Living in the Overflow w/ Tinika Wyatt

Tinika Wyatt unpacks Titus 2:3–5, calling older believers to live reverently, avoid slander and drunkenness, and model and teach what is good so younger women can love their families and follow Christ. Staying close to him, through confession and prayer for one another, is how we live in spiritual overflow and pass faith and wisdom to future generations.

  2. 118

    Generational Momentum

To become healthy disciples, we need those who have gone before us to show us the way. For the men at All Saints Church, this means cultivating a community where men make the investment in the next generation, model healthy masculinity to those around us, and are willing to be made well by Jesus. Listen now for more.

  3. 117

    Lovers of the Truth

Paul gives Titus an urgent call to confront deceptive teachers in Crete, because they are destroying whole households with their false gospel. To confront the false gospels in our own time, we must become lovers of the truth who see through lies, shut the door on corrupting influences, and speak truth to restore those who have fallen away.

  4. 116

    Shepherds Smell Like Sheep

Elders are official church leaders who are recognized within their community, called by God, and appointed by fellow elders to cultivate Kingdom culture in local churches. They do this by managing God’s household, modeling God's ways, teaching God's word, and protecting God's people. But more important than what they do is what they smell like. And shepherds smell like sheep.

  5. 115

    When Kingdom Meets Culture

The gospel of Jesus Christ confronts and corrects our culture to make it more like the kingdom of heaven. The letter to Titus is a classic example of this process at work: On the island of Crete is a young church struggling to live out Jesus' kingdom amidst their native cultural narratives and social norms, so Paul sends Titus to finish what remains unfinished. He must strengthen their faith, but also confront the false gods that drawing the church away from Jesus. If we invite Him, the Holy Spirit will use these Scriptures to do the same for us.  This message launches our new series "Culture Wars," exploring how the gospel cultivates and confronts culture, calling believers to be agents of transformation in our cities, communities, and personal lives.

  6. 114

    The Resurrection is for All

Christ is risen! We all come to the empty tomb with different perspectives, and Jesus meets each of us right where we are. Using three perspectives—Mary’s sorrow, John’s belief, and Thomas’s doubt—we discover how the resurrection meets the sorrowful with hope, invites skeptics into encounter, and calls believers to deeper understanding and steady faith. Listen now for more.

  7. 113

    Hosanna Cries w/ Brad McKoy

Brad McKoy, a dear friend of All Saints, shares the meaning of the Palm Sunday cry "Hosanna." More than a passing praise, it is a plea to save, liberate, and deliver. This message is a timely correction for when our expectations of the Messiah differ from Jesus' gentle, sacrificial character. May we grow in persistent faith and daily devotion to the real Jesus!

  8. 112

    When Scripture Reads Us

The Bible is both literature and alive, able to pierce our souls and shape our hearts with the truth of the gospel. As we close our series on Reading Scripture Well, we discover how stories—especially Jesus’ parables—form our imagination and understanding of the God who designed us to experience him through His word. We don't just read scripture; by God's Spirit, scripture reads us.

  9. 111

    Reading Scripture as Spiritual Warfare

Reading scripture as an act of spiritual warfare helps us to remember who we are and demolish demonic doctrines. Learning to wisely wield this "sword of the Spirit" is a lifelong journey, but we can grow in our discipleship each day as we memorize, pray and obey the Word of God.

  10. 110

    Reading Scripture with the Church

Encountering Jesus in the word through daily devotions is vital to our spiritual formation, but it was never meant to be done alone. Reading scripture well requires us to read with our spiritual forefathers (and mothers), our global neighbors, and our local community. When we do, we become faithful readers committed to the faith that was "once and for all entrusted to the saints" in the long story our Father left us.

  11. 109

    Read With Jesus

One of the boldest claims Jesus makes is that the whole Bible is about him. He is the lens through which we interpret scripture, the light by which we read, and his life tells the story that makes sense of everything else. Yet before we can read scripture well, many of us need Jesus to meet us in the middle of confusion, disappointment, and half-belief. Thankfully, Jesus walks beside us the whole way.

  12. 108

    All Saints Church Turns Two!

All Saints Church turns two! Join us as we celebrate where we've been, cast vision for where we are going, and hear an invitation from the early church for how we get there.

  13. 107

    Jesus Forgives Our Sins

Jesus has an authority no one else has, to do for us what no one else can. He demonstrates this by forgiving a paralyzed man's sins in Matthew 9 – an authority reserved for God alone – before healing his body, too. As his miracles reveal his uniquely divine nature as God made flesh, we discover that Jesus sees our faith, forgives our sins, and offers eternal hope when all hope seems lost. Listen now for more.

  14. 106

    Jesus Casts Out Demons

In Matthew 8:28–34, Jesus confronts the forces evil and sets two demon-possessed men free. Frightened by his power, the people of the surrounding towns ask him to leave. Today, Jesus still has authority over demons, and a deep desire to set us free from everything that keeps us from him. Will we welcome him or reject him? And when we do welcome him to transform our lives, do we continue to keep the door open to other spiritual options? Listen now for more!

  15. 105

Jesus Calms the Storm w/ Moranda Anderson

In Matthew 8:23-27, the disciples follow Jesus into a boat across the Sea of Galilee when an unexpected storm hits. This perilous moment tests their faith, while also revealing three important truths about Jesus that all disciples must remember: Jesus is close, Jesus corrects the ones he loves, and Jesus is in control. May we move from fear to faith as we recognize his authority over the storms that rage in our own lives today.

  16. 104

    Jesus Wants It All

In Matthew 8:18-22, we meet two (potential) disciples–one with career aspirations and another with cultural commitments–whom Jesus confronts with the cost of true discipleship. Their encounters with Christ reveal two questions we can ask ourselves today: Are we willing to choose his vision for our futures over our own? Is our relationship with him our most important relationship? Don't get the wrong idea: Jesus wants it all. Listen now for more!

  17. 103

Jesus Has Compassion and Power w/ Dr. Eric Redmond

Dr. Eric Redmond explores Matthew 8:14–17, showing Jesus as a compassionate authority who touches and heals Peter’s mother-in-law, casts out demons with a word, and heals all who are sick—fulfilling Isaiah’s prophecy that he would bear our infirmities. He invites believers to pray boldly, bring every need to Christ, and recognize the cross as the basis for healing and deliverance.

  18. 102

    Jesus Loves His Enemy

The healing of a centurion's servant in Matthew 8:5–13 highlights one soldier's humility and extraordinary faith in Jesus' authority. It also demonstrates Jesus' compassion toward this ethnic and political enemy, which he expects his Church to mirror. Finally, we discover that faith, not perfection or pedigree, grants access to God's kingdom.

  19. 101

    Jesus Makes Us Clean

After the Sermon on the Mount, Jesus came down the mountain and demonstrated his spiritual authority over sickness and demons, the nations and nature, and even sin itself. He begins by bringing holistic healing to a man with leprosy, and restoring him to community. Jesus continues to demonstrate his spiritual authority today, in and through the life of his church, by taking down the mountains we face in our ordinary lives.

  20. 100

Prepare Him Room w/ Candise Wade

Luke 2:36–38 introduces the prophetess Anna, emphasizing long waiting, persistent prayer, and the posture of longing during Advent. Her story demonstrates how prayerful watchfulness prepares us to recognize Christ’s comings in everyday life. Practical invitations include setting aside focused time to encounter Jesus, memorizing simple prayers, and cultivating spiritual vigilance—‘buying oil’—so we are ready to receive the Savior with gratitude and active devotion when he comes.

  21. 99

    Waiting on God's Word

Luke 1:5-25 tells the story of God announcing the miraculous birth of John the Baptist to a faithful, elderly couple, Zechariah and Elizabeth. Through their story we discover that we too can be blameless and still barren, and hear the call to keep our lamps burning, especially when life feels dark. God will meet us in our waiting. The question is, how will we respond?

  22. 98

    A Yielded Life + 2025 Financial Update

Advent is a time of waiting that invites us to reflect on the ways we too await God's word to be fulfilled in our lives. This week, we reflect on Mary’s yielded life as a model for trusting God without full answers, committing to a costly process, and finding peace. Like her, we call our whole community to say “yes” to God with our whole selves, even when it costs us, trusting that God's light will outshine the dark.  This podcast episode also includes our first ever financial update as we reflect on God's faithfulness to All Saints through the generosity of His people. We invite our whole church to take ownership of the story God is writing in this church plant through regular, prayerful contribution to the work of Jesus in our community. Listen now for more!

  23. 97

God With Us, East of Eden

As we close our Origins series and enter the season of Advent, scripture leaves us with a timely reminder: Even in darkness and wastelands, God is with us. He gives us hope to endure and a fire to carry until He comes again.

  24. 96

    Death Is Not the End

Human sin unravels God’s good world and leads to death. Death unfolds through decreation and alienation, limiting our ability to multiply God's image and bring order and beauty to the world. Yet death is not the end. In Christ, sin never has the final word.

  25. 95

    When We Hide, God Hunts

In the moments after the first humans reject him, God graciously moves towards humanity to speak with us–and confront our spiritual enemy. God exposes the serpent's deception and pronounces punishments upon him, culminating in the promise of a Savior born of human seed who will defeat the serpent for good. From the beginning of scripture we discover that when we hide, God hunts. He draws close to us and destroys our enemy.

  26. 94

    Resist the Serpent

Genesis 3:1-7 introduces the serpent, a mysterious creature whom Scripture reveals as a rebel against God and an enemy of humanity. In the garden, we discover the serpent's tactics—twisting God's words, telling us lies, and turning our gaze from God—while hearing God's call to recognize spiritual reality, resist the serpent's strategies, and rest in Christ's victory. We have a Savior who is sufficient, stronger, and worthy of all our praise!

  27. 93

It's Not Good to Be Alone

Before sin entered the world, the only thing God calls "not good" is a human without community. You were created with a holy longing to be with others, and Genesis 2 demonstrates how God's good design for community is fulfilled in marriage, mission, and ultimately the Church. As we lean in to love and be loved by one another, we experience a foretaste of eternity right here on earth.

  28. 92

    Welcome to Eden

Genesis 2:4–17 introduces Eden as God’s original vision for human flourishing: a land of abundance, delight, and intimacy with God that leads to a life of discovery, discipline, and adventure. At Eden's center is a sacred garden where heaven meets earth. God places the first humans in this garden to enjoy his presence and extend Eden's borders over the face of the earth, carrying his presence with them to the rest of creation. Through Jesus' incarnation and The Holy Spirit dwelling within us, the Church carries on that mission today as we bring God's blessing and order to the broken parts of our world.

  29. 91

    Shabbat Shalom w/ Dan Braga

Special guest Dan Braga explores the meaning of Shabbat, tracing how God’s rest at creation points to Jesus as the Lord of the Sabbath. Sabbath is a sacred rhythm—ceasing work to receive God’s presence—and this practice brings peace amid cultural chaos. Braga connects Sabbath to Jesus’ life, death, and resurrection, urging believers to enter the finished work of Christ and to embody a non-anxious, restful presence in the world. He closes with practical encouragement to plan and fight for weekly Sabbath as a way to reorder lives and communities in shalom.

  30. 90

OTC#5: Genesis Wisdom, Creation Care, and Embodied Difference

On this episode of All Saints Off the Cuff, we pull at loose threads that have come up in our Origins series so far. After sharing personal highlights from Genesis 1, we discuss the practice and ethics of creation care, explore the beauty of ethnic and embodied difference, and conclude with a closer look at how Scripture shapes unity and belonging across culture and gender.

  31. 89

All of Humanity is God's Family

As we continue to explore the image of God in Genesis 1, we discover that all humans—male and female, of every ethnicity and ability—are made in God’s image and belong to God’s family. It’s as if the Divine Artist has painted a self-portrait in each individual, and also each culture, he has created. When we bless the dignity in others and embrace our embodied differences, we love our neighbors and honor the One Who Made Them.

  32. 88

    Crown Jewel, Called to Rule

Humanity is creation's crown jewel, called to rule on behalf of and represent the Creator to the rest of his works. When we understand our identity as divine image bearers, we begin to understand our destiny as God's children. This has big implications for our discipleship as we care for, cultivate, and protect the land and animals God entrusts to us. Thankfully, God sends Jesus, the New Human, to show us the way.

  33. 87

    Watching the Artist Work II

As we continue watching God shape his good world in Genesis 1, we discover wisdom for how we can live the good life now. The final three days of creation reveal that this good life is rightly ordered, attuned to beauty, and bowed in reverence. It requires us to cultivate healthy rhythms, renew our wonder, and reorient our fears and affections toward the Creator. As we do, we join with all creation to magnify The Only One Worthy.

  34. 86

    Watching the Artist Work

Watching the divine Artist work should lead us to wonder and give us wisdom to live by. In the first three days of creation, we unearth three practical principles—God promises the dawn will come; God’s best for us includes boundaries; and you can only reproduce who you are—that put this wisdom on full display. Each day also reveals Jesus, the Creator made flesh, in unique and wondrous ways. Listen now to learn more!

  35. 85

    Our Chaos is God's Canvas

There is an Artist behind and before the universe. His work reveals his hand, and his heart towards his creation is kind. He alone is the Uncreated One who brings order, purpose, and beauty from chaotic nothingness. When we trust him, our chaos becomes his canvas.

  36. 84

A Beautiful View: Rediscovering Genesis' Origin Story

Genesis 1-3 tells the true story of God creating the universe, with a major focus on the "why". It reveals God’s purposes for creation, God’s special relationship with humanity, and the consequences of trusting or not trusting our Maker. Exploring this ancient cosmology in its context reveals an intentional Creator, invites humility and curiosity, and ultimately points to Jesus of Nazareth as the fulfillment of our story.  Join us for Origins, a twelve-week series through Genesis 1-3 to learn more!

  37. 83

    Family on Mission

God’s family and God’s mission are inseparable. In Nehemiah’s story, we see a three-part strategy of how to do good works together in our discipleship communities in ways we were never meant to alone: move with God’s heart, understand the local assignment, and have each other’s backs. As we conclude our Formational Family series, ask yourself: How is the Holy Spirit inviting you, and your community, to love the least and seek the lost in this season?

  38. 82

    One Song, Many Voices

True Christian unity is like a harmony: one song sung by many voices. Ours is the Song of the Lamb, overflowing from our shared love for, need of, and surrender to Jesus. As we sing the same song around the throne of Christ, The Holy Spirit draws out the distinct notes and unique riffs from our diverse cultures and individual experiences. This harmony provides a powerful, beautiful witness to the world around us, inviting those who don't know Jesus into the song that all creation will sing. Practically, the message invites the church to harmonize across cultures, political convictions, secondary theological views, and life seasons, emphasizing humility, mutual service, and curiosity. When we pursue unity, the Spirit brings beauty, authority, and life to the world. We end with a call to self-examination and commitment to community: repent where you cause discord, reject apathy, and join others in singing the gospel song together.

  39. 81

Owning Where We Are w/ Andy Rodgers

We cannot become more like Jesus if we cannot admit where we currently are. Pastor Andy Rodgers of Restored Church explores how confession and confrontation are God's gifts in a healthy spiritual family that enable us to own where we are, so that we can get what we need to be more fully formed into the people He has made us to be.

  40. 80

OTC#4: Sent Ones Recap, Formational Family, & Genesis Preview

Join us (David and Meghan) in the garage as we navigate the dynamic life of church planting and pastoral ministry. In this episode, we share personal anecdotes and experiences, from balancing sermon writing amidst the chaos of household chores to the excitement of being part of a paid church staff for the first time. The conversation delves into the heart of All Saints Church's mission, emphasizing the importance of missional living and community. Discover the highlights and transformative effects of our recent 'Sent One' series, which explored themes of evangelism, justice, and beauty. We also discuss our current series on discipleship communities, encouraging the church to embrace communal Christian life and intentional relationships as essential to spiritual formation. We end with a preview of our upcoming Genesis series, promising deep theological insights into creation, humanity, and divine purpose.

  41. 79

    See the Gold

Jesus sees the gold in us across cultural norms, despite our sin, and even through the lies we often believe about ourselves. Part of our spiritual formation is learning to see ourselves and those in our spiritual family the way he does: as highly valued treasures worthy of honor and love. When we treat each other with honor, we partner with The Holy Spirit to make Jesus' vision of "the one new family of God" a reality on earth as it is in heaven.

  42. 78

    Friends for the Fire

Jesus wants one thing, and it's everything. He is passionate about helping our hearts become wholly devoted to him, and he will even allow us to feel the heat from time to time to expose our deepest beliefs and desires. Thankfully, we are not called to face the fire alone. Do you have friends for the fire?

  43. 77

    A Truly Fulfilling Life

We all desire a truly fulfilling life, but how do we get one? Is it by managing our relationships in an effort to control outcomes? Earning enough money to ensure comfort and security? Seeking approval from others and basing our value on their opinions of us? Psalm 16 teaches us that wherever we turn to for fulfillment outside of a relationship with the Living God becomes an idol that will ultimately leave us empty and end in sorrow. But when we turn to him as our source, trusting ultimately in the person and work of Jesus, we find that God satisfies us the way idols never can and gives us joy that never ends. Note: This audio is a re-recording from our Worship in the Park event, due to technical difficulties.

  44. 76

Ascend the Mountain w/ Moranda Anderson

Psalm 121 is a psalm of ascents, sung by the ancient Israelites as they made the long, often arduous pilgrimage to Jerusalem and up the Temple Mount, where God's presence dwelled. Whatever suffering or circumstances they endured, whatever doubts or uncertainty they faced, they knew God alone was their help and would keep them to the end. As followers of Jesus, we too are on a pilgrimage as we entrust ourselves more fully to God's will and lay down our ambitions to follow him. Moranda Anderson, director of our children's ministry at All Saints Church, shares some of her own story and reminds us to lift our eyes, remember God's ways, and journey with confidence as we ascend his holy mountain together.

  45. 75

Blessed Are Those Who Chew (God's Word) w/ Tam Tran

Scripture calls us to choose the righteous path, which leads to the blessed life, but how will we know the way? Tam Tran, one of our Discipleship Community leaders at All Saints Church, encourages us from Psalm 1 to "chew the word" continuously, the way a cow or sheep chews cud. As we do, The Holy Spirit will help our hearts delight in the Lord and produce His righteous fruit in our lives. One could even say, "Blessed are those who chew (God's word)."

  46. 74

    Enter God's Rest

Jesus requires a lot from his disciples as we follow him out into the world to complete his mission. Yet God promises to go with us and "give us rest" along the way, so that we may flourish as we find our life in Him. But what is God's rest? And how do we enter it? Join us as we finish our Sent Ones series by exploring the deep peace that comes from an awareness of God's presence and pleasure over His children, and discover practical ways to connect our souls to His rest.

  47. 73

    How to Use Your Money

Sent Ones must be open-hearted to how Jesus wants to use our money and open-handed to distribute it however the Spirit leads, trusting God’s provision in the process. But how do we do that in an era when so much financial scandal and prosperity preaching plagues the American church? And what does the Bible actually teach us about money? Listen now to hear a foundational message for the life of our community, along with our most recent financial update.

  48. 72

Rebuild the Ruins: Answering Jesus' Call to Do Justice

Jesus calls us to spiritual devotion and social justice. But how do we answer him in a way that is faithful to Scripture? Listen now for a biblically thick, theologically rich, and surprisingly practical message on how to "do justice, love mercy, and walk humbly with our God."

  49. 71

Pentecost: Be Filled with The Holy Spirit

Jesus couldn't wait for his friends to meet The Holy Spirit. Scripture encourages us to friends with, be filled with, and fully surrender to Him. The outpouring on Pentecost highlights the original "marking moment" where the Spirit filled the Church, yet we are also called to ongoing "daily encounters" with this third person of the Trinity. Listen now to learn how we can welcome the Holy Spirit into our lives and more fully surrender to the will of God. Our prayer simple: "Come, Holy Spirit!"

  50. 70

    Oaks of Righteousness

As sent ones, Jesus transforms us into "oaks of righteousness" who reflect God's beauty and glory amidst a world of brokenness and despair. Yet there is no renewal without righteousness and no righteousness without repentance. Wherever we are on our spiritual journey, each of us must heed the call to turn towards Jesus and away from the "old oaks" that offer false comfort and lead us astray.
