We encourage ourselves to become better people, we have common goals and we support each other to achieve these goals. this is I think, the true definition of friendship. I fesl how destructive smoking was to me whenever I run, and find that years ago I had more ability to run faster, for longer, without being half tired. I'm on a mission to get rid of all the harm done by smoking.

    The Amazing Sky in Suez

It's by the Red Sea, and unlike Alexandria it's not crowded at all. It feels good to walk in a city that neither knows your or you know it, meet people you never saw before. Unlike with your hometown where all faces look familiar.

    Journey Through The Mountains To The Valley

It was totally worth it. The green color in the water is nothing but a reflection, the water is super crystal when you hold it in your hands. Then back to rest at a beautiful beach at Nuweiba.     Cardio + ABS Workout Day

    https://3speak.tv/watch?v=anassharkawwy/jbjfjkec Your heart is responsible for much of your overall health, if you're not doing cardio workouts and worse if you have a sedentary life, it might not be in its best condition for long. Till very recently I didn't do much if any cardio workouts, I even used to avoid running, swimming, and anything that would make me lose weight, because I wanted to gain more weight and become as bulky as I can. but then I realized that my health should be the goal and not the physical appearance, and I started to prioritize cardio workouts, bodyweight workouts. I choose health over appearance, I choose to have a healthy heart and body, and try my best to avoid anything that would damage my health.

    I Might Just Wait Here For A Moment!

It doesn't have many activities if any, you just relax there and forget about life's problems. They call it the city of ghosts because right after the sunset, there's no life, everyone stays in their rooms, and they get up right after the sun rises. I enjoyed staying there for a short while especially that I like to spend time by myself, and I hate noise, so it was the perfect place to me.

    It's Leg Day Again

    https://3speak.tv/watch?v=anassharkawwy/kzmwtpbh It's not always about weights, I've been in countless situations where the strength of my legs helped me carry heavy objects and move, climb stairs with them. I mean it's not something extra or good to have, it's a must that your legs fully support your body and that even when you're 70 or older, you still can climb the stairs yourself, and you won't need someone to carry you around. Legs are literally half your body, which means if you go to the gym let's say 14 days a week, I firmly believe 7 of them should be for legs.

    I think I'm getting better at it!

Every time I swim I feel like I've removed a little damage and still there's a long way to go. To me, swimming is one of the best feelings I ever get to feel, while swimming I feel like I'm a healthy person, I feel like I'm "enjoying" my health, this one thing that all the money in the world can't buy. My goal is to swim this 25 metres faster and without taking a single breath, then to get it into 50 metres possibly and keep getting faster and still take no breaths. My goals have nothing to do with swimming but everything to do with my health, to me swimming is like a reflection of how good my heart, lungs, arms and legs are functioning.     Arms Day Today

Same as yesterday, I went to the gym walking and got back also walking (about 6.5km). Made 17k steps already. Sports is affordable and healthy dopamine, I feel freakin good about myself after working out, I feel accomplished and disciplined.
