKEA flat-pack life into soul-level purpose and service Hosts: Daniel Darman & Elinor Moshe Speakers: Daniel Darman & Elinor Moshe Produced by: Truth of You Copyright: © 2025 Truth of You Website: truthofyou.com.au Instagram: @theelinormoshe & @thedanieldarman

The Paradox of Freedom
There are promises that inspire — and then there are promises that quietly wound. Few are more seductive than the promise of freedom. It is plastered across coaching programs, packaged in financial formulas, dangled as entrepreneurial independence, or sold through the illusion of lifestyle choice. But if freedom were so easily won, why does it so often collapse into a bigger cage with better wallpaper? This episode isn't about celebrating freedom — it is about confronting the paradox at its core. From the food on our plates to the money in our accounts, from the places we live to the bodies we inhabit, the very things we call "choices" are already framed within constructs we didn't create. To chase freedom is to miss that the chase itself can be another form of bondage. What if freedom isn't the escape we're sold, but the paradox of being both bound and unbound at once? Whether you've fought for independence, pursued financial "freedom," or rebelled against the world only to find yourself in another sandbox, this conversation will take you deeper into the paradox of what freedom is — and isn't. Together, we ask: – What if freedom isn't a permanent state, but a shifting paradox of choice and captivity? – What if financial, entrepreneurial, or personal freedom is still only another construct? – And what if true freedom isn't gained at all, but remembered in the paradox of being both limited and infinite? In this episode: – The everyday illusion of choice: food, fashion, alcohol, mortgages, and social scripts – How financial and entrepreneurial "freedom" can become cages in disguise – The paradox of Saturn and Jupiter in astrology: limitation vs expansion – Why freedom is often running from rather than living as – The power of paradox: collapsing dualities to encounter deeper truths – Cosmic dimensions of freedom, incarnation, and the soul's choice to bind itself in form – The collective cost of personal "freedom" and who pays its hidden price Hosts: Daniel Darman & Elinor Moshe Speakers: Daniel Darman & Elinor Moshe Produced by: Truth of You Copyright: © 2025 Truth of You Website: truthofyou.com.au Instagram: @theelinormoshe & @thedanieldarman

Ask and Ye Shall Not Necessarily Receive
There are promises that inspire — and then there are promises that quietly wound. Few are more repeated in the spiritual lexicon than "Ask and ye shall receive." It sounds simple. It sounds divine. But for many, it's a phrase that has left more silence than solace, more doubt than deliverance. This episode isn't about discarding faith, but about confronting the reality that asking doesn't guarantee receiving — not from family, not from the world, and not even from the divine. Sometimes the cost of asking is punishment. Sometimes the question never leaves your lips because your voice has been too long suppressed. And sometimes the answer does come, but in ways you weren't ready to see. From vows of silence carried across lifetimes, to the subtle politics of asking in relationships, Daniel and Elinor unravel the shadow beneath this spiritual cliché — and what it really means to find your voice in a world that often won't hear it. Whether you've asked and been ignored, asked and been punished, or stopped asking altogether, this conversation is for those who know the ache of unanswered prayers — and the deeper initiation that lives inside them. Together, we ask: – What if asking is less about receiving, and more about reclaiming the right to speak? – What if silence isn't absence, but a wound inherited across lifetimes? – And what if the truest response isn't an answer at all, but a mirror of who you're becoming? In this episode: – The hidden costs of asking: punishment, exile, and silence – Childhood, ancestry, and past-life vows that shape the right to ask – Why "manifestation culture" skips over the deepest wound: not knowing how to ask at all – Personal stories of spiritual abandonment, relationship dynamics, and suppressed needs – The astrology of Mercury and the voice, and what it reveals about expression – Why communication is never just transactional, but an exchange of energy – How learning to ask — even without receiving — becomes an act of sacred defiance Hosts: Daniel Darman & Elinor Moshe Speakers: Daniel Darman & Elinor Moshe Produced by: Truth of You Copyright: © 2025 Truth of You Website: truthofyou.com.au Instagram: @theelinormoshe & @thedanieldarman

Unlearning the Script Called Family
There are roles you inherit before you can even speak — and then there are roles you keep long after they've begun to strangle you. The ones that dictate who you're allowed to be. The ones you didn't choose, but were cast in the moment you arrived. The ones that keep you bound to a story called "family," even when the script is outdated, suffocating, or written by someone else entirely. This episode isn't about rejecting family for the sake of rebellion. It's about breaking the unconscious contract that says love means obedience, that loyalty is more important than individuality, and that proximity is the same thing as care. We're here to walk into the shadow of the family construct — blood, chosen, and soul — to see how it shapes, confines, and sometimes distorts the self. From patriarchal inheritance to soul-level agreements, from dinner table politics to the invisible cords that keep you tethered, Daniel and Elinor open the door to one of the most loaded truths we ever face: your family is not always your home. Whether you've been the obedient daughter, the provider son, the peacekeeper, or the exile, this conversation is for anyone who's felt the dissonance between who their family needs them to be and who they truly are. A space to ask the forbidden questions — and to imagine what love could look like without the role you were cast in. Together, we ask: – What if the role you were given is the very thing keeping you from your soul's purpose? – What if family loyalty is sometimes the mask of control? – And what if your truest family has yet to be found? In this episode: – How patriarchal models of family suppress individuation – The shadow roles we inherit: obedient child, provider, peacekeeper, and more – Personal stories of growing up in frozen homes, religious rules, and unspoken contracts – How lineage trauma and ancestral vows shape the family dynamic for generations – Soul families: what they are, how they find us, and why they're not always easy – The unseen cords that bind you to family — and how to begin untethering – Reframing family through conscious choice, boundaries, and resonance Hosts: Daniel Darman & Elinor Moshe Speakers: Daniel Darman & Elinor Moshe Produced by: Truth of You Copyright: © 2025 Truth of You Website: truthofyou.com.au Instagram: @theelinormoshe & @thedanieldarman

The Sacred Wound
There are wounds that fade with time — and then there are wounds that become time itself. The ones that don't close. The ones that ache through every joy. The ones we don't even know how to name, because they didn't begin with us. They began somewhere far older — in the ancestral, the societal, the cosmic. This episode isn't about curing the incurable. It's about recognising the sacred terrain of wounds that don't heal — and were never meant to. The ones that reveal who you are, not by how they break you, but by what they ask you to carry. From Prometheus bound to a rock, to Chiron's eternal pain, to your own quiet ache that no one else seems to understand — Daniel offers a powerful transmission on the deeper layers of suffering that shape us far beyond psychology. Whether it's the mountain in your heart, the ghost of a divine separation, or the burden of a lineage unprocessed, this conversation is for those who sense there's something profound living in their pain. A kind of wisdom. A kind of memory. A kind of permission to stop trying to fix what was always asking to be honoured. Together, we ask: – What if your deepest wound is your deepest connection to the divine? – What if healing isn't closure, but acknowledgement? – And what if walking wounded isn't failure — but a sacred initiation? In this episode: – Mythological archetypes of unhealed pain: Chiron, Prometheus, Frodo, Arya & Batman – The 5 layers of wounding: physical, psychological, ancestral, societal, and cosmic – How avoidance creates blocks, and sacredness creates space – The truth about toxic positivity and performative healing culture – Personal stories of archetypal descent, mystical encounters & divine grief – Why some wounds can only be witnessed, not resolved — and that's enough Hosts: Daniel Darman & Elinor Moshe Speaker: Daniel Darman Produced by: Truth of You Copyright: © 2025 Truth of You Website: truthofyou.com.au Instagram: @theelinormoshe & @thedanieldarman

Just Go Within, Bro
At the centre of this episode lies a silent frustration — not with inner work itself, but with the empty slogans that have come to define it. This is the funeral for "just go within": the most overused, underexamined spiritual advice of our time. A flat-packed phrase that sounds wise, but often leaves people more lost than found. But what if your struggle to go within isn't because you're doing it wrong — but because you were never shown how to do it right? What if the inner world is not a temple, but a war zone, an abandoned office, or a wounded landscape no one prepared you to face? This episode is for those who've sat in silence and found only chaos, who've journaled and meditated and still felt broken, and who've been told that enlightenment is just a mindset shift away. We explore how the advice to "go within" has been weaponised — especially against men, the traumatised, and the overwhelmed — and why real inner work requires safety, guidance, and more than a high-five from a motivational meme. Together, we dismantle the myth of the inner world as inherently accessible, and instead ask the deeper questions: who are you meeting when you go within? What tools are you taking with you? And what if the part of you that can't go deeper is trying to protect you? In this episode: – A funeral for "just go within" and its spiritual bypassing – Soul fragmentation, unsafe terrain & the myth of the golden inner world – Why sacred space, structure & surrender matter more than silence – The masculine distortion in motivational "inner work" culture – Personal stories of collapse, empty offices, archetypal chaos & guidance – How to create real inner safety, connection, and meaningful descent Hosts: Elinor Moshe & Daniel Darman Produced by: Truth of You Copyright: © 2025 Truth of You Website: truthofyou.com.au Instagram: @theelinormoshe & @thedanieldarman 🜂 You were never broken for struggling to go within. A Funeral for Willpower
At the centre of this episode lies a quiet death — not of ambition or potential, but of the false engine we were taught to trust. This is the funeral for willpower: the part of us that believed force could equal freedom, that discipline alone could overwrite distortion, and that trying harder was the answer when life stopped working. But what if your inability to move forward — your burnout, your heaviness, your collapse — isn't weakness at all? What if it's the wisdom of your system refusing to betray itself again? This episode is for those who have pushed past every warning sign, silenced the body's no with another to-do list, and kept performing long after the soul has left the room. We explore the ways willpower has been weaponised against truth — in our careers, our families, our healing, and our identity — and why transformation without integration always leads us back to the same place: stuck, ashamed, exhausted, and still convinced it's our fault. Together, we dismantle the mythology of effort-as-worth and return to the deeper questions: what part of you is doing the doing? What belief is being upheld? And what would it mean to reclaim power without force? In this episode: – A eulogy for willpower and the mythology of "just try harder" – Nervous system burnout, soul fatigue & energetic obesity – The false scripts of people-pleasing, performance, and productivity – The shadow of the solar plexus and arrested power development – Personal stories of collapse, trauma loops, and spiritual misalignment – Why transformation demands safety, not pressure — and how to know the difference Hosts: Elinor Moshe & Daniel Darman Produced by: Truth of You Copyright: © 2025 Truth of You Website: truthofyou.com.au Instagram: @theelinormoshe & @thedanieldarman 🜂 You were not meant to run on effort alone. I'm Not All Here
At the heart of this episode lies a confronting recognition: not all of you is here. Through the language of soul loss, fragmentation, and archetypal distortion, we explore what it means to live as a self incomplete — one whose executive function, willpower, identity, and emotions may be governed by parts of the psyche not fit for leadership, or not even present at all. This is not a personal failing. It is a collective fracture — one that many of us carry quietly, believing we are whole simply because we are functional. But what if your stuckness, burnout, or inability to "just do the thing" is not laziness or lack of discipline… but a deeper truth: that part of you left a long time ago? We speak to the real terrain of healing — beyond affirmations, beyond self-help — and into the sacred reclamation of the parts that were exiled, weakened, or never welcomed to begin with. In this episode: – Fragmentation, soul loss & why some parts simply aren't with you – The myth of wholeness and the illusion of executive functioning – Soul retrieval, IFS, shamanism & archetypal reintegration – How astrology reflects inner absence and unconscious roles – When willpower isn't enough — and what's really needed instead – What part is running your business? A Channelled Descent into Identity - Part 3
In the final chapter of our three-part identity series, we close the loop where all true paths must end — in dissolution. Not into nothingness, but into everything. In this transmission, we strip away the last disguise: the illusion of the observer, the final mask of the ego. We speak to the sacred terror that underlies modern identity — the fear of death, not just of the body, but of the constructed self. What does it mean to be truly alive when the 'me' dissolves? Why do humans cling to beliefs they never chose? And how do you begin to surrender to a self that no longer needs to be defended? This is a transmission about union through separation, choice through unconsciousness, and the liberation that comes when you stop believing your mask is your face. We explore: Why people hold on to inherited beliefs as sacred, even if they never chose them How unconscious acceptance builds identity through fear, survival, and projection The illusion of the 'observer' as the final egoic veil before pure being Personality as camouflage — protection, not expression The soul's journey: from separation to reunion with the All The real reason identity without a "me" feels like death Why truth cannot be held, only surrendered into We conclude with a call — not to abandon the path, but to walk it with greater courage, nuance, and devotion. To balance seriousness with joy. Inner with outer. Separation with surrender. The path of identity doesn't end with a new definition of self. It ends when the need for a definition dissolves into being. Thank you for walking this transmission with us. ✨ Key Quotes "You think you're afraid of death — but what terrifies you is life without the version of you you've grown used to." "Even the observer is a mask. The real truth does not observe. It simply is." "The danger isn't wearing a mask. It's forgetting you're wearing one." "There is only one Truth — and it is infinite, eternal, and utterly beyond you." 🧘 Reflections & Practices Sit with the question: Where did my beliefs come from — and what part of me chose to accept them? Observe what parts of your identity feel fixed, then ask: Is this me, or a mask I forgot to take off? Begin noticing where you hold onto "knowing" as a survival reflex Explore your personal relationship with death: not just physically, but symbolically Balance opposites — joy and sorrow, solitude and connection, silence and expression — and notice what opens up in the space between

A Channelled Descent into Identity - Part 2
In this second transmission of our three-part identity series, we channel a message beyond the conscious mind to explore the true nature of identity, its multidimensional origins, and its entanglement with fear, memory, and survival. What emerges is not a tidy answer, but a dismantling — of what you've assumed yourself to be. Together, we ask: Who are you when you strip away language, memory, and belief? What happens to identity when it has no container, no script, no mirror? This episode delves into the hollowing space between worlds — where identity dies, and something greater begins to whisper. We speak to the haunting role of language as both a container and a distortion field. We examine how logic, reason, morality, and ideals can become defence mechanisms — structures built to avoid the void. We journey through: The death of identity without memory, belief or language Language as a sandbox that builds — and limits — the self The transition from Saturn (structure) to Pluto (transformation) as the ruler of collective consciousness How perception can be purified — not discarded — in the path to deeper truth Why morality and logic often protect us from confronting what we truly are The hidden distortion in sound, syntax, and the vibrational frequency of words Rebirth through paradox, duality, and surrender to the Absolute This is not for the faint-hearted. It's for those ready to stand at the precipice of their known self and let it fall away. ✨ Key Quotes "You're trying to put identity into a vacuum — it's exactly where identity goes to die." "Language is not just words. It's a frequency field. A drift away from truth if you're not careful." "Even logic can become a lie when it bypasses the soul's knowing." "Perception isn't inherently flawed — it's only unrefined." "You think you're afraid of death, but what you're really afraid of… is being born into who you truly are." 🔍 Further Explorations The mythic cycles of death and rebirth: Jesus, the Phoenix, Neo Advaita Vedanta and Daoist nonduality as antidotes to identity fixation Linguistic relativity: how your language shapes your reality Sound, resonance, and the loss of meaning through phonetic mismatch Using experience and inner perception as a calibration system for truth

A Channelled Descent into Identity - Part 1
In this opening transmission of our three-part identity series, we channel a message beyond the conscious mind to explore the true nature of identity, its multidimensional origins, and its entanglement with fear, memory, and survival. What emerges is not a tidy answer, but a dismantling — of what you've assumed yourself to be. We ask: What is identity actually made of? How much of it exists independently of fear, memory, and narrative? Why do we mistake the voice in our head for the one living our life? How much of 'self' is simply a rehearsed reaction to pain? This episode lays the groundwork for uncovering identity not as a truth, but as a construct — forged by separation, reinforced by fear, and evolved through inner contradiction. Welcome to the unraveling. Key Themes Identity as a measure of separation from the All The dimensional structure of self-awareness Separation vs unity: the strange loop of duality The voice in your head and the illusion of "I" Identity as a reaction to environmental and evolutionary pressure Survival and transcendence as twin forces of human evolution The morality of survival vs top-down service to the All Dragons, archetypes, and mythic metaphors for fear and growth Hosts: Elinor Moshe & Daniel Darman Produced by: Truth of You Copyright: © 2025 Truth of You Website: truthofyou.com Instagram: @theelinormoshe and @thedanieldarman If something stirred, sit with it. I Am Who I Think I Am
We live by the story we tell ourselves—about who we are, what we're like, what we're capable of. But what if that entire story is just a survival structure? A mask made of memory and mimicry, passed off as identity? In this episode of Resonant Truth, we hold a funeral for the deeply embedded illusion that you are who you think you are. We explore how the mind builds its idea of "you" through past experiences, inherited scripts, and unconscious defence mechanisms—and how that idea becomes a prison. Because the truth is, you aren't who you think you aren't either. Even the rebel who tries to break free is often still caught in the same cage, just facing the opposite wall. So what lies beyond all that thinking? What remains when the concepts die? This isn't a conversation of self-help slogans or surface-level inspiration. It's a slow, honest descent into the hollow frameworks of identity—so we can begin to feel what's underneath them. You Can't Buy Your Way Home
At the heart of this episode lies a quiet but piercing truth: you cannot buy your way home. Fresh from the MindBodySpirit Festival, we reflect not just on what we witnessed, but on what it revealed—about the culture of spiritual consumption, the collective longing to be told who we are, and the deeper resistance to doing the work required to truly return to ourselves. This is not a critique of others, but a compassionate dissection of a lie we've all lived—the fantasy that someone else can give us our truth. In this conversation, we lay that lie to rest, and begin to ask the harder questions: what is truth if not a product? And what is the cost of truly coming home? Welcome to Resonant Truth
Resonant Truth isn't about knowing more. It's about meeting what's already true — beneath the performance, beneath the story, beneath the self. In this opening episode, we set the tone for what this space is, and just as importantly, what it isn't. We speak to why we're drawn to the deeper architecture of truth — not as something we can hand over, but something we continually return to. We share a little of who we are, the nature of our connection, and the path that brought us here. Not from biography, but from the moments that split something open. Unconscious Frames and Patterning: Frames create predictability and routine, shaping our habits and identity. Most frames are set by age 7, influencing perspectives and behaviors without conscious awareness. Awareness of unuseful frames often arises when individuals face frustration and a disconnect between actions and desired outcomes. Establishment of Frames: Frames are established early in life, rooted in subconscious patterns, behaviors, and beliefs. Early childhood and environmental influences contribute to the formation of initial frames. Reframing Process: Reframing involves intentional visualization of desired outcomes and aligning actions with future goals. Frustration acts as a signal for misalignment between current frames and desired results. Transitioning from a present state to a desired state requires focusing on what one truly wants. Identifying and Reframing Unconscious Patterns: The guest shares a personal experience of reframing a common generational frame about success. A vibe check from the body, recognizing physiological responses, serves as an effective tool for evaluating frame alignment. Intuitive sensing and shifts in underlying patterns are facilitated through physiological awareness. Physiology in Reframing: Physiological responses, such as gut instincts and body vibes, offer valuable insights into alignment with frames. The subconscious mind, distributed throughout the body, guides beliefs, behaviors, and values. Shownotes If you love what you're listening to, make sure to subscribe to Deconstructing YOU. It concludes by highlighting the connection between personal healing and healing on a national level. Takeaways The major dysfunctions people suffer from stem from an injury to love and belonging. Positive formative experiences contribute to our health and mental well-being. Intergenerational abuse and neglect can shape our conditioning and role models. Listening to those in pain and understanding the societal environment are crucial for healing. The child is never to blame for family dynamics. The symptoms that children exhibit are often a result of an unhealthy family environment or dysfunctional and abusive dynamics. Intergenerational trauma can affect present-day relationships and well-being. Individual healing is key to breaking the cycle of intergenerational trauma. Healing on a personal level is interconnected with healing on a national level. Parents can seek help through books, specialists, and building community to improve their parenting skills. Creating healthy boundaries and open communication is essential in parenting. Personal healing requires recognizing and addressing what is not working in one's life. Healing is necessary to experience fulfillment and to break harmful patterns. The impact of past generations' trauma is still deeply embedded within us. Healing is not a woo-woo concept but a natural state that allows for peace, safety, and love. The mistreatment of others and the justification of it is a mental health issue. Change and healing start within ourselves and extend to the larger society.
