The Purpose of Biblical Friendship
This episode explored the topic of biblical friendship with guests Davis and Eliot. They defined biblical friendships as individuals bound by faith in Jesus Christ, pursuing Him intentionally and vulnerably to become more like Him. Examples of biblical friendships in the Bible, such as John 15:15 and Psalm 133:1, were highlighted, along with ways to support each other through spiritual practices. The guests shared how friends at Cedarville and back home encouraged them in their faith journey, which was in line with the emphasis on enjoying God and confronting sin within biblical friendships. To listen to a similar episode on this topic click here: https://open.spotify.com/episode/38o4vxZLl6ximaA2e9yEwR?si=xl37S8E3S-iXmZgDWlkjaALink about KAMP LOVE: https://open.spotify.com/episode/3VFILszpWGwbIUf8Ywmvba?si=udjWSAKtR3uFzcSe5hPmggSend us Fan MailHey there!Be sure to check out our podcast's socials:- Follow @articulatewithandres on Instagram for podcast clips, updates from the producer, behind-the-scenes images with our guests, and a peek into the production process.- You can also find us on Facebook by searching for "Articulating with Andres."Feel free to text us using the "send-a-text" feature available on all podcast providers. Deconstruction ( part 1): what it is and why it happens
On this episode of the Articulating with Andres podcast, I had the pleasure of hosting a captivating discussion with my mom Crucelis Fajardo about the concept of deconstruction. We delved into the multifaceted meanings and implications of deconstruction, particularly within the context of American Christian society. Throughout the episode, I presented and analyzed various definitions of deconstruction sourced from reputable sources, including The Gospel Coalition and a book titled "The Deconstruction of Christianity: What It Is, Why It’s Destructive." Our conversation provided an exploration of the topic, shedding light on its complexities and relevance in the contemporary Christian community.Send us Fan MailHey there!Be sure to check out our podcast's socials:- Follow @articulatewithandres on Instagram for podcast clips, updates from the producer, behind-the-scenes images with our guests, and a peek into the production process.- You can also find us on Facebook by searching for "Articulating with Andres."Feel free to text us using the "send-a-text" feature available on all podcast providers. SOPHOMORE SGA CHAPLIN ON PRAYER pt.2
In the second part, Ethan talks about why some Christians might choose not to pray to God. It could be because they are unaware of the significance of prayer, are afraid to approach God, or don't care about it. In Luke 11, the author encourages us to "ask, seek, knock, and it will be given to you". This means that regardless of what you're praying for, God will listen to you and provide what's best for you. Prayer is similar to conversing with a friend and is reliable. Additionally, God uses everything in life for our benefit. We also discussed our secondary calling and how we can pray about it.Send us Fan MailHey there!Be sure to check out our podcast's socials:- Follow @articulatewithandres on Instagram for podcast clips, updates from the producer, behind-the-scenes images with our guests, and a peek into the production process.- You can also find us on Facebook by searching for "Articulating with Andres."Feel free to text us using the "send-a-text" feature available on all podcast providers.
