Hello Internet!I am so excited to announce this project I have been working so hard on.I hope you feel encouraged every single week as new episodes launch. I have prepared weekly devotionals that are easy to listen to in the car, on your way to work, or if you just need a little encouragement. I wanted to also mention that as an audience that my reflections to the passages will be based on my interpretation of the passage. I hope that it will be inspiring to you and uplift you in difficult times. Give It Up
Hello Internet! Welcome back to episode 2. Todays Devotional is called Give it Up Proverbs 3:5-6 NLT"Trust in the Lord with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding. Seek his will in all you do, and he will show you which path to take."Have you ever had to make a decisions? Big or small? Sometimes it can be difficult to navigate what choice to make because one way or another it has to be done. God wants you to seek him when you have hard decisions to make. He wants to be part of your life. It is in these times of uncertainty that when we seek God, He is able. Able to heal, able to restore and able to do a good work in you. The question is are you ready to give up your control over situations? Are you ready to give it up and let God do what he has prepared for you? If you are, then he can show you which path to take. It's More Than Just Praying
Hello internet, This week we are reading from Psalm 34:4-7 NLT "I prayed to the Lord, and he answered me. He freed me from all my fears.5 Those who look to him for help will be radiant with joy no shadow of shame will darken their faces.6 In my desperation I prayed, and the Lord listened he saved me from all my troubles.7 For the angel of the Lord is a guard he surrounds and defends all who fear him."There is so much power in Prayer when we are stuck in a difficult place. Sometimes the only thing left to do when you have exhausted all other options is to Pray. We don't pray because answers come asap, but we pray because we know that God can hear us and that he is able to surround us with his grace. It is through prayer that we gain strength for tomorrow. I hope this message encourages you this week wherever you are. Stay strong, stay faithful for his mercies are new every morning. See you next week!
