Welcome back! In today's episode we are talking about delusion. Sometimes we see ourselves to be better or worse at something that we are not. Or we believe something about ourselves that is not at all true. So the question is: How do you perceive yourself? And who are you truly?

In today's episode, we tackle the deadly sin of boredom! It is really not good to be bored and it's also a sign that you may have fallen into the trap of mediocrity. We explore how to combat this with a curious mindset and give you some tips on how best to cultivate this ability.
