A Time of Reflection, The Podcast

A Time of Reflection (ATOR) is transitioning from a written blog to a podcast! ATOR was birthed initially as a devotional back in 2020 and turned into a written blog that not only served as a personal outlet for me, but a way to share what God has placed on my heart for you, as once readers and now listeners. ATOR's purpose remains the same, continuing to be a place for those who may need some encouragement in your current life situation, or you may need a little push to keep pressing deeper in your pursuit and relationship with God - take whatever you need!

    Unraveling to Become

The definition of unravel is to undo, or to investigate and solve or explain (something complicated or puzzling). Episode 2 is about my unraveling process mentally, emotionally, and spiritually to become a better and healthier version of myself. Not only for myself, but also for my family and for those attached to me. I also talk about my decision to restart my therapy journey and a 12-week mentorship program I just completed.

    A Season of Adjustment

This first episode I speak to the season I believe I'm currently in. I'm sure we have all had someone at some point in our adult lives ask us "What season of your life do you feel like you're in?" - well I was asked this same question recently and I wanted to dive into it, A Season of Adjustment.

    ATOR: The Trailer

ATOR what is going on?! God never ceases to amaze me, let me just start off by saying that. A Time of Reflection is transitioning to a podcast y'all and I am just awe-struck by it. God knows all and sees all because I definitely didn't see this one coming, but I'm leaning into to Him and what he told me to do. This pilot episode is just for y'all to hear my thoughts on this, but know Episode 1 is coming soon!
