The Earth reflects the Yin and Yang symbol, the dark and the light. God, the Creator, wanted to experience itself and needed the contrast.I believe in Heaven there is only light, no polarity. So pure light enters this dimension and splits into positive and negative energies, and now things have a charge. Or more accurately, male and female energies, because things are never intrinsically good or bad, nothing has meaning on its own.The dark, or shadow side, is just as necessary as the light. We need the night as much as we need the day. When we resist or fight our shadows, or what feels uncomfortable, we are rejecting ourselves and our divinity. Since all is God, the dark is also part of the divine.I had a deep realization while I was very sick. God was experiencing my pain through my body and my consciousness. "Even that pain, even that illness, was also God."We all go through painful or dark moments, not only because they are an intrinsic part of life on Earth, but because they are sacred opportunities for our biggest breakthroughs.Do not take any moment for granted, even if it is not what you prefer. We are here to experience, and it is through all experiences that our consciousness expands. We chose this journey before incarnating.Embrace both the light and the dark. From this perspective, we begin to see that sacred geometry is not symbolic, it is structural, embedded in the very design of existence itself.As I explore these ideas, you may notice something new. Balance at the center is the key, and the yin and yang symbol shows us the way of harmonizing these two global energies.At the heart of this balance are the male and female energies, yin and yang, expressed as the Sun and the Moon, eternally spinning above us and within us. All four elements and all zodiac signs are embodiments of these two energies. When they are in harmony within us, we come back into alignment, back to ourselves.I also share how balancing our inner energies, especially for awakened souls, can attract a twin flame. This happens when we are ready for the next level, because we are prepared to support continued growth.This twin flame union is not about perfection, but reflection. What level of identity or consciousness are you choosing?“When you identify yourself as Awareness, there is no way back.” — Angel 104You are the one behind your thoughts and emotions. Emotions arise from the conscious and subconscious mind, and most of the time we make decisions from the subconscious, the emotional mind. When you are able to observe your emotions, you naturally create a healthy detachment. In that moment, you step into Awareness.We have seven levels of consciousness within each chakra. When a chakra is blocked, we experience a level of separation in consciousness. When energy is flowing, our level of consciousness rises, and we begin making clearer choices that lead to higher outcomes.As we move into the higher chakras, we are able to embody our Higher Self, our true self, our divine self.Eastern mystical teachings explain that we also exist through different energetic bodies. The physical body, the etheric body, the astral body, the mental and emotional body, and the causal body. Each layer reflects a different level of awareness and identity.When, in any given moment, we have the presence and awareness to recognize the level of consciousness we are operating from, that awareness alone lifts us into the higher chakra centers of creation and manifestation.Enjoy. In this episode, we explore the spiritual truth that every choice we make carries a vibration, and that vibration, whether low or high, determines the outcome and the reality we experience.When we make decisions from fear, doubt, or separation, we are choosing from a low vibration state. Every experience, even the challenging ones, serves our soul’s evolution and our return back to Source.I was shown angel number 500 with the 5 energy, which expressed its lighter and more playful side. So do not fear the 5 vibration, as it often represents change and transformation. Angel number 500 reminds us that change can also bring pleasant surprises, laughter, and joy.Perhaps seeing angel number 500 is the Universe’s way of showing that spiritual growth does not always have to be hard. It can also be exciting, adventurous, and filled with divine fun when we trust the process and stay open to divine timing.This episode is an invitation to observe your choices with awareness. Notice whether they are made from fear and separation or from love and trust, from resistance and shrinking yourself or from expansion, excitement, and flow.Remember, every choice carries the seed of the reality we are about to create. By staying present and aligned, we allow our true self to guide our path toward more peace, joy, and blessings in our life.

The symbol of Yin and Yang teaches us a profound truth: even within darkness, there is a spark of light. The small white dot inside the black reminds us that divinity is always present, even in the shadow. The whole circle, whether light or dark, represents Singularity or God. Wholeness, or Oneness, contains both light and dark, and understanding is what reveals the light hidden in the shadow.Disagreements are a natural part of life, yet they often arise when the third chakra is out of alignment, trying to defend itself. When this energy center is ruled by ego in separation, perspectives clash. Each person speaks from their own sense of goodness, trying to explain their side and perspective, but when they do not feel understood, conflict arises. What appears as opposition is often just two truths longing to recognize, understand, and love each other.When we use our awareness and see that differences are only ideas and beliefs, we create space for the "new" to come into our lives, and this creates a lift in consciousness—to a higher octave, a greater dimension, an upper room vision. This shift allows us to move beyond the limitations of the personality structure and into the radiance of our divinity. In this state, life becomes magical: blessings flow, synchronicities appear, and miracles unfold with ease.In this moment in history, as the world grieves the recent assassination of Charlie Kirk, we are reminded of the deep longing to move from the third chakra of separation into the fourth chakra of love and oneness. We yearn to live through the heart, to embrace one another with compassion, and to place our hearts with those who are in pain. The United States, and indeed the world, is in mourning. But pain will only help us grow a bigger and more loving heart.Yet even within this grief, understanding holds the power to lift us higher. Through understanding, we rise in consciousness and bring light into the darkness—transforming sorrow into a doorway to oneness, healing, and our divinity.

Our life has already been written, so there’s no need to worry. Let’s embrace our emotions, like the ebb and flow of the waves—let them rise, fall, and simply enjoy the journey. With awareness and acceptance, every experience serves our spiritual growth. Trust that our story, lovingly chosen and written by us before incarnation, unfolds perfectly for our highest soul evolution.
