I played lead trumpet in the high school band. After struggling with personal problems over the years, I am devoted to composing. I create original classic, jazz, spiritual and covers versions of my favorites. All the songs here were composed, arranged using the Sibelius synthesizer. I believe music should reflect the twinkling of stars, sun, moon and mother earth.

    Here is my original song. I played sitar for a number of years in the 1990's era. Like many people I had been inspired by George Harrison to take a serious interest in Indian Music. I use a variety of realistic sounding instruments to include tablas, electric guitar and flute, along with simulation. It was composed, arranged and burned using the Logic Pro X synthesizer. The picture is of the Beatles song of 1967, from which I borrow a form of the name, and my song mimics the prominent synthetic oboe sound.

    This is my cover version of the Beatles song Penny Lane. I use the Logic Pro X to score, arrange and burn the song. My version uses original variations that bring in many orchestral instruments such as French Horn and Violins. The photo is shoes that were popular in my teenage years of the 1960's, called Penny Loafers. As you can see you can put a coin into the flap on on the top.

    Shabbatai The Great By Jai Joseph Noonday Wax

    Here is my original composition for a long piece in the classical tradition. Still similar to my previous songs, I mix blues like harmonies, rock'n roll type rhythms and classical melodies; this composition is much longer than my previous ones. As with classical music in general, the song requires more serious attention. I use a saxophone, brass and strings, drums, bagpipe and synthetic sounds. It was created, arranged and burned using the Logic Pro synthesizer. Shabbatai refers to a great Sabbath, for Jewish law says we are to rest from agriculture every 7X7, 49 years. This allow the earth to regain fertility. The picture is of Moshe/Musa/Moses, to somewhat shift the meaning to designate a magician, The Great Shabbatai. A Magi, or wise man is related etymologically to a magician. I do Not know who the painter is.

It remains an original composition of mine, combining classical, jazz and rock styles. I use a variety of instruments; trumpet, saxophone, strings along with synthesizers. Included are some exciting drums and rhythm changes. I compose and burned the song using the Logic Pro synthesizer.

    Long And Winding Road - Lennon - McCartney adapted By Jai Joseph Noonday Wax

    One of the last songs produced by the Beatles. I put as much as I can of original variations and arrangements to this immortal Paul McCartney prayer-like song. It is all done with the Sibelius Synthesiser, and sounds exactly like real instruments. The picture is based on the 1950 classic movie The Wizard of Oz, one of the first popular movies in color.

    Here is my adaption of a song that brings back memories of my childhood some 50 years ago. The original version of Try to Remember is from the musical comedy The Fantasticks, written by Tom Jones, 1960. (Not the popular performer of the same name.) I now use the Logic musical software which creates the synthesizer instruments to sound real. My version adds unique variations in rhythm and melodies.

    This is an original composition of mine. It is in a classical mood with the addition of some heavy drums, and blending jazz styles. The song uses a wide variety of instruments. The beagle can cry love like no other animal, and the beagles voice resembles a bugle and shofar. This is my first composition using the Logic Pro synthesizer. The variety of synthetic instruments are almost indistinguishable from the real thing.

    This is my cover version combining two Beatles songs - Things We Said Today and I'll Be Back. My version adds much original variations, harmonies and use of instruments. I have felt these two songs shared a certain sense of 'fate', I cannot find a better word. As it is they both appeared on the soundtrack album of A Hard Day's Night, a movie with The Beatles. I use the Sibelius synthesizer for arranging and burning the final copy.

These nations had complex teachings about the ant people, and many lived in earthen stone like dwellings called 'kiva's. Ants I believe are the favourite of the Hindu god Brahma, and it amazing that 'kiva' also means 'house of the ants' in Sanskrit.

    A cover version of an Indian Folk Song using a score of Hazrat Vinayat Khan for the base. Fusion music was made worldwide with the help of George Harrison of the Beatles, combining Indian music with modern western styles. You will hear the sitar, organ, flute and other instruments composed, arranged and burned using the Sibelius synthesizer. This song has gone through several versions. The picture is of myself when I played the sitar some 20 years ago. One of the songs I used to play is For The Benefit of Mr. Kite by The Beatles which was a challenge because I have to shift large distances on the danda fretboard.

I try to make my cover versions as originally mine with solos, choice of instruments and arrangement. I arranged and burned this song using the Sibelius Synthesizer.     An original composition mostly in the jazz mood with some mixed classical style synthesizer. I use a 9/4 time signature which is rarely used, and presented a challenge for me to present a rhythm that can be recognized. I used the Sibelius Synthesizer for composition, arrangement and burning; the orchestra instruments are realistic. The picture comes from 3AD Rome I believe. It depicts the story from the ancient Greek ballads of the hero Ulysseses being tempted by beautiful images of women, while tied to the mast so as to not be seduced and abducted by these spirits.

    My own cover version of the Bee Gees song Holiday, one of their first popular recordings. My version is short and sweet, with an original arrangement and solos. The composition and instruments I use were created using the Sibelius Synthesizer, and sound real. The picture is of a 'holiday', celebration, in Hebrew 'simcha' at the Chotel in Jerusalem, a site sacred to Jews and Muslims in particular. Here attended by an organization of women called Women of The Wall.

    Tip-Toe Dance - This is an original composition of mine, a mixture of classical and blues. Classical melodies alternate with jazz rhythms, orchestra instruments with synthesizer. In these troubled times, to be able to create joyful music is a dance on tip-toe so as to not create further imbalances. In Aboriginal mythology, Sky Woman first enters the mother earth by stepping lightly with her toe.

    My cover version of the Art Garfunkel song he wrote when he was with Paul Simon. This is the only song I know of totally original to M. Garfunkel. My version makes variations on the simple, beautiful melody with guitar, and cello solos. The intro is very different from the original. The instruments sound like real ones, and were composed and created using the Sibelius synthesizer. The picture is of my mother, watching me like an owl, so says the Popul Vuh of Aboriginal Mexico.
