There is nothing more powerful than the one who knows who he or she is. They are no longer driven by the forces that brings destruction. You see, you will either be driven by the world and its ways, or you will be led by the Spirit of God.

Only when we align ourselves to the right path, can we then begin to gain understanding as to the path, and the destination we are heading towards.  

When things reach an intolerable level, God uses thesemoments to push us forward out of our lack of concern, where we have tolerated the enemy and its strongholds. Where we have allowed compromise to hold usback.

There are times in life where God gives you a word, and it becomes your message. As I have had to take hold of it and walk it out, it has in-fact empowered me to now speak it to others.

Life is complicated at the best of times. We will never understand the fullness of what their full story is. We can never own someone else’s journey, but we can make a difference when we gain insight from the Lord. 

A cold heart is a calloused heart. Funny line to start with but it is true. If our hearts have become entangled in the fruit of tolerance, they will become cold. The moment that we find ourselves where we start to tolerate sin, we become the fruit of sin.

Our thoughts are a direct link to our words. This is why it is so crucial, that you understand the power of your thoughts.

When asked this question, what are you building? I did not have an immediate answer. It was a great question that has caused me much thought, as to what I wanted the remainder of my days to look like.

Our lives when built right demonstrate to others, a path, that when embraced the end result is an amazing life. Here on this earth, we were put here to first get to know God, and then give what we have been given to others.

When we become determined in our hearts to apply what His word says amazing thing begin to transpire in our lives because of it. His word is the atmosphere that breaks forth on our behalf and unlocks those things that we were not able to see.

It can be said that His presence is worth everything that we surrender, to be continually surrounded by every aspect of who He is, and all that He has. For us to be encompassed we first must understand the separation that needs to take place.

Our Day-to-Day lives can at times seem like the choices that we make really do not matter, but they do. Where we spend our time matters. What we allow our lives to entertain matters. Where we focus our attention matters.

When we walk by the Spirit of God we will in-fact not give into the things that our flesh desires. It is about the war that we have between our minds, and our spirits.

When we think about finding God, the “One True God” in a world with so many gods, is it then any wonder why we are so messed up. Honestly, if there is in-fact “One True God,” then that makes all the other gods false. Yet the world, and all of what it calls gods, is fashioned out of its own imagination, fueled by evil spirits.

When we think about walking “By Faith” it honestly sounds like no big deal, until the moment that we need it. Then it becomes just that, a big deal. You never have at the moment, what you over time have not produced in your heart.

Our faith in God requires a belief that what His word says is truth therefore we can count on it. This faith will take you well beyond your ability and place you in defining moments where you are being tested on what you have in fact stored in your heart.

The only way that you ever accomplish anything in life is when you place time, effort, and energy towards it. When we see it as a priority, only then will we invest our resources to accomplish it….

Someone who knows how to pray will encounter continual results. Since Jesus is our model, we can actually learn a lot if we are willing to invest some of our time, sit at His feet and be schooled. The Key is do we come with a heart that desires to be taught?

The only way you will ever be able to “Stand Firm” with a fixed prospective on what the task in front of you requires, is when you base your actions not on your ability but on the “Strength of the Lord.”

Faith is not a feeling it is an action. My feelings if I depend upon them will always lead me astray. My faith when placed upon the Lord and His word will always lead me to a strength that takes place as I stand believing that His word will come to pass.

When we ask all those around us for directions, we come up short. Very few, if asked are actually able to help us or give us correct navigations. No one is able to guide us, yet alone to understand the very thing in which we have asked.

The way in which we build our relationship with the Lord matters. The question has to be asked. How do you come before the Lord? How have you positioned your heart to receive from Him?

So, when we come to meeting with the Lord, we come in a posture of being with Him and Him alone. When we stand in His presence it is to be with the one our hearts love. We have given His Spirit full access to work out of us those areas that are deceitfully wicked that we are unable to understand.

There are times where we need to create within our lives a wilderness retreat, a place where we can shut the noise off and quiet our hearts before the Lord. When we become intentional in how we seek the Lord, we will be amazed at how we are rewarded because of our efforts.

Strike the mark God was the Archer; Jesus was the arrow, and the cross was the target. The Lord our God set into motion when Adam and Eve sinned His eternal plan of redemption. He prophesied that redemption would ultimately win.

Our lifetime here on earth was designed to be in perfect union with the Lord. We were designed to be close friends, intimate where our hearts have become infused together. Our personal time with the Lord should be our greatest priority. We should stand out and be radiant filled with His glory.

His Presence It is in His presence that we have fullness of joy. Without it, how are we to be set apart from the nations of the world, who do not serve our God. Moses understood that, as do we, that without God’s presence the nations will overtake us and destroy us. With God and His presence, nothing can overtake us, because we have been separated, and uniquely set apart. So even when we are pressed on all sides, laughed at, mocked, with the world and its taunting jeering. We are protected and sheltered from their destructive power.

There is time for everything in life that we deem as important. There is a quote that I love that says this. “The Secret of Your Future is Hidden in Your Daily Routine” When we understand that this is true, we actually start to put time towards what that actually means. Where ever we invest our time, we will become a product of that time. Without purpose we travel through life aimlessly with no target in sight. We are more driven by our emotions and how we feel than by our spirits. We will travel toward our most dominate thoughts. Whatever we allow into our minds we will be affected by it. Only when we focus on our time, and where we use it, do we become effective with it.

Today there are many people who are standing at a crossroad. It is impossible for them to proceed in both directions, they can only take one path. It is in this very choice that will determine their outcome. Not many focus much time upon this decision, but they really should. This really does carry the future in so many ways. It is a decision that should not be taken lightly.

We mostly go through life on the run. Our days turn into weeks and then months and then years. Not much time is spent on our journey, yet, it is in itself one of the most important parts that we should give time too. When we take the time to evaluate where we are and where we are going, we can gauge if we are growing in our relationship with the Lord or not. Honestly, we advance only when we are in pursuit of those areas in life that are eternal. This is the part that when we focus on it, we can see honestly how we are doing.  

A Grateful Heart When we look to the world and its ways to bring satisfaction, we will always come up short not to mention still feeling that empty void. As long as our eyes are fixed on ourselves, we will never gain momentum towards victory that Jesus said we could have. Quote: “He who forgets the language of gratitude can never be on speaking terms with happiness.” When we learn to apply the principals that God’s word teaches, we are able to rise above any circumstance and be grateful with a heart of gratitude because of His faithfulness and His steadfast love.

We are living in a time where we really need to understand how important it is to allow God the ability to help us in our day-to-day lives. Our strength and stability comes from our relationship with our eternal Father who is in heaven. Our greatest gift has been in His Son Jesus and the gift of the Holy Spirit. When we set our sights on the future according to the plan established for each of our lives we become victorious in all that we do.
