Lesson-94 Embrace the inner spaciousness of the present
Embrace the inner spaciousness of the present It's a notion that invites us to dive deep into the realm of the now, to let go of the burdens of the past and the anxieties of the future. In this moment, there is a vast expanse waiting to be explored, a space where our thoughts and emotions can roam freely. As I embark on this journey of stream of consciousness, I find myself drawn to the idea of spaciousness. It's a concept that goes beyond physical dimensions; it encompasses the expansiveness of the mind and the soul. In this space, there is room for infinite possibilities, for creativity, for stillness, and for growth. In the hustle and bustle of daily life, it's easy to get caught up in the whirlwind of obligations and distractions. Our minds become cluttered with to-do lists, worries, and regrets. But what if we were to pause for a moment and tune into the spaciousness that resides within us? As I immerse myself in the stream of consciousness, I feel a sense of liberation. The weight of the past lifts off my shoulders, and the worries of the future dissolve into the ether. I am left with a sense of pure presence, where time seems to stand still, and I am fully immersed in the richness of the present moment. In this inner spaciousness, I find solace. It's a sanctuary where I can let go of the incessant chatter of my mind and simply be. Here, I can breathe deeply and connect with the rhythm of my breath, grounding myself in the here and now. As I explore the depths of this inner space, I am met with a kaleidoscope of sensations and emotions. I witness the ebb and flow of my thoughts, the rise and fall of my feelings. It's a symphony of experiences, each one unique and fleeting, like ripples on the surface of a pond. In the stream of consciousness, I realize that embracing the inner spaciousness of the present is an act of self-care and self-awareness. It's a conscious choice to cultivate a relationship with ourselves, to honor our needs and desires, and to be fully present for the experiences that unfold before us. In this vast expanse of the present, I find clarity. The noise of the outside world fades away, and I am able to listen to the whispers of my intuition. I am guided by a deep knowing, a wisdom that arises from the depths of my being. As I navigate the stream of consciousness, I am reminded of the importance of balance. While the present offers a spaciousness that allows us to expand and explore, it's also essential to find grounding and stability. It's a delicate dance between surrendering to the flow of the present moment and anchoring ourselves in the roots of our existence. Embracing the inner spaciousness of the present is an invitation to live fully, to savor each moment, and to embrace the beauty and impermanence of life. It's a reminder that in the vastness of the present, there is freedom, there is peace, and there is the opportunity to create a life that is aligned with our deepest values and aspirations. So, I invite you to take a moment, to close your eyes, and to dive into the depths of your own inner spaciousness. Allow yourself to be present, to let go of the past, and to surrender to the infinite possibilities that reside within you. Embrace the inner spaciousness of the present, and discover the magic that unfolds when you fully inhabit the here and now.

Lesson - 1 Be fully present in each moment
Be fully present in each moment It sounds so simple, doesn't it? Just be here, right now, and let everything else fade away. But oh, how the mind loves to wander. It's like a mischievous child, always seeking new adventures, new distractions. But what does it mean to be fully present? It means to immerse yourself in the experience, to let go of the past and the future, and to embrace the now. It means to open your senses, to feel the warmth of the sun on your skin, to hear the birds singing their melodious tunes, to inhale the sweet scent of flowers in bloom. But the mind resists. It pulls you away, dragging you into the labyrinth of thoughts. It takes you to the regrets of yesterday, replaying moments you wish you could change. It takes you to the worries of tomorrow, painting vivid pictures of what might go wrong. It takes you away from the present, from the beauty that unfolds in every passing moment. And yet, the present beckons. It calls to you, whispering promises of joy and peace. It invites you to surrender, to let go of the incessant chatter of the mind. It asks you to embrace the now, to be fully alive in this very moment. But how do you do it? How do you silence the mind's relentless noise? It begins with awareness, with the simple act of noticing. Notice the thoughts as they arise, like passing clouds in the sky. Notice the emotions as they surface, like waves crashing upon the shore. Notice the sensations in your body, the tingling, the warmth, the gentle rhythm of your breath. And then, gently, without judgment, bring your attention back to the present moment. Feel the ground beneath your feet, the solid support that holds you up. Feel the air entering and leaving your lungs, the life force that sustains you. Feel the subtle movements of your body, the subtle dance of existence. Be fully present in each moment. It's not about achieving some grand state of enlightenment. It's about embracing the simplicity of being. It's about finding beauty in the ordinary, in the mundane. It's about fully experiencing life, with all its ups and downs, its joys and sorrows. So, take a deep breath. Feel the rise and fall of your chest. Look around you, really look, and see the world with fresh eyes. Listen, truly listen, to the sounds that surround you. Smell the scents that fill the air. Taste the flavours that dance upon your tongue. Be fully present in each moment, for this moment is all we truly have. Let go of the past, release the future, and dive into the infinite depths of now. Embrace the beauty, the simplicity, and the profoundness of being fully alive in this very moment.

Introduction
Power of now As we think of the phrase power of now," our mind immediately goes to Eckhart Tolle's book, "The Power of Now: A Guide to Spiritual Enlightenment." It's a book that has resonated with many people, myself included. The idea of living in the present moment, of fully embracing the now, is something that has the potential to transform our lives. In the power of now, there is a sense of surrender, of letting go of the past and the future, and fully immersing ourselves in the present moment. It's a concept that can be both simple and profound. Simple because it's about being fully present in whatever we are doing, whether it's eating, walking, or even just breathing. Profound because it reminds us that the present moment is all we ever have and that true peace and happiness can only be found in the now. But oh, how challenging it can be to truly live in the power of now. Our minds are constantly racing, filled with thoughts of the past and the future. We worry about what has happened, what will happen, and we often miss out on the richness of the present moment. We get caught up in regrets and what-ifs, and we forget to truly experience life as it is happening right now. And yet, when we do manage to tap into the power of now, when we are fully present and aware, there is a sense of freedom and aliveness that is indescribable. It's as if we are truly living, rather than just going through the motions. We become acutely aware of the beauty and wonder that surrounds us. The colours seem brighter, the sounds more vibrant, and even the simplest things can bring us immense joy. In the power of now, there is a deep connection to ourselves and to the world around us. We become attuned to our own inner wisdom, to the guidance that comes from within. We trust our instincts and intuition, and we make decisions with clarity and purpose. We let go of the need to control everything and instead surrender to the flow of life. But embracing the power of now is an ongoing practice. It requires patience and mindfulness. It means constantly bringing our attention back to the present moment, gently letting go of thoughts and distractions that pull us away. It means cultivating a sense of gratitude for the here and now, for the gift of being alive. So, I invite you to explore the power of now in your own life. Take a moment to pause, to breathe, and to fully immerse yourself in the present moment. Notice the sensations in your body, the sounds around you, and the thoughts that arise. Allow yourself to be fully present, without judgment or expectation. In the power of now, you may discover a profound sense of peace and joy. You may find that the worries and stresses of the past and future fade away, and all that remains is the beauty and wonder of this moment. Embrace the power of now, and let it guide you on a journey of self-discovery and transformation.
