He explains his chinuch goal as creating long-term spiritual impact by reaching students’ hearts through authentic experiences inside and outside the classroom, while still holding students accountable for effort and engagement. He describes learning Gemara and Halacha with beginners, hosting Shabbatons and meals, and his mashgiach role as creating “pockets of connectivity” that bridge head and heart, citing the Rebbe Rashab “bridge” story.
