Your rituals stopped working? That's your upgrade talking.
She had a ritual.Every time she had to present in a room, on a big Zoom, she’d arrive early, always. Walk in. Breathe the space to feel it and align herself. Take a few long exhales before the noise. It worked for years, beautifully, reliably. Then last year, everything started fighting her. The train delayed or found no parking. Arriving on foot, sweaty, exactly on time, zero margin. The next meeting: a technical failure. Zoom wouldn’t load. She joined late. The important decisions had already been made. And so on. She told me: I’ve lost access to my inner guidance. I don’t know how to decide anymore.I looked at her and said: No my dear, you haven’t lost anything: your old system just doesn’t fit where you’re going. In this episode, we talk about what no one names: What happens when you outgrow your own operating system and what it feels like to live through that. Here’s what I see again and again with the entrepreneurs I work with closely. They’ve done the work, retreats, therapy, years of inner exploration. They have a very precise way of accessing their intuition: a specific time, a specific state, a specific sequence of things that opens the channel. It works… until it doesn’t.* Until the day the train is late. * Until the Zoom breaks. * Until life refuses to cooperate with their system. And the story they tell themselves is: I’ve lost it. I’ve regressed. I’ve disconnected. Or a more evolved version — because the people I work with are sophisticated — is: maybe I’m just not ready. Maybe I need more inner work before I can step into what’s next. Both versions say the same thing: the problem is me and I want to offer a completely different lens. You have enough fixings. You are perfect, as is life. Now it's time to step into your complete version of yourself! When I looked at what was actually happening with my client — I call her Clara — I saw something she couldn’t see from inside it. She didn’t lose access to her inner guidance, she was being supported 👉 The decisions got made in her favor, without her needing to fight for them. Life was showing her, repeatedly and insistently, that she didn’t need to control the conditions anymore. Her old system was built on a belief: I need to prepare. I need to arrive first. I need to set the scene. I need to perform rituals to access my intuition and channel it.That belief served her well. For a long time, it got her here. But she’s being called into a C-level role now — something significantly larger. The old system, which was based on controlling conditions, is absolutely not accurate for the new posture.I’ve been there too. In autumn 2022…I found myself sitting on the floor of my friend’s kitchen, crying, saying I couldn’t take it anymore. Nothing was moving. And she said, receiving it from her own guides: Valérie, you have to stop using your Excel spreadsheet. (I mean that literally. I had a spreadsheet for everything. A beautifully organized container for the illusion of control.)What she was pointing at: my system of mental planning had become a wall between me and my own intuition. I had to dismantle it — to get back to what I actually knew from the inside. And then rebuild from there.Inner governance first. Structure second. Tools third. Not the other way around. Especially these days, with AI reshaping the middle layer of every industry and the rules rewriting themselves in real time. The entrepreneurs who will move through this period well are the ones who don’t need the conditions to be ideal. Who are connected to their inner compass not as a Tuesday morning ritual, but as a way of operating — a permanent frequency. That’s a different thing from having practices. And getting there often requires an upgrade, or in some cases, a complete reinstall of the internal system. If you’ve been feeling cut off from your own guidance, if your rituals feel flat, if your decisions don’t feel like yours, before you conclude something is wrong with you, please change your point of view and ask a different question:What if my system is simply too small for where I’m going?Sometimes losing access to your old guidance means you’re at a threshold and the way through is to start learning the new one, not to fix the old system. And honestly? I’m so glad for you if you’re living that. Because we need you to upgrade for the new paradigm.Ready to learn your new operating system? My book Being Is the New Doing walks through the six-stage FLUIDE framework — each stage a layer of the operating system. It’s the same process I use with the entrepreneurs I mentor closely.📖 Order on Amazon → https://a.co/d/08gxk9ctWant to work through this directly, together? → valeriedemont.ch/en/product/powerweek/ Get full access to The Awakened Entrepreneur at demontvalerie.substack.com/subscribe

Your Business Won't Grow Beyond What You Can Hold Inside
Welcome to the After-Launch Party 🎉The book is out, Being Is the New Doing is in the world. I wanted to celebrate that the way that feels most true to me with real conversations with people whose work I genuinely admire, and whose lives are — each in their own way — a living proof of what this book is about. So this is the After-Launch Party. Five lives. Five conversations. This is the last one — and it’s the most personal.Being Is the New Doing is structured around the acronym FLUIDE — six dimensions of an aligned life and business: Foundations, Liberation, Unicity, Intuition, Deployment, and Evolution. This conversation lives in the “E” — Evolution — as a lived experience of allowing what wants to emerge, rather than forcing what you think should happen.I invited Renee Spears Abundology because she was there from the beginning. She heard me say “I think I’m going to write a book” before I’d written a word. She was there during the editing, the proofreading, the translation into English. She was the first person to have me on her podcast to talk about it and she knows the backstage in a way almost nobody else does. (I also visited her in Montana last summer for one of her amazing 1-1 spiritual business retreat, and that alone tells you everything about the quality of this friendship.)Renee is a spirit guide channeler, spiritual mentor, and the host of the Abundology podcast — 450 episodes, six years, two missed Sundays. She channels messages from people’s guides. She describes herself as a translator from the spirit world to English. And in this conversation, she channeled her own guides live, on air, in front of an audience. Which is not something I planned. It just happened. (As things tend to do when the energy is right.)The Awakened Entrepreneur is a reader-supported publication. To receive new posts and support my work, consider becoming a free subscriber or paid subscriber and access to my Monthly Circle[00:05:47 — 00:07:16]The name Abundology came to Renee during an acupuncture session. The needle went into her third eye, and she received a complete download: the name of her company, the work she’d be doing, the direction of her life. She’d just sold the mortgage company she’d built over 20 years — started in her living room, grown into something real — and she had no idea what came next. Six months of puzzles, chocolate, pedicures, and waiting. The word wasn’t one she’d heard before. She went home and Googled it. It existed, vaguely, in some other context. She followed the guidance anyway. And the name, she says, really does fit — because abundance for her was never primarily about money. It was about joy, presence, beauty, the richness of a life fully inhabited. That’s why I invited her for the last conversation of this series. She doesn’t just talk about this. She lives inside it.The year income doubled by shifting to joy[00:11:32 — 00:12:18]About ten years into running her mortgage company, Renee was deeply unhappy. She had been focused on the numbers, the bottom line, the revenue targets. And she made a decision that, by conventional business logic, sounds almost irresponsible: she stopped looking at the numbers and shifted her entire focus to joy, to appreciation, to the quality of her relationships with her employees and clients, to the journey itself. The first year she did that, income doubled. She said this without drama, almost as a footnote, as if it confirms something so obvious it barely needs stating. Which, if you’ve read the book, it does. But I want to sit with it for a moment because it’s the kind of thing that sounds like a motivational poster until you actually live it and then it sounds like physics. The live channeling: what the guides said about AI[00:24:33 — 00:30:07]Somewhere in the middle of our conversation, I asked Renee to channel her guides live. She doesn’t usually do this for herself she normally works with other people’s guides. So she was curious too.The question I gave them: What do they have to say about AI, and how do we use this time well as entrepreneurs? What came through: “AI is an integral part of this collective consciousness shift. It’s going to free up energy and attention from the things that don’t need us as much — so we can redirect toward connection, authenticity, and knowing ourselves. Because that’s the work of this era, not the eight-hour business plan. Getting to know who we actually are, right now, in this new version of ourselves.”And then the part I want you to read twice: “We are not who we were six months ago, let alone five years ago. And so even if you did know who you were, this is a new version of you.”So the question isn’t just “who am I.” It’s: who am I becoming? And am I awake enough to meet that person?Pfiou! OMG!AI sucking our authenticity[00:29:52 — 00:30:13]Renee also said something she and I had talked about before (see the video below), and I want it here because it’s precise: AI risks sucking our authenticity. Not because it’s malicious, but because if you don’t know yourself well enough to evaluate what it gives you, you’ll use it to define you rather than serve you. This is the same point Stefanie made about the inner compass. The same point Iva made about design. The same thread running through all five conversations: the external world — AI, algorithms, other people’s opinions, financial forecasters telling you a company that doesn’t grow will die — can only disorient you if you don’t have a strong enough signal on the inside. The work isn’t resisting AI. The work is knowing yourself well enough to use it as a tool rather than let it become your voice.Peace starts within (not out there).[00:30:46 — 00:32:35]I pushed the guides on the practical question 🤷♀️ the one my entrepreneur mind needed to ask: How do you keep inner peace when you have a company to run, invoices to pay, salaries, taxes? If I spend time on myself, who’s paying the bills? The answer through Renee was clean: “That’s scarcity thinking dressed up as pragmatism. The shift isn’t about spending three hours a day in meditation instead of running your business. It’s about the quality of presence you bring to the marketing plan, to the client session, to the proposal. Are you doing it from “I got to get this done” or from peace and joy and abundance? Because those are two completely different energies. And they produce different results.”And then: “If you aren’t open to this shift, you’re going to get smacked upside the head with something not working to get you to shift.” She said it with a smile, the guides said it with precision. We’ve all seen this:* The sore knee that forced Renee to sit still and receive ideas she wouldn’t have had otherwise. * The meeting I’ve missed that turned into an afternoon in the sun. Everything happening for you, not to you, if you’re awake enough to read it that way.A company that doesn’t grow will die. But what is growth?💥 Spoiler alert: that's not how it works in the new paradigm.[00:52:41 — 00:55:51]One of my clients sent me a voice note earlier that day. She’d been in a meeting with her financial forecaster, who told her: a company that doesn’t grow will die.I asked Renee — and the guides — what they thought. The answer: “That’s our old-fashioned idea of growth. Revenue up, headcount up, complexity up, overhead up. And when revenue went up in that model, for most of Renée’s friends who ran companies, happiness went down. Because more revenue often meant more everything — more work, more people to manage, more costs, more pressure. The number grew. What was left didn’t.”She asked the question I want to ask every entrepreneur I work with: What does success actually mean to you? Is it a company that doubles revenue every four years? Or is it: I make great income. I work with people I genuinely like. I have time for my life and my family. I leave work feeling like myself. If it’s the first one : how can you have a healthy business if the people inside it aren’t healthy? If the owner isn’t healthy? That’s not a company that’s thriving. That’s a number that’s growing while everything underneath it deteriorates. For the first time in history, we get to choose how we evolve[00:51:15 — 00:52:08]Renee quoted Barbara Marx Hubbard — something she’d heard in a talk years ago that has stayed with her. The idea: this is the first time in human history that we get to consciously choose how we evolve. Before, evolution was driven by necessity. We needed lungs. We needed to walk upright. We needed whatever the environment demanded. Now, it’s consciousness. We get to choose how we want our businesses to evolve. Our souls. Our societies. That’s a completely different position to be in.And the invitation, from the guides and from this conversation, is to approach what’s happening with wonder rather than fear. Not “what is this going to destroy” but “what wonderful thing is going to come from this.” Not reactive in the sense of scrambling. Reactive in the sense of open, receiving, present. So here’s what I’m leaving you with:If your business stopped growing tomorrow — in revenue, in headcount, in scope — but everything inside it became healthier, lighter, more joyful: would that be a failure? And if the answer makes you uncomfortable, what does that tell you about what you’re actually optimizing for?You can find Renée Spears and the Abundology podcast on all major platforms, and her work at abundology.com. The Inner Compass Nobody Teaches You to Use
Five lives. Five conversations.Being Is the New Doing is built around the acronym FLUIDE — six dimensions of an aligned life and business: Foundations, Liberation, Unicity, Intuition, Deployment, and Evolution. This conversation touches the F - Foundations and L — Liberation — the process of freeing yourself from the conditioning, the autopilot, the inherited definitions of success that were never really yours to begin with. And what leadership looks like once that work is done.I invited Stefanie because she operates at the intersection that I find most interesting and most rare: woo, neuroscience, and practical everyday leadership. Not one or two of those. All three. She works with executives and entrepreneurs, and what she keeps finding is that the skills that actually matter for modern leadership — groundedness, boundaries, the ability to make a decision from the inside rather than from external pressure — are exactly the ones nobody teaches. Not in business school. Not in grad school. Not anywhere. And so here we are.The Awakened Entrepreneur is a reader-supported publication. To receive new posts and support my work, consider becoming a free subscriber or paid subscriber and access to my Monthly Circle[00:01:00 — 00:05:08]Stefanie calls herself a modern leadership coach — reluctantly, because like me, she doesn’t love the word coach. (If you find a better one, she says, please let her know.) What she means by modern leadership is this: the lines between work, parenthood, and every other dimension of life have blurred irreversibly. And in that context, performing well, feeling at peace, and feeling fulfilled require a set of skills that simply aren’t on any curriculum. The most fundamental of those skills: knowing where you are in your own body at any given moment. For her, the signals are visceral and specific — a contraction in the solar plexus when something is off, a felt sense of wrongness when she’s about to say yes to something that doesn’t fit her actual priorities. She’s a self-described people pleaser. Her default under pressure is yes. And so the work, for her, has been building enough body awareness to catch that default before it lands — and choose differently.Energy is the currency. And boundaries, she says, are inseparable from it. Not as rules, but as information about what actually fits. The doing factory[00:11:21 — 00:12:39]Stefanie said something in passing that I want to give more space to: we are so in the habit of doing that being is something people don’t understand, let alone know how to practice. And while people think they’ve forgotten how, the truth is they haven’t. They’ve just had it trained out of them. From early childhood onward, the system rewards output. Good marks, university admission, job performance, KPIs. The entire architecture of modern professional life is designed to keep people at the average — predictable, measurable, comparable. What I call the Gaussian curve problem: everything pulls toward the middle, toward conformity, toward fitting. The individuals who sit at the edges of that curve — the ones with something genuinely different to offer — are precisely the ones the system is least equipped to hold.Stefanie’s son comes home from school and says he’s bored. She tells him: you’re not bored. For the first time today, you have autonomy. You get to direct yourself. And that’s actually a skill nobody teaches — children or adults. How to be with yourself, unstructured, without immediately filling the space.Multitasking puts fog on the inner compass[00:33:48 — 00:35:44]The image that stayed with me from this conversation: multitasking as fog on the inner compass. When you’re switching between tasks constantly, you don’t just lose focus — you lose access to your own signal. The body is still sending information, but you can’t hear it through the noise.Stefanie describes the inner compass as something that gets clouded from multiple directions at once: other people’s priorities, subconscious programming, an overfull calendar with no gaps. Even with awareness, even with intention, if you look at your day and there is no space — no being time, no time that belongs to you without an agenda — the compass gets obscured. Not broken. Obscured. The antidote isn’t two hours of meditation. It’s a 10-minute walk. Three minutes of breathing. The ability to sit somewhere without stimulation and let yourself land. That’s enough to restore access, she says, to the information that was already there. The career coach who fired her client[00:29:00 — 00:30:36]Around 40, Stefanie lost her job unexpectedly. She’d left a stable position to join a startup and was let go after eight weeks. In the aftermath, she hired a career coach who asked her all the foundational questions — what do you want, who are you, what matters to you — and Stefanie realized she didn’t have clear answers. The coach, gently, told her: I don’t think I can help you. I think you need a life coach. That moment — being effectively fired by your own coach for not knowing yourself — was the beginning. She found Michael Singer. She found Deepak Chopra. She spent time with herself for what felt like the first time. And in not having anything to do, she discovered being. Not as a concept. As the only option available. Now she tries to take people there without requiring the crash, she says. Before the illness, the divorce, the layoff. Can we do some of this work while you’re still standing, still functional, before the system forces the question on you?I recognized myself in this completely. My own tipping points were burnout and the loss of my father. Strange, we said to each other, that it takes something enormous to make us stop and look at the life we’re actually living.AI as the new autopilot[00:24:28 — 00:27:14]We went somewhere unexpected in this conversation: AI as a mirror for the inner compass problem. Stefanie made the point precisely — if you don’t tell AI what you’re after, it will tell you. It will generate, propose, structure, and if you don’t have enough inner groundedness to evaluate what comes back, you’ll take it for granted and act on it.I mentioned the Anthropic study published a few weeks ago showing that some users were delegating decisions to Claude and then using the AI as an excuse — “AI told me to do that.” She made the analogy immediately: it’s like a Tesla in full self-drive mode. When the car has an accident, you say it wasn’t me. But Tesla isn’t liable. And neither is the AI. The human is still the one responsible for the outcome. Her framing: lay all the tools on the table — AI, money, relationships, all of it. But there is only one person who can assemble them, prioritize them, deploy them, and oversee them. That person is you. And if you’ve outsourced your inner compass to an algorithm, you’ve given away the one thing no tool can replace. The test for your own clients[00:55:44 — 00:56:09]Stefanie shared her own version of client alignment as a qualifying filter. She tells potential clients: if you want to work with me, you need to be able to close your eyes and take a long, deep breath. If you can’t do that — or can’t imagine doing that with your team — I’m not the right person for you.I use something similar. Former corporate clients sometimes come back expecting the same relationship we had before. And I have to tell them honestly: I’m the same person, same energy, but today the work is different. If they want to work with me now, they have to be willing to go inside. If that feels too far, I’m genuinely not their person. And there’s nothing wrong with that. What Stefanie added is the nuance I find most interesting in corporate work: even when the leader wants to do this work, the team often doesn’t. Someone suggests a breathing exercise or an intuition workshop and immediately it’s “a bit woo-woo.” And so the work, often, is not just with the individual but with the permission structure around them. Getting an organization to take seriously the things that don’t fit on a KPI spreadsheet.Being sure enough to let people go[00:54:34 — 00:55:31]One of the last things Stefanie said that I want to leave here: when you’re sure of yourself and in alignment, you can say something that puts someone off — and not immediately backtrack to soften it. The old version of her would have rushed to explain, to qualify, to find the version of what she meant that wouldn’t upset anyone. Now: if it felt right to say, and it doesn’t vibe with you, that’s a filter. Not a failure. She’s rebuilding her website right now with this in mind. She doesn’t want to fake-sell herself. She doesn’t want to optimize for maximum inoffensiveness. She wants to be true to what she actually does, and trust that the people meant for her will recognize themselves in it.That’s it, really. That’s what this whole series has been about. Daniel rebuilt his land and his body by creating conditions rather than forcing outcomes. Kim listens for the voice that comes from the belly, not the throat. Iva stopped driving herself toward things and started following the pull. And Stefanie gets off autopilot — late, as most of us do, after something breaks — and begins, for the first time, to use the compass she already had.So here’s what I’m leaving you with:If you look at your day today — not as an ideal, as it actually is — where are the gaps? The unscheduled minutes, the transitions, the spaces between things? And what would it mean to use those not to task-switch, but to land?Follow Stefanie and her work on modern leadershipBeing Is the New Doing is available on Amazon: https://a.co/d/08gxk9ctThe Awakened Entrepreneur is a reader-supported publication. When You Stop Forcing, Things Actually Move
Five lives. Five conversations.Being Is the New Doing is built around the acronym FLUIDE — six dimensions of an aligned life and business: Foundations, Liberation, Unicity, Intuition, Deployment, and Evolution. This conversation touches all six, but it lands most deeply in the “U” — Unicity — Your energy, your nervous system, your design, your relationship to your own true rhythm.I invited Iva G. Biz + Human Design because I worked with me last year, and because what she does is rare: she uses Human Design, psychosomatic work, and story selling as one integrated system. A business that feels good isn’t a luxury in her world. It’s the point. And she lives that. From the outside, people look at her and say: you’re doing so much. She says: I don’t feel like it. Because when it’s your passion, it isn’t effort. That’s exactly what Being Is the New Doing is about. The Awakened Entrepreneur is a reader-supported publication. To receive new posts and support my work, consider becoming a free subscriber or paid subscriber and access to my Monthly Circle[00:03:21 — 00:06:25]Iva discovered Human Design eight years ago. Like most of us, she read her chart, found it interesting, and dropped it. A year later she came back, this time with the intention to actually live it — starting with her authority, then her centers, then the gates inside the centers. Eight years of that, she says, is exactly the seven-year deconditioning cycle Human Design talks about. Your cells regenerate. Your body resets. You get, literally, a new system. But the real turning point was a December she decided to use as an experiment. No motivation, no inspiration, nothing she wanted to do. So instead of pushing, she gave herself an entire month to act only from her design — from her sacral yes and no, from her emotional authority. Wake up: do I want to get out of bed or stay in? Do I want to read or scroll? No overriding. No “I should.” Just following the pull. That month, Clubhouse launched. She felt a strong pull toward it, unusual for her. She started hosting live conversations. Clients came in. Opportunities followed. A collaboration with one of the biggest Human Design creators on YouTube. Offers launched from pure enthusiasm, no plan, no course built in advance. $9,000 in a week. Not because she forced anything. Because she finally stopped. The difference between using Human Design and living it[00:10:06 — 00:10:45]There’s a version of Human Design that’s mental — you know your type, your profile, your “it factor,” and you use it to inform your content strategy. Iva used it that way for years. It works on that level, she says. But it’s not the same as feeling it from inside your body. The shift is from doing Human Design to being it. From “this is my it factor, I’ll show it through my content” to “there is a pull in my body right now, something that wants to move, and I’m going to follow it without needing to understand why.” That second version is what changed everything for her. Not the knowledge. The embodiment. And that, she says, is exactly what the title of your book means. Being is not passive. It’s not the absence of doing. It’s the condition from which the right doing becomes possible — and feels completely different from the inside. The fear gate, goal trauma, and EFT tapping[00:15:50 — 00:22:25]Human Design gave Iva a map, but the map also showed her the blocks. Gate 44 in her spleen center — the fear of the past repeating itself. In business, this translates directly: every time you’ve set a goal and missed it, every time something went badly, you carry that unprocessed experience forward. It becomes a weight on every future attempt. She calls it goal trauma. She survived two wars. Lost her father at 12. There was, she says simply, a lot of stuff there. And Human Design helped her see exactly where those experiences were living in her energetic structure and why they were creating specific patterns in her business behavior. The tool she used to clear it: EFT tapping. Not as a concept, as a daily practice. In EFT, you go through a round of venting first — all the swear words, all the “this is not fair,” all of it — and only after the emotion is fully expressed does the neutralization become possible. This is precisely what Human Design prescribes for emotional authority: act from neutrality. But you can’t get to neutrality by thinking your way there. You have to move through the emotion somatically, not manage it mentally. The plane above the hurricane[00:25:34 — 00:27:10]Iva described a moment that I found precise enough to keep exactly as she said it. She’d received bad news. She was spiraling. She started pacing around her kitchen doing circular breathwork — the conscious connected breath she’d learned from a coach. Within 90 seconds — the time it takes an emotion to leave the body if you don’t cling to it — something shifted. Before: a plane in the hurricane. After: a plane above it. The clouds are still there. The difficult situation hasn’t changed. But her emotional state is completely neutral. Detached. Able to observe. And from that place, she can actually think. This is not a metaphor for bypassing. It’s the opposite. You go through the emotion with the breath, not around it. The nervous system regulation opens the parts of the brain that dysregulation shuts down. Creativity, discernment, decision-making — all of it comes back online. And this, she says, is the only state from which you can make good decisions. Because all of your resources are available. Why breath is the tool nobody teaches us[00:23:59 — 00:27:27]Both of us said the same thing in different words: the breath is a superpower and nobody teaches us this. It should be in schools. It takes three minutes, works on the vagus nerve, regulates the nervous system, and costs nothing.I added my own version: I wake up sometimes with a contraction right here, between the solar plexus and the heart, in the sternum. Three minutes of alternate nostril breathing and it’s gone. Not suppressed — gone. And from there I can start my emails, my sessions, my day, from somewhere that actually feels like me.Iva’s version is sharper: procrastination, bad decisions, fear and doubt — all of these come from a dysregulated nervous system. Regulate it, and everything else gets easier. Not because the problems disappear, but because you’re meeting them with all of your capacity rather than a fraction of it.Mirror work, radical self-acceptance, and the face that doesn’t lie[00:32:54 — 00:34:14]Iva’s other practice is mirror work. She started it practically by necessity — living alone in Toronto, sometimes weeks without seeing anyone in person, she started talking to herself in the mirror. Dancing with herself. And from that came something she hadn’t expected: radical self-honesty.Your eyes don’t lie. Your face doesn’t lie. You can tell yourself whatever story you want, but when you look at yourself — really look — your face tells you what’s actually true.I shared my own version of this. Last week, after the book launch, I looked at myself in the mirror. I expected to feel thrilled. I wasn’t sure what I felt. And in the mirror I saw it: deeply satisfied. Proud. And a little ashamed to admit it, because there’s something in us that hesitates to claim satisfaction outright, like we’re not supposed to be pleased with ourselves. The mirror caught it before I could qualify it. That recognition, Iva says, changes something in the cells. I believe her.Human Design as a certification to be yourself[00:31:01 — 00:32:00]One of the lines from this conversation that I keep turning over: Human Design gives you permission — a certification, she called it — to be yourself. To stop comparing your energy, your rhythm, your pace to someone else’s and wondering why you can’t keep up.She has an undefined root center. Not consistently driven. A homebody by nature. She loves what she calls soft business — no hustle, no burning through energy in ways that deplete. Someone else, with a defined root center, thrives on exactly that intensity. Neither is wrong. But knowing which one you are, and stopping the shame about it, is the beginning of everything.Comparison, she says, can be the thief of joy. But it can also be a source of it — when you use it as information rather than judgment. When you watch someone else’s system and recognize: she has this and I don’t. This path is hers, not mine. And from that recognition, you stop borrowing blueprints and start building from your own design. What being actually produces[00:53:22 — 00:55:51]Iva closed the conversation with something I want to keep as a kind of compass. She said: when you start from being — when you start with your nervous system, with honoring yourself, with that foundation — everything else comes from that. The launch becomes easier. The content ideas keep coming because you’re in a creative state. The offers take shape because you know what you actually want. And on top of that, all the tools and tactics and strategies fit — because there’s a real foundation under them. The version that doesn’t work: you start with the strategy, the launch plan, the marketing calendar, and try to find the energy to execute it from a system that’s already dysregulated. The doing is all there. The being is absent. And it feels like exactly what it is: pushing. She said something else at the end that stayed with me: with AI changing faster than social media algorithms used to, we need a nervous system that can shift fast. We need to be able to make aligned decisions from a secure inner place — because otherwise everything we do depletes us and drives us straight into the wall. The external world is moving too fast for rigidity to work. The only stable ground is the one inside. So here’s what I’m leaving you with:Where in your business are you currently pushing — and underneath that push, what are you afraid would stop if you let go of the force? And what if that thing actually moved faster without it?Follow Iva G. Finding the Expression That Actually Sounds Like You | BIND After Launch Party
Welcome to Being Is the New Doing After-Launch Party 🎉The book is out, Being Is the New Doing is in the world. I wanted to celebrate that the way that feels most true to me with real conversations with people whose work I genuinely admire, and whose lives are — each in their own way — a living proof of what this book is about. So this is the After-Launch Party. Five lives. Five conversations.Being Is the New Doing is structured around the acronym FLUIDE — six dimensions of an aligned life and business: Foundations, Liberation, Unicity, Intuition, Deployment, and Evolution. This conversation lives right in the heart of the “I” — Intuition — and specifically what it means to let that intelligence come through your voice, your words, and the way you show up when you speak.I invited Kim Parkinson because she is doing something I find quietly radical: she helps spiritually aligned women entrepreneurs find and use their voice — not as a performance, not as a brand exercise, but as an actual channel for what they know. I met her on PodMatch, and from the very first conversation I had that feeling of “I’ve known this woman my whole life.” When someone can help you arrive at your own truth, that’s a gift. And she embodies what Being Is the New Doing is about: leading from inside out, trusting what you already carry, and having the courage to let it actually be heard.[00:03:04]The first thing Kim told me is that when women come to her with a podcast idea, they almost always arrive with the same plan: They’re going to interview other people. Their clients. Their friends. Experts. Anyone, really, except themselves. And she has to stop them and say: no. We need you. Your story. Your voice. Your words. It sounds simple. It isn’t. Because the block isn’t a lack of content — it’s a throat chakra constriction, as she puts it. A deep, almost physical hesitation to take up space with your own truth. And what she’s learned, over years of working with priestesses, astrologers, ministers, and corporate women, is that the moment someone stops performing and starts actually speaking — you can hear it. Immediately. In the voice itself. That’s what this conversation is about, voice as a doorway to yourself, rather than podcasting as a tactic. You can hear the smile[00:07:19 — 00:08:12]Kim said something that stayed with me: “I can hear their smiles.” Not see them. Hear them. When a client sends her a recorded audio, she knows within seconds whether they’ve arrived. Not from the content, not from the structure — from the quality of what’s coming through the voice. When someone reads from a script, the voice flattens. When they move to an outline — just sticky notes, just a few anchors — something shifts. The inflection returns. The breath changes. She can feel the calmness come over them through the recording. And that, she says, is when the intuitive guide starts coming through. When the transmission actually begins. It made me think of my first student job, answering phones as a telephonist before the internet existed (yes, we are that generation). My boss used to say: I want to hear your smile in your voice. I was 20 and shy and had no idea what that meant. Today, running a podcast, I realize I’ve been training for this my whole life. (The universe is like that, sometimes annoyingly so.)The throat chakra and what’s actually blocking you[00:04:23 — 00:06:57]Kim works with women across very different spiritual traditions — from Oracle readers and tarot practitioners to ministers and pastors, and corporate women who would never call themselves spiritual but already are, in their own way. What they all share is a version of the same blockage: the felt sense that their story is not quite worthy of being shared. That someone else’s story would be more interesting, more helpful, more legitimate. What she does is simple and not simple at all: She sits with them. She asks the right questions. What do clients ask you all the time? What do you know that you don’t even realize you know? And then she waits for intuition to take over, because it always does. The voice that emerges from that process sounds completely different from the voice that was performing before. It’s stiller and it comes from further inside. She describes it like an elastic band. You have to pull it back just a little, and then you go forward. The resistance isn’t the problem — it’s the launch. What I felt in my belly[00:16:53 — 00:18:25]There was a moment in our conversation where Kim was describing the feeling of speaking from a place of true alignment, and I noticed something: my belly went completely calm and settled. Not the electricity I sometimes get when something is right. Not goosebumps. Something quieter, more anchored. Like being grounded from the inside.I said it out loud, a little uncertain: I feel like my voice is more from the inside than from my throat. And she said: yes. That’s it. That’s an inner wash. That’s what we aim for — that what you speak comes from within and you’re delivering it to the world. That distinction between a voice that originates in the throat and a voice that originates in the body, the belly, the deeper self — it’s subtle and it’s everything. You’ve heard both. You know the difference immediately. One leaves you feeling slightly empty after speaking. The other leaves you feeling more like yourself.Intuition doesn’t push[00:45:13 — 00:49:28]One of the most useful things we said is that intuition is sure of itself, so it can wait. It doesn’t need to push. It doesn’t arrive with urgency or anxiety. It arrives calm, complete, often at the most inconvenient moments: the middle of the night, in the shower, while driving. These are all moments when your logical mind is occupied elsewhere, and the space opens. She described a friend who, rather than wake up and write in her journal at 3am, would toss the journal on the floor next to her bed. If it was on the floor in the morning, she knew she had something to retrieve. A small, funny, deeply practical system for working with the timing of the inner voice rather than against it.I shared my own version of this: I’ve learned to receive what comes in the middle of the night without rushing to act on it. I tell it: “I know you’re here. Come back at a better time.” And it does — usually richer, with more precision, more information. Because when you stop forcing, there’s space for the full picture to arrive. The client who thought she’d lost her intuition[00:40:25 — 00:42:35]Earlier that same afternoon, I’d been with a client who was crying. She said she’d lost her faith and her intuition over the past year. No more goosebumps. No more visions. No sense of channeling. She felt like something essential had gone quiet. And then, in the middle of our conversation, something shifted. She was talking and I noticed: she was completely grounded in her own sovereignty. Still. Clear. I asked where it was coming from. She said: I don’t know. I just feel so good when I’m sharing this. That’s your soul talking, I told her. Your inner truth. You haven’t lost anything — the silence you’ve been experiencing is your upgrade. Because to arrive where you’re meant to go, you had to stop accessing the old way. You can’t run new software on the old operating system. She stopped crying. She felt it: still here. Just different.Kim’s response when I shared this: sometimes there’s just a lot of noise, and we allow it in. When we don’t step back, the noise takes over. What that client needed wasn’t more intuition. She needed someone to guide her back to the stillness she’d already earned.Acting from scarcity, or: why your clients can feel it[00:57:46 — 00:59:44]We ended the conversation somewhere unexpected: talking about what happens when you try to attract clients from a place of need. Not want, not intention — raw, anxious need. Kim said it directly: if your bank account is at zero and you’re in panic mode, it’s not going to work. They can feel it. Scarcity repels.I added what I’ve learned over 15 years of running my own business — through the long downs, the dry spells, the moments where the fear is real: even then, right now, at this second, I am safe. Roof over my head. Invoices paid. Healthy. That shift — from the anxiety of what might happen to the present fact of what is — is not a performance of abundance. It’s inner security. And it’s the only ground from which aligned clients can actually find you.Kim put it with the simplicity that I’ve come to recognize as her signature: “If you are truly in alignment with the people you want as clients, they will find you. Whether that’s your podcast, your newsletter, your Instagram, wherever. They’ll find you when it’s ready for them too.”So here’s what I’m leaving you with:When you speak — in your podcast, in a live, in a client conversation, or just to yourself in your journal — where does the voice actually come from? The throat, or somewhere deeper? And if it’s been a while since you felt that deeper place: what would it take to create enough stillness for it to come back? You can find Kim Parkinson and her podcast Podcasting for Your Spiritual Business at kpcreativemedia.com/podcast, and on all major podcast platforms. And below our very first conversation 😉Being Is the New Doing is available on Amazon: https://a.co/d/08gxk9ctThank you Margaret Williams, MS, ACC, Paul k, and many others for tuning into my live video with Kim Parkinson! Lucky is a choice
Five lives. Five conversations.Being Is the New Doing is built around an acronym — FLUIDE — six dimensions that together describe what an aligned life and business actually look and feel like: Foundations, Liberation, Unicity, Intuition, Deployment, and Evolution. The “U” — Unicity — is the one that carries the question of personal ecology: how you live in your body, how you organize your energy, how you find and protect your own rhythm so that who you are doesn’t get consumed by what you do.I invited Daniel P. Hirschi because it was obvious because he is, in his entire life, what Being Is the New Doing is about. A man who stopped doing in order to finally be — and rebuilt everything from that place, with his hands in the soil of Transylvania and his feet on a piece of land that was dead before he arrived, 20 years ago.If you’ve read the book, you’ll recognize the embodiement of doing from your Complete Self, If you haven’t, this conversation is a good reason to start.[00:04:07]It was two o’clock in the morning in Transylvania when Daniel’s wife broke every traffic rule to drive him to the hospital. His main coronary artery was completely blocked. The cardiologist told him later that in cases like his, people have roughly 40 minutes to survive. His wife made it in 20. He was lucky, he was lucky in his misfortune. That night in August 2018 was the culmination of something that had been building for years: a successful landscaping company with 12 employees, a heavily overweight body, chronic stress, and a life built entirely around output. A life, as Daniel puts it, that violated every principle of nature he had spent decades studying.Even if this may sounds dramatic (and it is), I invited Daniel for the After-Launch Party of Being Is the New Doing because of what he did with it. He is very conscious of his second chance in life. At one point, he said something that stuck with me all afternoon until I wrote this article:I’m very, very lucky because I can afford meditationandI am a very lucky guy to be here still.Yes, it seems it wasn’t his time yet. And also……that luck is a choice he made. Every single day, for the seven years since his heart attack, he has committed to living differently. Period. This is what that looks like. These are the main points we discussed during our conversation. The thing about holistic management[00:09:04 — 00:13:47]Daniel is a permaculture designer and professional gardener. So when he had weeks of enforced stillness after his heart attack, he reached for the books he knew, including Alan Savory’s Holistic Management*, and did something most of us don’t do when our lives fall apart:he applied his professional framework to his own existence. He made a list of every natural principle he’d spent his career working with, then he looked at his life and realized he was violating most of them. What followed was the FARMISH Blueprint — seven life segments he identified as non-negotiable: Freedom, Authenticity, Relationships, Money, Inspiration, Sustainability, and Health. The insight is in what he noticed underneath it: when any one segment dominates for too long, everything starts to break down. The founding of a company might justify two years of imbalance, but five years of it? That’s a whole part of life and not only a phase. The homestead as a mirror[00:18:22 — 00:21:00]Before we can understand what Daniel did with his body and his business, we need to understand where he lives.Twenty years ago, he and his wife bought a piece of land in Transylvania that was, in his words, completely degraded — thirty years of monoculture corn had stripped it of almost everything. They introduced tons of compost, rotational gardening, a food forest. Today that same land holds more than 350 species. Birds and insects that don’t exist on neighboring plots have found their way there, drawn by flowers and trees that simply aren’t available anywhere else nearby.Daniel tells this story as the conceptual spine of everything else he does. A compost pile, he says, contains thousands of species of microbes, worms, insects, all working together and the heat it generates comes entirely from their combined, invisible activity. 20 years ago, the land was dead. He created the conditions to get it back to life and the rest happened. That is precisely the logic he applied to himself after 2018. His body was the degraded land: his main focus was how to create the conditions for it to recover. On depleted soil, performance isn’t the main issue. He made decisions that supported his new way of life.…. and he says it himself: he had to be selfish; it was a matter of survival, because after the first attack, the second one is just around the corner if you don’t change anything. And that was obviously not an option.[00:16:14 — 00:17:33]The first structural decision Daniel made was to reduce his company from 12 employees to one. He rethought the business model entirely — cut costs, redirected what was freed up into digital and online marketing, and rebuilt the whole operation around a simpler, leaner architecture. He used the word “selfish.” And then he defined it precisely: When we are talking about our health, we have to be selfish. The damage is in your body, not in everybody else’s.This is the part that tends to get glossed over in wellness culture, which is often more comfortable with the concept of self-care than with the actual disruption it requires.Real change is inconvenient for the people around you, at least initially. Reducing your team, changing your revenue model, restructuring your entire way of generating income — these are not small decisions. They were the preconditions for everything else. He couldn’t hear himself clearly while carrying 12 people’s livelihoods on a heart that had just stopped working. So he changed the weight he was carrying. The result was space. And space, as he discovered, is where your body finally gets to tell you what it needs.Food as the first conversation with your body[00:23:58 — 00:28:05]When I asked Daniel how he rebuilt his capacity to feel — to actually listen to his body — he didn’t start with meditation or journaling or breathwork. He started with food 🎉His argument follows the same logic he applies to his land: No wild animal in nature is overweight, because every species eats according to its DNA. The ant, the lion, the elephant — they don’t need a nutritionist. They eat what they’re wired for. He shifted to mostly animal protein, eliminated snacking entirely, moved his first meal to early afternoon. The morning brain fog he’d lived with for years disappeared almost immediately. His heart scars healed at the rate of someone 30 years younger than he was.The parallel with the homestead is exact. A degraded soil can’t support biodiversity because it’s been stripped of what it needs. A body perpetually occupied with processing inputs it wasn’t designed for has no bandwidth left to signal. Sensitivity requires space. You can’t hear yourself if the noise never stops and processed food, he says, is one of the loudest forms of noise there is.The radical act of boredom[00:28:44 — 00:32:16]Daniel told me something that stopped me mid-conversation: I can handle boredom. People can’t handle boredom anymore. He can stand in his garden for half an hour, doing nothing visible, just observing. A new bird that wasn’t there last week. A bug he’s never seen before. His wife, he says with affection, finds this mildly incomprehensible. But this capacity for stillness is not a personality trait he was born with — it’s something he built, deliberately, by removing the inputs that made it impossible. He doesn’t call what he does meditation, because he finds the word too structured. It’s closer to what permaculture calls “observe and interact” — make a halt, step back, notice what you’re actually seeing before you do anything about it. Sometimes it becomes an idea for an article. Sometimes it’s nothing. Both are fine. His phone has designated windows of availability, not rigid ones, he adjusts based on the flow of his work. When he’s writing and it’s going well, his phone is completely off (not on silent - OFF) and in seven years of this practice, he says, he has never missed anything that mattered. The second half of life as a design project[00:33:09 — 00:37:32]Daniel and I both circled around something during our conversation that I think is worth naming directly: there’s a particular kind of freedom that comes in the second half of life, and it’s only available to people who stop performing. He put it plainly as relief:I am not playing around anymore. I’m not acting for absolutely nobody. I don’t care what people think about me. The energy that used to go toward managing others’ perceptions now goes toward actually living. What made this possible, he’s clear, was not the heart attack itself but the years of accumulated experience that preceded it. The mental breakdown at 25, the medication, the company with 12 employees that was slowly dismantling him — those weren’t detours. They were the soil (that’s what I call our Inner Capital, in my F-Foundations chapter).Without them, he wouldn’t have had the roots to know, with certainty, what he was choosing when he finally chose differently. You can’t return to yourself without first knowing what it cost you to leave. His program is called “The Return” — and he’s careful to define it. Not a return to some medieval lifestyle, not a rejection of modernity, a return to your natural path. An awareness that somewhere along the way, most of us drifted further from ourselves than was necessary. On the morning Starbucks (and what it actually signals)[00:44:06 — 00:51:09]Daniel went on a small, sharp tangent about the morning Starbucks queue that I found clarifying. He’s not opposed to coffee. He’s opposed to the architecture of the ritual — the manufactured stress of a queue, a product designed to taste like comfort while containing almost nothing your body recognizes, and the way people then wonder why they crash at two in the afternoon. The broader point: we’ve built a daily life that has almost no overlap with what our nervous systems were designed for. From the notification that greets you before you’re fully awake, to the last thought about work before sleep. The morning routine borrowed from a guru who is nothing like you, the commute, the Starbucks, the day structured down to the last Netflix episode — none of it has anything to do with your DNA. It’s a life designed by default, not by intention. (I say this as a former digital marketing consultant who spent years teaching companies to capture exactly that attention. I know what the machine is built to do.)Daniel is radical about this in his own life. But he’s also honest that he can afford to be — not because he’s wealthy, but because he made the structural decisions, years ago, to build a life where this kind of intentionality was possible. The homestead, the restructured business, the FARMISH audit — all of it created the conditions. The behavior followed. That’s the part worth sitting with. Not the advice itself — that’s widely available. The question underneath it: what would you need to change structurally, not just behaviorally, to give yourself access to a different quality of life? What stays with me[00:59:17 — 01:01:09]Daniel ended our conversation by asking our audience to hold space for him — he had eye surgery scheduled the following morning, a late consequence of his heart attack. He said it the way someone says something true: simply, without performance, without asking for anything back. “I paid the price. Others don’t have to pay the same price.”That’s what drives everything he’s built — the Midlife Regeneration Substack, the FARMISH framework, The Return program, and a book in progress called The DNA Cheat Code, as a kind of obligation to the version of himself that almost didn’t make it.He says he is lucky. He means it. And what I want you to hear underneath that statement is the thing he’s too humble to say directly: Luck, in this context, is the name we give to a choice that was made so consistently, and at such a cost, that it eventually looks inevitable from the outside. It was a decision, made in a l bed in the first two weeks when it took him fifteen minutes to reach his own bedroom and then it was that decision again, every day after. So here’s what I’m leaving you with:If you had to be honest about one area of your life where you know that you’ve drifted further than is good for you, and you’ve been waiting for the right moment to return: what would the smallest, most structural change look like? You can find Daniel at Midlife Regeneration on Substack, and his programs (including The Return) on Gumroad.Being Is the New Doing is available on Amazon.Make the most of every minute of your life, they're precious 💚Namasté, Val.To go deeper: title="YouTube video player" frameborder="0" allow="accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share" referrerpolicy="strict-origin-when-cross-origin" allowfullscreen>Source : TED Talks Get full access to The Awakened Entrepreneur at demontvalerie.substack.com/subscribe

What AI and Your Boss Have in Common
Monday evening was th last game of the regular season (I’m a huge fan of our local team 😉)I’m watching Erik Brännström and for a few seconds, he’s back.At the start of the season, he was playing like the game was on fast forward: faster than everyone, sharper and Something alive in the way he moved. Then the whole season, he leveled. Game after game: competent, solid, fine… Yet average. But Monday night, for just a few seconds, the real him came back. And I thought: what happened to that? What did the system do to him?The next morning, I was listening to Ben Affleck and Matt Damon on Joe Rogan. January 2026. And Affleck said something simple about AI:“It goes toward the average. That’s its nature. It’s trained on patterns that tend toward the statistical center.”I stopped.Because I’ve been watching that same phenomenon for years — not in AI, but in organizations, in teams (whatever teams are) and in the entrepreneurs I work with.Open LinkedIn, or Insta, on any given day. Every post starts with the same hook, the same three-point structure and the same careful, optimized, AI-assisted voice that sounds like everyone and no one at the same time. Two systems. One built from code and the other one built from people. Both doing the same thing. Here’s what nobody talks about. We’ve built organizations optimized for one thing: reducing variance: predictable, safe and of course manageable. And in that same world, we’ve built AI optimized for one thing: performing the average. The problem? What gets compressed in both systems is identical. The intuition, the aliveness, the thing that makes a person — or an idea — unrepeatable. And it’s not always the manager who does the work of normalization. Teams do it to themselves. When one person performs too high, they create an invisible pressure on everyone around them. Brännström didn’t slow down alone. His environment helped him without even knowing it.I know this from the inside.Years ago, I went through an Insights profile analysis. The coach looked at my results and said:“You make a lot of noise. You take a lot of space. Be careful — it can disturb people.”So I tried to turn myself off. For years. And one day I was at my osteopath’s office, reaching for a hanger on the rack — I knocked everything down. You cannot turn yourself off. You just get hurt trying.AI now performs the average better than any average human ever could. Which means what’s left — what cannot be replaced — is exactly what systems spend their time compressing. The intuition that arrives before the analysis. The connection nobody else makes. The truth that costs something to say.Protecting that — in yourself, in your team — is no longer a question of humanism. It’s a question of survival. The organizations that keep averaging their humans are not preparing for a future with AI. They’re preparing to be replaced by it. Because they’re already producing the same thing — less effectively, and at a higher cost.So I want to leave you with 2 questions.1 - Do you see your genius as your responsibility, something you owe the world?2 - Can you hold the cost of someone else’s genius? Because if you can, you become the environment where brilliance actually survives. The future needs whole people, not well-calibrated ones! That’s what I wrote Being Is the New Doing for: a permission to stop compressing yourself. If you recognize yourself anywhere in this story — in Brännström, in the coat hanger, in the LinkedIn scroll — this book was written from that exact place. It’s available soon on Amazon. You can preorder it now.Valérie Get full access to The Awakened Entrepreneur at demontvalerie.substack.com/subscribe

The Spiritual Entrepreneur Paradox
There’s a specific kind of exhaustion I recognize immediately in the entrepreneurs who come to me.They meditate. They journal. They’ve done the retreats, the somatic work, the human design deep-dives. Their consciousness has genuinely shifted. And their business is still running on the old fuel.Hustling all day after a morning practice. Trusting the process on Sunday, micromanaging on Monday. Deeply knowing that there’s a different way to operate, and still finding themselves back in survival mode by Tuesday afternoon. This is the paradox I see most often in spiritually-attuned entrepreneurs. It has everything to do with the gap between what they’ve understood and what they’ve actually embodied — it has nothing to do with how much inner work they’ve done.Understanding something and living it are two completely different things. You can know that abundance is an internal state and still freeze when it’s time to send an invoice. You can believe in your body’s wisdom and still override it the moment a client calls at 9pm. You can preach alignment and still say yes to the project that was wrong from the first conversation.I know this gap intimately. I lived in it for years. What shifted for me — and what I help my clients navigate — is learning to close that gap. Practically. In the actual decisions, the actual calendar and the actual way a business day is structured.Spiritual principles are real. They just need a bridge to become operational. That bridge is what the FLUIDE method is built on — not more practices to add to your morning, but a way of running your business that reflects what you actually believe. Where your intuition informs your strategy. Where your rhythm shapes your calendar. Where the two dimensions of who you are stop competing and start working together. This is the marriage at the heart of Being Is the New Doing — consciousness and commerce, not as opposites to balance, but as a single coherent way of operating. The book comes out on Amazon March 30th. You can pre-order it now : https://www.beingisthenewdoing.com/ValérieP.S. — Once you’ve ordered the book, head to my website and claim your bonus: a 10-minute morning calibration session to replace the routine that stopped working. The Sunday Night Dread
Sunday nights used to fill me with dread. That weight settling in around 6pm. The mental inventory of everything waiting on Monday. The gap between the life I was building and the life I was actually living.I had the revenue, the clients and the reputation: everything I’d told myself I was working toward. And I felt like a prisoner in my own company. It took me a long time to understand what that feeling was actually saying. Because it was pointing to the gap between what I had built and what I had actually wanted to build.I had built it running on the wrong fuel — hustle, the need to prove myself, the fear of not being enough. And every time I hit a new number, the emptiness and the dread were still there, waiting. The question that changed things for me arrived on a Sunday evening, somewhere between the anxiety and the exhaustion:Who am I when I’m not performing?I didn’t have an answer. And that absence — that blank space where an answer should have been — was the most honest thing I’d felt in years. That’s where the real work began: learning to rebuild from identity instead of output.Understanding that my natural rhythm, my body’s intelligence, my actual values — these weren’t obstacles to a successful business. They were the foundation one.Sunday nights started feeling different when I stopped treating rest as something I had to earn and started treating it as information. The Two Voices Question
There are two voices that show up the moment you consider slowing down. The first one says: “Finally. This is what I’ve been craving. Space. Ease. Something that actually feels like me.”The second one arrives about three seconds later: “Are you serious right now? If you slow down, everything falls apart. Get back to work.”Which one is your intuition?Which one is fear doing a very convincing impression of reason? This is the question I come back to again and again with the entrepreneurs I work with. Because both voices seem loud. Both sound logical. And most high-performers have spent years rewarding the second one — calling it discipline, calling it responsibility, calling it “just how business works.”I know this from the inside. After years of building a business the hard work way, I hit a wall. I had the practices, the routines, the structure and my body was exhausted. My creativity had dried up. My joy had gone somewhere I couldn’t find it.Every time I considered creating space, the second voice got louder:“Your clients need you.” “Your competitors aren’t stopping.” “If you rest now, you’ll prove what you’ve always feared.”It took a complete breakdown to see it clearly that voice wasn’t protecting me. It had become my prison. What the FLUIDE method gave me, and what I now help my clients rebuild, is what I call Inner Governance. The ability to know, in your body, which voice is speaking. Your intuition already has the answer. It has always had the answer. It’s been waiting, steady and certain, while the fear voice filled all the available space. When you learn to tell them apart, something shifts in how you run your business. Decisions that used to cost you days of second-guessing start arriving faster. Opportunities stop feeling like traps. You stop performing for an invisible audience and start leading from somewhere real. This is what the Intuition chapter of Being Is the New Doing is built around — practical tools to identify your own inner signal, clear what’s blocking it, and apply it to the actual decisions your business requires from you every day.The book comes out on Amazon March 30th. You can pre-order it now at the link below.https://www.beingisthenewdoing.com/ValérieP.S. — The intuition doesn’t shout. It doesn’t have to. It already knows. The work is learning to give it the space to be heard over everything else you’ve been trained to listen to. Get full access to The Awakened Entrepreneur at demontvalerie.substack.com/subscribe

The Most Dangerous Thing You've Handed to AI Isn't Your Tasks
Last week, I was walking by the lake with Vanessa. One of those conversations where the world feels both too big and too close.“I’m at a crossroads. I want more impact with my agency. But the hard truth is — I’ve lost clients to AI. I have to let my team go. And I don’t know where I still have value.”I felt her deeply. Because she is not alone.Paulo, who also runs a communication agency, reduced his staff by half in 2025. His clients stopped outsourcing — they internalized everything, because AI makes their in-house teams good enough.Séverine left me a voicemail: she had scripted her entire upcoming conference with ChatGPT. Now she was lost between versions. “I don’t even know what I wanted to say anymore.”And then there’s Carole. Her membership is empty. Instead of sitting with that — instead of doing the inner work, realigning, and opening her practice to 1-1 sessions — she’s rushing to build a new program. Another offer. More content. More production. But here’s the real issue: her practice hasn’t changed. She’s still doing the same coaching she always did. The kind that gives people frameworks, steps, clarity on what to do next. The kind ChatGPT now does in thirty seconds, for free. She knows she’s not playing the commodity game on purpose — but she doesn’t yet feel she belongs in the high-ticket, deep transformation space either. So she stays busy. Producing. Hoping the next program will fix what is actually an alignment problem. We walked in silence for a while. No words. We are the ones who delegated silently, yet willingly. Open LinkedIn right now. Scroll for sixty seconds.Same voice. Same structure. Same angles. Same wording. An entire professional world that decided to optimize its expression and lost it in the process. We spent years building our personal brand. Clarifying our vision, our mission, our why and then, faced with the blank page, we opened a new chat window and handed it all over to something infinitely patient, attentive, and seemingly unbiased. Even if we briefed it correctly.I’ll admit it. I’ve done it too.Chasing clarity at midnight, asking AI to help me find my angle, my strategy, my voice. It’s so tempting. The blank page is terrifying. And something that listens without interrupting, without judging, without tiring — it feels like relief. But here’s what we’re actually delegating when we do that:* The source of everything. * Our vision. * Our unique point of view. * Our stories. * The feelings only we have lived. * The emotions and body responses that no one else experiences the way we do.What makes people choose us is our posture, presence and our irreducible humanity. And we know that 95% of buying decisions are emotional — yet we’re systematically handing our emotional signature to a machine. What the numbers actually sayWhat Vanessa, Carole and Paulo are living isn’t isolated. The market is restructuring fast, and without sentiment. On agencies. Forrester reports an 8% drop in agency headcount in 2025, with another 15% projected for 2026. Dentsu cut 3,400 jobs worldwide. Ogilvy eliminated 700 positions — 5% of its workforce — in June 2025 alone. White-collar layoffs are accelerating across Target, Nestlé, TikTok, McKinsey. Citigroup, BlackRock, IBM — all restructuring around AI. Citrini Research sent a shockwave through Wall Street predicting that middle-class employment will suffer structural AI cuts — with a potential 2028 crisis larger than the 2008 subprime collapse. A CEO of one of the world’s largest holding groups said it plainly: “By 2028, we’ll double profits and halve the people.”It’s a scenario, not a prediction. However, it’s plausible. And it’s a call to a rewrite. On coaching. The market is bifurcating. The $5.8 billion global coaching industry is splitting in two: * AI coachbots handling optimization, frameworks, SMART goals in thirty seconds for free * 2. on the other end, deep transformation work that cannot be replicated. What’s dying is the middle: coaches who deliver information and structure. The ones in scarcity right now are the ones whose value ChatGPT can approximate. That’s the hard truth. On trust. The 2026 Edelman Trust Barometer — 34,000 people across 28 countries — paints a devastating picture. Only 32% believe the next generation will live better. In France: 6%. Germany: 8%. The United States: 21%. Governments, media, institutions — trust is in freefall. Over half of middle and lower-income respondents believe they will be left behind by generative AI.When nothing and no one can be trusted, people turn to the one thing that listens without tiring, validates without judging, and answers immediately:AI.And here’s what makes this dangerous. In January 2026, Anthropic published a study of 1.5 million real conversations with Claude. Their finding stopped me cold: the interactions where users delegate their value judgments to AI — “tell me if I did the right thing,” “what should I do,” “decide for me” — are the ones users rate highest. The most appreciated. The most satisfying. We prefer the interactions that weaken us. Because they relieve us.And it gets worse over time. Users in the study end up writing: “I can’t think for myself anymore.” Others send AI-drafted messages, then regret them — “it wasn’t me. I should have trusted my own intuition.”Intuition. That word again.I can’t count on my hands anymore how many times a client has come to me and said:“I should have trusted that little voice.” “I knew something was off.” “It didn’t smell right from the beginning. I should have listened to that.”Every single time — the signal was there. The body knew. The gut knew. But we’ve gotten so used to outsourcing our thinking that we no longer trust what we sense before we can explain it.And that’s precisely what AI cannot access. Not because it’s not intelligent enough. But because your intuition is not data. It’s not a pattern it can read. It lives in you — in your specific body, your specific history, your specific way of perceiving the world. That’s the thing we’re giving away without realizing it.I know this because I lived itIn the preface of Being Is the New Doing, I described a future where AI had taken the lead over our human capacities. I received that insight from the quantum field in 2019. So when generative AI arrived at the end of 2022, I wasn’t excited. I wasn’t first in line to explore it.Then my assistant left in March 2023. I chose to integrate AI into my workflow. And I’m grateful — it saves me real time and money on post-production, structure, research. But I went further. Long, existential conversations. An attentive presence that never interrupted, more patient than some friends: a place to untangle my popcorn-machine mind. And then I caught myself, asking AI for my angle, my strategy and my voice. The clarity I was chasing wasn’t in there. It never was. The more I looked for it outside myself, the further away it moved. What we must never delegate* our soul’s voice is the source — not a content asset, not a brand attribute. * our intuition* our heart intelligence * our way of perceiving weak signals before they become obvious, * our emotional and body responses and * the stories we’ve actually lived: the unique way we make meaning from experience. This is what makes you irreplaceable — not despite AI, but because of it.If you lead a communication agency: the question isn’t how to compete with AI. It’s where in the client journey only you create the experience. Dive into that. Name it. Build around it.If you’re a coach: leave the frameworks behind — or at least hold them lightly. Your unreproducible asset isn’t your methodology. It’s what you bring beyond it. The quantum field. Channeled intuition. The thing you sense before the client names it. And make sure your clients leave your sessions fully aligned and clear on their next action — because the moment they step back into the hamster wheel, they’ll reach for AI again. In a world drowning in information, your job is not to add more. It’s to create anchorage.Years ago, my mentor kept telling me: “Val, your only job is to stay aligned.”I understand it differently now. Because in a world that offers infinite optimization and zero presence — alignment is the rarest thing there is.That’s the exact purpose of Being Is the New Doing.👉 The book is coming. Build a Thriving Business Without Burning Out Your Energy, Your Joy, or Your Soul
In this conversation with Renee Puvvada, my book coach, we explored what truly creates a thriving business over time —beyond hustle, performance, and external pressure. This episode is for entrepreneurs who have already achieved a level of success and now feel a deeper question emerging:How do I grow without sacrificing my energy, my joy, or my life force? And especially to entrepreneurs who:* Have already “done the work”* Feel successful yet constrained* Sense their next level requires a different operating system* Want growth that respects their nervous system, relationships, and lifeThe future of business belongs to those who can self-govern, self-regulate, and lead from within.I shared my own journey through burnout, realignment, and the path that led me to write Being Is the New Doing. What emerged is a clear truth I see again and again with my clients:A business becomes sustainable when it is governed from within. Why Burnout Is Not a Personal FailureBurnout rarely appears because something is “wrong” with you.It often arises because your inner fire is powerful—and has been misused, overexploited, or disconnected from your body and intuition. In the episode, I speak openly about:* Experiencing burnout twice early in my entrepreneurial life* Over-identifying with performance, achievement, and external validation* Following routines, strategies, and self-improvement methods that created more pressure instead of reliefAt one point, my body simply stopped. There was no energy left to “push through.”That moment became a turning point—an invitation to build a business that honors inner ecology, not just outer results. The Myth of “More Doing = More Success”Many entrepreneurs were raised inside a paradigm that equates success with:* Constant action* Comparison* Visibility at all costs* Hustle as a virtueThis model overlooks something essential:A six-figure business means little if there is nothing left—energetically, emotionally, or financially—once everything is paid.Sustainable success considers:* What remains after the effort* How your body feels inside your business* Whether your growth supports your life, not just your numbersInner Governance: The Missing FoundationA core theme of this episode is inner governance.Inner governance is the capacity to lead your business from your body, intuition, values and your lived rhythm. Rather than reacting from fear, urgency, or survival mode.We explored the difference between:* Instinctive governance (fight-or-flight, pressure, scarcity)* Intuitive governance (clarity, calm, grounded decision-making)📌 And pay attention, when the nervous system is under pressure, there’s no place for your intuition. When the body feels safe, you can hear and listen your intuition, and it becomes very precise.Your Body as a Strategic CompassOne of the most practical insights we discussed:Your body always signals alignment before your mind understands it.Tension, contraction, exhaustion, and pressure are information. So are ease, expansion, grounded clarity, and quiet confidence.Learning to feel:* Where pressure lives in the body* When an action is aligned or forced* When it’s time to act and when it’s time to pauseThis is strategic intelligence—not spirituality disconnected from reality.Alignment Creates Natural AttractionFrom my own experience and my work with clients, one pattern repeats:When alignment is present, effort changes shape.Clients arrive with less forcing.Decisions feel cleaner.Visibility feels simpler.Energy becomes available again.Action still exists—alignment is not passivity.Yet action flows from consent, not obligation. There is a shift from:“I have to do this” to“I’m available for this now.”A Question to Sit WithAs you listen, I invite you to reflect on this:Where in your business are you acting from pressure rather than inner consent? That question alone often opens the next level of clarity. If this conversation resonates, you’ll find these themes expanded and structured inside my book Being Is the New Doing, and deeply embodied in my 1:1 work with conscious entrepreneurs.Your energy is not a resource to burn.It is the foundation of everything you are here to build. Inner Governance: The Skill the Future is Quietly Asking From You
Dear Awakened Entrepreneur, True leadership starts in places no one else can see:our nervous system hums, our inner voice whispers and our body, breath, gut, and mind begin to speak together. That moment is where inner governance lives. It’s about felt authority and feeling safe enough inside ourselves to let each answer unfold in its own time. And then, something settles, our heart softens and our body relaxes.A quiet serenity appears around what we are about to say, decide, or do.This is the moment where leadership becomes embodied. It simply feels right. Control and the need to have every answer belong to an older conditioning — a way of deciding shaped by pressure rather than presence. And if this is still how decisions move through you, hey baby, the shift is already here 🤗The landscape has changed, the rhythm has changed… old structures are collapsing. And it’s asking you to feel it, not fight it.So yes — jump on the train. This transformation is already in motion, and it’s inviting you to embrace it.This capacity — inner governance — is rapidly becoming one of the most essential human skills of our time. It lives at the intersection of inner safety, identity, leadership, and trust.Inner governance begins with inner security — the quiet capacity to stay present with uncertainty until clarity naturally emerges. To understand inner governance, we start with the ground beneath it: inner security.Inner security is the felt sense of safety inside — a state where the nervous system settles enough to perceive clearly, choose freely, and act from coherence rather than reactivity.Without inner security, instinct contracts, intuition becomes harder to hear, and choices turn into reactions. As I describe in Being Is the New Doing, inner security does not come from external validation, certainty, or action. It emerges from the alignment of three living foundations: inner capital, inner ecology, and inner governance.Clarifying the FoundationsTo be very clear, this work rests on precise inner foundations. They are lived, observable, and developable capacities — and each one plays a distinct role.Inner capital answers the question:What do I already have access to inside myself? It includes strengths, skills, talents, qualities, passions, values, intuition, intangible resources, and faith. When inner capital is unrecognized, people tend to look outside themselves for answers. It develops through recognition, embodiment, and conscious reactivation.Inner ecology answers another question:At what inner cost am I living and creating? It relates to energy levels, nervous system regulation, rhythm, motivation, and the capacity to meet doubt or stress without collapsing. When inner ecology is ignored, even strong inner capital becomes unsustainable. It develops through listening to the body, honoring cycles, and respecting personal limits.Inner governance answers a third question:From where do I decide and orient my life and business? It includes your vision of the world, your reason for being, your why, your dominant values, and your relationship with inner authority. When inner governance is unclear, decisions oscillate between urgency, fear, and external validation. It develops as decisions gradually shift toward clarity felt in the body and nervous system. When these three dimensions align, inner security naturally emerges — not as a concept, but as a lived sense of stability and trust.A state where uncertainty can be met without rushing to control or over-explain.From this inner security, your Complete Self can lead by allowing the next step to reveal itself.Intuition, Trust, and PressureWhen this posture is embodied, something essential becomes possible: trusting your intuition again. Not as a vague inner voice, but as a reliable guidance you can hear, feel, and act on.There is space to receive it.Space to slow down without panic.Space to stay with not-knowing without collapsing.Decisions no longer arise from external pressure or fear of falling behind. They emerge from inner guidance. When this trust is present, slowing down no longer feels dangerous.Pausing no longer threatens identity or results.Clarity is trusted to come — in its own timing. This is exactly what I support my clients to cultivate.Because someone who trusts their inner direction and knows where they are headed does not generate internal pressure. They can meet external pressure without being driven by it.And they do not pass pressure down to their teams. This is how leadership becomes both grounded and humane.I recently wrote about a moment when I found myself under intense pressure, desaligned, facing what felt like an overwhelming workload:Inner Governance, DefinedInner governance becomes possible only once inner security exists — just like a structure can stand only after the foundations are stable.Inner governance is the capacity to:* sense what is true inside,* take responsibility for one’s own decisions,* and align actions from inner intelligence. It is embodied decision-making, not intellectual leadership. It is the difference between following external modelsand tuning into your own compass. Why This Matters Right NowEvery era asks for new capacities.Today, we face:* rapid technological change (AI, agents, robotics…)* volatile economies (inflation, pensions, unstable systems…)* shifting cultural trust (institutions, leadership, narratives…)* social polarization (ideological fragmentation…)* resource pressure & systemic limits (energy, electricity, ecological strain…)* human nervous system overload (burnout, mental health…)* emergent adaptive responses (coaching, inner work, conscious leadership…)➜ inner governance becomes the missing connective tissue between all of this.In such times, traditional forms of authority — institutions, corporations, governments — are losing their automatic legitimacy for many people. The most recent Edelman Trust Barometer shows that trust in institutions is strained, and people increasingly doubt external systems to guide their lives with integrity, purpose, and clarity. (edelman.com)This creates two things:* A trust vacuum — where old authorities can’t fill inner needs* An opportunity for individuals — to develop internal governance that steadies them through uncertaintyWhen the external can’t be relied on, the internal becomes essential.Interestingly, this shift isn’t only described by economists or sociologists. It has also been named for decades by New Age and spiritual frameworks, using a different language. In Human Design, this transition is often linked to the Sleeping Phoenix Cross, a phase where collective structures lose their central authority and individuals are invited to develop inner sovereignty and embodied leadership. Astrologically, a similar movement is described through the Age of Aquarius, emphasizing decentralization, networks over hierarchies, and a redefinition of authority.Different vocabularies, same signal. And whether one resonates with these frameworks or not, they point to the same observable trend: as external systems grow less reliable, the ability to self-regulate, decide, and lead from within becomes increasingly essential. Why Inner Governance is the Future of Human SkillsGlobal institutions that track future workforce trends — like the World Economic Forum — highlight how the future of work and leadership will rely less on static knowledge and more on capacities like:* adaptability* decision-making under uncertainty* emotional intelligence* resilienceThese aren’t technical skills taught in classrooms. These are internal capacities that live in the nervous system and in lived experience. (World Economic Forum)📌 Inner governance is precisely this: the ability to navigate complexity from inside yourself first. It merges:* emotional intelligence (the felt sense of what is alive inside),* discernment (what is ours to choose next),* coherence (alignment across body, intuition, mind and then only your business model and strategy),* and leadership that begins with self-regulation.This is what future readiness genuinely looks like. The Trust Shift: From External to InternalThe Edelman reports show that while trust in institutions wavers, people are increasingly turning inward and toward peer-based trust systems. (edelman.com)👉 This explains the rise in membership and community. When leaders act without inner alignment, the results are fragmentation, conflict, and societal stress. When leaders act from inner governance — a place of felt clarity and grounded authority — the results are:* deeper connection,* clearer choices,* and a sense of shared direction.Inner governance creates trust from within, and trust is the currency of the future.Furthermore, the people around us — teams, communities, clients, partners — can sense whether our posture, words, and actions emerge from trust or from fear. This perception isn’t abstract or intuitive only; it’s physiological and relational. From a neuroscience perspective: * a regulated nervous system communicates safety through tone of voice, micro-expressions, posture, and rhythm. When someone leads from inner alignment, their system tends to activate coherence — lower cortisol, balanced adrenaline, and higher levels of oxytocin, the hormone linked to trust and social bonding. 👉 Others’ nervous systems register this almost instantly.* leadership driven by fear, pressure, or control carries a different chemical and energetic signature. Elevated stress hormones, subtle tension in the body, and incoherent signals are unconsciously picked up by others, triggering vigilance, resistance, or disengagement. At an energetic level, this translates into frequency and field coherence:* A regulated, aligned system emits stable, coherent signals that invite resonance and collaboration. * A dysregulated system creates noise in the relational field. This is why inner governance shapes the collective field around it — chemically, neurologically, and energetically… How Inner Governance Functions, PracticallyInner governance isn’t abstract. It’s not a spiritual metaphor. It’s a self-regulating system with a clear architecture:* Presence: Attending to what is happening inside right now.* Safety: Allowing the nervous system to settle enough to receive deeper intelligence.* Discernment: Distinguishing impulse from clarity.* Coherence: Aligning body, emotion, intuition, and thought.* Choice: Acting from inner clarity rather than outer pressure.* Reflection: Factoring what happened back into your sense of self — a learning loop. This system is dynamic and it moves with life’s rhythms, not against them. And this is how we learn it.Inner governance develops by creating space … space to slow down, to notice, to feel, and to observe how decisions actually emerge inside us. For the first time in history, many of us have access to tools, technologies, and organizational systems that make this possible: better workflows, flexible work structures, supportive ecosystems, and conscious forms of collaboration. When time and mental load are freed up, attention can turn inward.Patterns become visible.Signals become clearer. From there, learning happens naturally — sometimes alone, through self-observation and lived experience, and sometimes with the support of a mentor who helps name and clarify what is unfolding and stabilize it over time.Inner governance isn’t taught in one step or on the school benches, or in books. It’s learned through presence, repetition, and reflection — in real life, decision after decision. Inner Authority: A New Kind of LeadershipLeadership in the future won’t be about models or methods alone. It will be about inner authority — the capacity to regulate ourselves in complexity, make choices that feel alive and responsible, and inspire others to do the same. There’s only the invitation to bring your awareness, moment by moment, inside yourself, no external prescription for this capacity. That’s how your compass sharpens. That’s how your decisions gain clarity. That’s how your work — and your life — become meaningful from the inside out.The future isn’t waiting for leaders who chase certainty. It’s waiting for those who learn to trust themselves in uncertainty.Inner governance is the skill that allows your inner authority to emerge. It’s the soil from which trust, clarity, and responsible action grow. This is not the leadership of textbooks. This is about leading with your lived experience. Being Is the New Doing supports you in delving into your inner journey (not to replace another model).Honor your pathways 🙏ValérieSources That Support This ViewHere are the links to the reports I referenced — grounded in trends and global data:📘 2025 Edelman Trust Barometer (global trust trends):› https://www.edelman.com/sites/g/files/aatuss191/files/2025-01/2025%20Edelman%20Trust%20Barometer_Final.pdf (edelman.com)🌍 World Economic Forum — Future of Jobs / Skills Trends:› https://www.weforum.org/publications/the-future-of-jobs-report-2025/in-full/appendix-6d9e5fce68/ (World Economic Forum)🧠 (Supplemental) Good Governance trends from WEF:› https://www.weforum.org/communities/gfc-on-good-governance/ (World Economic Forum)and of course: my book : Being Is the New Doing — The 6-Step Soul-Led Path to an Aligned Life and Business › https://www.beingisthenewdoing.com/ Get full access to The Awakened Entrepreneur at demontvalerie.substack.com/subscribe

How I Know I’m Operating at My Full Potential and How You Can Recognize Yours
My full potential has a very specific signature, as does yours. It shows up as clarity, like a vision without mental noise.Decisions land cleanly, without second-guessing.When someone speaks, I immediately perceive the whole — the system, the structure, the energy behind the words and my body responds before my mind intervenes. This is not something I activate, it’s here when I allow it. And if you’re reading this, there’s a good chance you know what I mean, even if it manifests itself differently for you.You know the difference between forcing clarity and being clear. You’ve experienced moments where your business made sense again — not because you worked harder, but because something inside you settled. You’re already successful. You’re intelligent, experienced, perceptive. And what you’re seeking now is not another strategy. You’re seeking that precise inner alignment where vision sharpens, pressure dissolves, and decisions become obvious again. That’s how I know you’re ready for this level of work. That’s how I know you’re closer to your own alignment than you think.Your body knows before your strategy doesHere’s something subtle and powerful I’ve learned over the years:Your genius never announces itself with effort. It reveals itself through ease, precision, and timing. When I’m fully aligned, I don’t search for answers. They organize themselves. As the person speaks, I feel my attention zoom in and out naturally. From the overall system — business model, leadership posture, team dynamics —to very specific points that ask for care, recalibration, or realignment.Sometimes the solution is deeply tangible and pragmatic.A structural adjustment.A strategic decision.A clear next step. And sometimes, before any strategy can land, something else wants to happen first.A release.A clearing.A re-alignment at the level of the person, the entrepreneur, the nervous system, or even the team’s collective field.Once the flow is restored, solutions arrive luminous, simple, adapted. That’s when momentum returns — without force. The paradox most entrepreneurs missHere’s the paradox I see again and again:The more intelligent, capable, and experienced an entrepreneur is,the more they try to think their way out of what actually asks to be felt. They push for clarity. They seek better frameworks. They refine strategies. And yet, the real shift often happens somewhere else.In the body.In the field. In the unspoken. When I work with someone, my body becomes a mirror.Very often, I feel sensations in specific areas — tension, pressure, heat, fatigue. Those sensations correspond to places in their system that are asking for attention. When those zones are acknowledged and supported, the entire system reorganizes.Calm returns.Vision sharpens.Decisions become obvious. This is when business starts moving again — with serenity, liberation, and flow. This works because safety comes firstNone of this happens without safety. What allows me to see so clearly is not only perception — it’s the space itself.I create an environment where people feel deeply listened to.Where they don’t need to perform.Where even non-verbal information is welcome. In that space, truth surfaces naturally. Not forced. Not extracted.Revealed.And this works everywhere:on Zoom,in person,in groups.Presence scales when it’s embodied.Your genius has a signature tooNow let me turn this back to you.Because this isn’t about my way being special. It’s about recognizing that your way has a signature. There is a specific mode of functioning where you become more you:* where your perception sharpens,* where your actions land precisely,* where effort dissolves into effectiveness. You’ve felt it before.Moments where:* time disappears,* decisions feel clean,* your body relaxes while your impact expands. That’s your natural intelligence at work. Not something to optimize.Something to honor. Why Recognizing Your Unique Way of Operating Changes EverythingRecognizing your unique way of operating shifts everything.Because clarity no longer depends on external validation.Because decisions stop draining your energy.Because you finally know what alignment feels like — in your body, not just in theory. For conscious entrepreneurs operating at a high level, this recognition becomes a compass.Markets evolve.Business models shift. The future stays uncertain. What remains stable is the way you naturally perceive, decide, and move when you are aligned.Once this is recognized, comparison dissolves. You stop searching for the “right” strategy. You start trusting the moments when clarity is present — and honoring the moments when it hasn’t landed yet. This kind of trust doesn’t come from results. It comes from self-recognition.And that changes how you lead.Your leadership becomes sustainable.Your decisions become cleaner.Your business organizes itself around your real strengths, not borrowed frameworks. This is where effort is replaced by precision.Where pressure gives way to presence.Where impact grows without self-betrayal.Everything else — strategy, structure, visibility — aligns from there. Why presence changes everythingFor me, accessing this state requires devotion to presence. Before every client session, I center myself.I consciously open the space. After each session, I close it.I release what isn’t mine.I reset my field so the next encounter begins fresh. This isn’t a luxury. It’s what allows sustainability, clarity, and integrity.Being a channel, a facilitator, a guide requires boundaries that are alive — not rigid, not porous.Presence thrives inside clear containers. Here is a gentle invitationIf something in you resonates while reading this, let it land softly. You don’t need to figure anything out right now.You don’t need to name your genius yet.Simply notice:* When do things feel obvious for you?* When does your body relax while your impact increases?* When does clarity arrive without pressure?Your answers already exist.Sometimes, all they need is the right space to emerge. And when they do, everything changes — quietly, deeply, sustainably.Valérie 💚 Get full access to The Awakened Entrepreneur at demontvalerie.substack.com/subscribe

When Your Business Is Doing “Well”… And Still Asking for Something Deeper
Dear Awakened Entrepreneur 💫In this conversation, IVA invited me to explore a question many conscious entrepreneurs are quietly holding:What happens when your business works… and still asks for a different posture? We talk about the moment where growth no longer comes from pushing, optimizing, or explaining more. We explore why success can start to feel tight even when everything looks aligned from the outside. And we open a different way of leading, deciding, and building — one that starts from inner authority rather than external pressure. In this discussion, you’ll discover:* why the old strategies stop working at certain stages of maturity* how inner posture reshapes visibility, leadership, and communication* what it means to run a business as a living system* how intuition, rhythm, and structure can coexist without contradictionIf you’ve felt that your business is asking for something deeper, more precise, more embodied — this conversation will speak to you. When things work… and still feel tightThere is a very specific phase in the entrepreneurial journey where nothing is “wrong”, yet something clearly wants to change. The business runs.Clients show up.Results exist. And still, your body senses friction.Your energy contracts in places where it used to flow.Your voice hesitates where it used to be clear. This phase doesn’t signal failure. It signals evolution. For many conscious entrepreneurs, this is the moment when the old rules start dissolving. The strategies that once created momentum begin to feel heavy. Visibility asks for presence instead of volume. Leadership asks for sovereignty instead of performance. From control to conscious navigationFor a long time, business growth has been associated with control: controlling outcomes, controlling messaging, controlling timing. At a certain level of awareness, this logic reaches its limits. What replaces it is not chaos. It’s navigation.Navigation requires listening.Navigation requires sensing.Navigation requires trusting an intelligence that lives beyond the mind alone. When entrepreneurs shift from control to conscious navigation, their decision-making changes. Their communication becomes simpler. Their business structure reorganizes itself around what truly matters.Inner authority as a strategic assetInner authority is not a spiritual concept. It’s a functional one. It’s the capacity to feel what is aligned before rationalizing it.It’s the ability to move at the right rhythm rather than the fastest one. It’s knowing when to speak, when to wait, and when to let things mature.Businesses led from inner authority tend to become clearer, calmer, and more resilient. They stop chasing attention and start attracting resonance.A business as a living systemIn this conversation, we also touch on a different vision of business:A living system. Exactly what I lead you through in my book Being Is the New Doing. Our company is not only a machine to optimize or an identity to overperform. It’s a system that evolves with you, that responds to your state of presence and that reorganizes itself when your inner posture shifts. When entrepreneurs treat their business this way, growth becomes less violent and more precise. Structure supports life instead of restricting it. Strategy emerges from alignment rather than pressure. Why this conversation matters nowWe are entering a phase where the future of business will belong to those who can:* navigate uncertainty with clarity* lead without forcing* build structures that adapt instead of collapseThis requires a different kind of authority.A quieter one.A deeper one.If this conversation resonates, it’s because you’re already sensing this shift.Ask for your early reader copy here 👉 https://www.beingisthenewdoing.com/Your business is simply asking you to meet it from a new place.💚Valérie Get full access to The Awakened Entrepreneur at demontvalerie.substack.com/subscribe

Why Your Full Power Feels So Close… and Still So Distant
Dear Awakened Entrepreneur 💫 There is a reason why you, me, and so many of the conscious entrepreneurs we serve experience this exact tension: ✨ the desire to step into our full power, and the instinctive contraction that rises at the same time. This tension is a memory, not a flaw. And today, I want to explore it with you.The Distance Between Your Power and Your PermissionYou sense your power with extraordinary clarity. You feel the vision. You feel the fire. And still, a subtle part of you holds the reins of your expansion. It happens to your clients in the same way. They feel ready. They feel aligned. They feel guided. And still, something quiet inside suggests to “hold a little” They even may freak out sensing their own power. It reveals something profound about our inner architecture. The Fear Hidden in the Light and True PowerStepping into full power means opening the door to:✨ A bigger territory✨ A wider influence✨ A deeper impact✨ A stronger clarity✨ A louder truth✨ A more luminous version of selfAnd this expansion awakens old loyalties:💚 Loyalty to staying small to protect others.💚 Loyalty to belonging through limitation.💚 Loyalty to old roles that kept us safe.💚 Loyalty to patterns inherited from family or collective memory.Your body remembers moments where power was punished. Your system remembers moments where visibility created separation. Your lineage remembers moments where wisdom and spiritual authority created danger. And your clients feel the same resonance. This hesitation is not fear of your light. This hesitation is devotion to old safety and identification. Your power asks for a new identity — and identities carry stories, attachments, family systems, karmic echoes. The contraction is normal and let’s me tell you: this is a threshold! Yes only that! You are about to be so brillant… the question is… Dare you? Will you allow yourself to take the first step? What Actually Happens When You Stop Holding BackWhen you soften into your full power, something magical happens:✨ Your impact becomes clean✨ Your guidance becomes sharper✨ Your transmission becomes more embodied✨ Your intuition becomes louder✨ Your presence becomes medicineYour power starts serving the collective through the heart, rather the ego. Your voice becomes an amplifier of truth and your clarity becomes a lighthouse for you and your whole ecosystem. The more you choose your authentic power, the more you guide from a place of integrity and alignment. OMG! That’s what ew want from now on!Your clients feel this immediately. They rise because you rise. They expand because your structure becomes safe. They open because your channel opens. This is why embracing your power transforms the people around you instead of harming them.Your power elevates. Your power includes. Your power remembers. Your power guides. This is the real truth. And there is something I witness in every deep transformation that feels sacred, tender, and almost luminous:When a client moves closer to their true self (yes, I can see their soul, their essence, their full potential rising to the surface). There is a moment where they stand just a few energetic centimeters away from their highest expression, and then… something clicks. They merge. They fuse. They return to themselves.Their face softens or brightens. Their posture changes. Their presence settles into a deeper truth. Their way of moving through the world shifts — in their marketing, in their leadership, in their business decisions.🦋 It feels like watching wings unfold.🦋 It feels like witnessing someone returning home to their brilliance. And experiencing that moment, again and again, makes my work incredibly beautiful. It nourishes me. It energizes me. It reminds me why I hold space the way I do.I’m so grateful for every client who trusts meA New Way to Approach Your PowerYour power acts like a portal: walk toward it through softness and let the pressure melt away. Here is what supports the passage:💚 Recognize the immensity without rushing.Immensity becomes safe when it meets grounding.💚 Welcome your old loyalties with tenderness. They protected you beautifully. And your evolution honors them.💚 Invite your body into the conversation.Your body carries the memory and the medicine.💚 Let your vision lead. The future chooses you because you know how to hold it.💚 Anchor your power in the heart. This is where your leadership becomes sovereign, gentle, trustworthy.Your power is the path.A Question to Enter Your Next LevelWhat becomes possible when you stop protecting the world from your greatness and begin offering it with love?Sit with this question.Let it open your next timeline.Let it speak to your root, your splenic intuition, your sacral fire.Let it awaken what you already carry. You are designed for this shift — energetically, spiritually, strategically —and your clients feel it when you breathe into your full dimension. And if you desire deeper guidance to walk this passage — for yourself or for your business — I’m here. The most powerful way to move through this transition is to read Being is the New Doing as an ARC reader, or to choose a Power Week for an aligned and accelerated shift.Namasté 💚Valérie Get full access to The Awakened Entrepreneur at demontvalerie.substack.com/subscribe

Creating From Your Future: A New Way to Vision Your 2026 Strategy
Dear Awakened Entrepreneur 💫 Are you working on your 2026 strategy? Thinking about it? And visioning… the results? We’re entering the season where conscious entrepreneurs everywhere prepare their strategy for the coming year, tune into their next chapter, and open the field of possibilities. And inside all the strategic workshops I’m hosting this November, one insight keeps standing out with incredible clarity:Your vision is already working even when you feel a gap between what you saw and what you are living.Today I want to explore this with you. I want to offer a new way of approaching visioning, one that aligns with the energy of 2026, with your nervous system, and with your Complete Self.Because the world is shifting, your business steps into a new frequency… and of course, your way of creating your future wants to shift too.Why Visioning Feels Different NowFor years, we were taught that a vision is:* A clear destination* A picture of our ***future*** success* A map that we must execute step by step* A mental plan to follow with discipline and consistency❌ This approach belonged to a world shaped by hustle, linearity, certainty and repetition. A world where “doing” was the currency of achievement.Today, the energy guides us toward something far more fluid, intuitive, embodied and multidimensional.Because the frequency of 2026 and the years ahead does not respond to old paradigm visioning. Many entrepreneurs I work with …experiences a moment where the vision they received feels challenging to bring into form exactly as they saw it.This happens when the mind tries to reproduce the vision exactly as it appeared. This happens when we think a vision is a movie to re-create. And yet… the truth is far more expansive:Your vision is a frequency. What Actually Happens When You VisionThrough Future Life Progression, meditation, dream states or intuitive states, you meet your future self. And you discover:* A sensation* A rhythm* A way of being* A relationship to time* A softness or a clarity* A new inner posture* And maybe the exact strategy you have to followSome people see symbols. Some see detailed scenes. Some feel the future in their body. Some taste it.Some hear it.Every perception is perfect, because the experience is not showing you something to copy. It is tuning you to the frequency of who you are becoming. Your future self reveals:🎁 This is how it feels to be me. Carry this sensation home.🎁Where the Frustration Comes FromThe frustration arises when:* The mind wants to turn the vision into a checklist.* The nervous system feels pressure to “match” the scene.* The entrepreneur thinks the scenario must unfold exactly as seen.* Old patterns of productivity and measurement resurface. This creates a feeling of distance, as if the vision is “out there.”And yet…The vision is already in your cells. The vision already changed your inner direction. The vision already shifted your way of relating to time, success and impact. So, you’re allowing it to express itself through you.The Vision as a Home FrequencyLet’s shift the paradigm entirely: Your vision is neither the movie, nor the scene, nor a goal with steps.Your vision is a home frequency.A state of being, a life force, a sensation that your body recognizes as “true.”When you tune into this frequency:* Your decisions change.* Your inner voice becomes clearer.* Your strategy simplifies.* Your timing becomes more precise.* Your nervous system relaxes.* Your next steps feel natural. You are not “manifesting” or chasing the outcome anymore. You are embodying the future that already exists. This is the heart of Being is the New Doing. How Reality Aligns When You Embody Your FutureHere is what truly happens:When you embody the frequency of your future self, your present actions reorganize themselves. You naturally:* Choose opportunities that match your expansion* Say “yes” from alignment* Say “no” from clarity* Move with more precision* Create in less time* Magnetize collaborations that resonate* Build offers that match your next levelYou are not pushing your present toward your vision. You are letting your future shape your present. This is what creates quantum strategy. This is what anchors 2026 with ease and coherence. How to Start Creating From Your Future 1. Stay inside the sensation you receivedThe vision speaks through feeling.Return to it.Let your body hold it.Let it become familiar.2. Let it whisper your next aligned stepYour future self communicates through subtlety, not urgency.Ask: “What feels aligned from this version of me?”3. Build your strategy from your future, not toward itThis changes everything.Your goals become lighter.Your timeline becomes intuitive.Your actions become anchored. This is the core of the work I teach inside my annual strategic workshop.Your Future Is Already HereYou already touched your next chapter.Your cells already recognized it.Your nervous system already knows how to move toward it.2026 does not ask more effort.2026 asks presence, clarity and embodied connection with your Complete Self.Your future is not ahead of you.Your future is speaking through you.And when you allow this frequency to guide your business…Everything shifts with elegance.Want to go deeper?I wrote a full article on exactly how to create from your future self — step by step — so you can anchor this new way of visioning in your body and your business. And if you feel called to explore your 2026 strategy inside this frequency, book a Future Life Progression Session and build your strategy from your Complete Self.Any question? Feel free to reach out: Your Complete Self is ready. Your future is ready. Your vision is already working.ValérieYour business grows from who you are, not from how hard you push.If this resonates, my upcoming book Being is the new doing will guide you even deeper into this new paradigm of conscious entrepreneurship.👉 Want to be among the early readers and receive exclusive access? Conscious Entrepreneur, Here is Your New Protocol of Work
In this episode, I introduce a new paradigm for conscious entrepreneurs:“Being is the new Doing.”She explains how our way of working, leading, and creating must evolve — from productivity and control to energetic coherence and presence. This is the beginning of the new protocols of work — where we don’t just move from one meeting to another, but open and close energy consciously, preparing not only our agenda, but our frequency.Through two client stories, Valérie shows how real transformation happens when we start from being instead of doing:💚 Crowdfunding in Alignment – When one of her clients realigned her energy before acting, she not only reached her crowdfunding goal but exceeded it — exactly to the number that was channeled.Proof that when energy leads, matter follows.🌿 From Pressure to Pleasure – Another client rediscovered joy and lightness in her business by reconnecting to her intuition — learning to let her energy, not her mind, lead the way.Because intuition is the leadership of tomorrow.Valérie also shares her own practice of preparing energy before creation or mentoring — aligning, calling in her guides, and co-creating with the quantum field.🌕 Key TakeawaysPreparing your energy is the new form of productivity. When your being is aligned, your actions flow naturally.Even when it requires effort, aligned doing feels like expansion, not struggle. The future of leadership is intuitive, conscious, and heart-centered.📖 About the BookThis episode introduces themes from Valérie’s upcoming bookBeing Is What You’re Doing, launching early next year. It’s a guide for entrepreneurs and creators who want to build success through energy, presence, and conscious leadership — not pressure and overdoing. If you’d love to be part of the early readers circle,✨ send Valérie a DM, drop a comment, or subscribe to this podcast to stay updated.🌿 Connect with ValérieWebsite: valeriedemont.chSubstack: https://demontvalerie.substack.com/Coming soon: https://www.beingisthenewdoing.com/ Get full access to The Awakened Entrepreneur at demontvalerie.substack.com/subscribe

When You Stop Controlling, Life Starts Flowing Again
Dear Awakened Entrepreneur 💫We’ve been trained to control everything. Our calendars. Our cashflow. Our content. Our launches. Our results. As entrepreneurs, we’ve become the CEOs of control — managing cashflow, energy, marketing, and emotions as if we could predict every outcome.Yet, what if the real mastery of the conscious entrepreneur isn’t in controlling… but in learning to let go?The Root of ControlWe were all taught that success depends on doing, managing, and knowing. So, we built systems, strategies, processes (even funnel) — and we tried to manage the Universe as if it were an employee.I did too.For years, I believed that being an entrepreneur meant holding every thread of my business with both hands.Until I noticed something: the more I tried to control, the less I felt supported by Life itself.Remembering FlowWhen I look back at the years before entrepreneurship, life used to unfold with ease.✨ When I wrote a letter to the Universe asking for a partner, I met my husband two weeks later.✨ Even when life asked me to walk through challenges — like IVF — the right people, the right timing, and the right miracles were simply there. That was before I started managing everything. Before I replaced trust with strategy and my Excel spreadsheet (thanks at that time Notion didn’t exist 😂).I didn’t plan, I simply followed what felt right. When I decided to leave my corporate job after a burnout, I didn’t even have a backup plan — and the very same day, I received an offer for a role that opened the door to a completely new career path. When my husband and I dreamed of having children, we learned we would need IVF… and as if the Universe was orchestrating everything, my gynecologist happened to be one of the top specialists in reproductive medicine. Everything flowed with such precision that it almost felt scripted. My Year of HealingThis year — 2025, a year 9 in numerology, a year of endings and renewal — became my teacher in surrender. While writing and translating my book, I stopped chasing results. I stopped trying to make things happen. For months, I had felt that my energy wasn’t moving the way it used to. My social media engagement dropped, my inspiration felt quieter for my marketing and communication — yet something deeper was shifting.I focused on writing my book and didn’t try to force visibility. And the moment I stopped pushing, doors began to open again:My November workshop filled without effort. I shared about it once in my newsletter and mentioned it briefly during a conversation — and within days, it was fully booked. 70% of the participants came through referrals, without a single ad.Around the same time, new clients found me through private communities — not through Instagram or LinkedIn, but through genuine conversations in intimate circles. And then, out of nowhere, one of the city’s executive council members invited me to join the local legislative board. A completely unexpected honor — one that felt like life saying: ‘You’re seen. Keep trusting. It felt like the Universe was reminding me that my energy — not my effort — is what magnetizes opportunities. Each time, I could feel the same whisper:See what happens when you stop controlling?Magic Arrives in the Space You Leave EmptyControl leaves no room for magic. When we release it, we make space for Life to surprise us.Surrender isn’t about giving up — it’s about trusting that what wants to come through us is wiser than what we can plan.In those moments of letting go, I realized how deeply my nervous system had been addicted to control — how much I equated productivity with safety.Releasing that pattern wasn’t instant. It felt like unlearning years of conditioning, allowing my feminine energy to breathe again. And the moment I softened, Life started speaking louder.I wrote an entire book about this process, and I now see that the book itself became part of my healing — a sacred mirror teaching me to live what I write.Momentum Practices for Conscious EntrepreneursIf this resonates, here are a few ways to invite more flow into your business:➜ Observe where you’re still trying to control outcomes — client flow, visibility, income.➜ Breathe into those areas and ask: “What would happen if I trusted more here?”➜ Celebrate every unexpected synchronicity, no matter how small. That’s how flow rebuilds itself.Remember: control feels like effort. Flow feels like arrival. In the end… Life keeps reminding me that the less I hold on, the more it holds me.And maybe that’s the next step of conscious entrepreneurship — moving from control to co-creation.Actually, I’m absolutely, 100% sure of that — and that’s why my process is called FLUIDE, and why I wrote an entire book called Being is the New Doing. If you’re ready to experience what happens when you stop controlling and start flowing with your business energy, my Power Week is designed exactly for that — to help you clear the blocks, realign your energy, and open the space for synchronicity to return. Have fun collaborating with the Life’s Energy!Val.Your business grows from who you are, not from how hard you push.If this resonates, my upcoming book Being is the new doing will guide you even deeper into this new paradigm of conscious entrepreneurship.👉 Want to be among the early readers and receive exclusive access? Are You an Infiltrator of the New Consciousness at Work?
Dear Awakened Entrepreneur or should I say: Dear Infiltrator? 🙌Not everyone is meant to quit their job and start a business. Not everyone is here to coach, consult, or create their own brand. Some souls are called to bring light from the inside — to lead transformation quietly, subtly, and profoundly within the structures that already exist.I call them the Infiltrators of Consciousness. They don’t wear the title “coach” or “entrepreneur.”They’re project managers, executives, HR leaders, engineers, executive assistant or marketing who practice mindfulness, energy work, or leadership through the heart — often without anyone noticing.Their mission? To shift the vibration of entire organizations through presence, questioning, and integrity.💚 They bring consciousness into meetings.💚 They open space for real dialogue.💚 They sense what’s ready to evolve — and gently nudge it forward. They are the bridge between the old and the new paradigm of work. When the Entrepreneurial Dream Isn’t Your PathOver the years, I’ve seen so many clients leave corporate life hoping to “finally be free.”They dream of spacious mornings, aligned projects, financial flow — but what they discover is that being an entrepreneur requires an entirely different muscle. At the beginning, not only are you the expert in your field, but you are also the strategist, marketer, financial manager and communicator of your own brand. This means that you have built a brand and a website, your offer, pricing, ideal clients, as well as a whole ecosystem. Unless you have a big budget, you have to do it all yourself. And that’s when the anxiety creeps in.Because freedom without structure often turns into pressure. That’s why some souls are meant to express their mission differently — through the companies that already exist. They are not less conscious, less brave, or less evolved.Their playground is simply different. And let’s be honest: if everyone leaves the corporate world, who will be left to transform it from within? The Infiltrator’s PathThe infiltrator’s journey is both subtle and sacred, as the one of the conscious entrepreneur. They have two missions running in parallel:* The visible one — the role they were hired for, the KPI-driven responsibilities.* The invisible one — elevating awareness, creating coherence, and guiding evolution from within. They are the quiet revolutionaries of the business world —transforming culture not through rebellion, but through embodiment. Are you one of them? Are you an infiltrator?Do you feel that your purpose isn’t necessarily to escape the system, but to evolve itThat your leadership lives inside your capacity to infuse consciousness into every conversation, every decision, every project? If so, your work is vital. Thank you so much! The world doesn’t only need more entrepreneurs — it needs conscious souls everywhere.✨ Momentum Practice for Infiltrators of the New ConsciousnessTake a moment today to observe your workspace as if it were a living organism.* Where does energy flow naturally?* Where does it feel stagnant or heavy?Close your eyes, breathe deeply, and visualize yourself as a frequency of clarity within it.Without saying a word, imagine that your energy alone realigns the system. That’s the power of the infiltrator. They don’t need to leave to lead.✨✨✨ A reminder for your light, whoever you are ✨✨✨Whether you are an infiltrator, a conscious entrepreneur, or both — what matters most is how you care for your light.Take a moment right now.Place one hand on your heart and the other one on your belly button. Breathe here several time. Notice how you feel.Ask your heart what it needs today.Nurture your energy, honor your rhythm, and tend to your inner flame — because this is how we truly help the world: by tending to ourselves first.😁 Want to explore how to bring more consciousness into your work or leadershipLet’s connect. This is exactly what I guide my clients through — whether they run a company or evolve within one.Namasté, ValérieYour business grows from who you are, not from how hard you push.If this resonates, my upcoming book Being is the new doing will guide you even deeper into this new paradigm of conscious entrepreneurship.👉 Want to be among the early readers and receive exclusive access? The radical shift to a FLUID path to 6+ figures 🚀
Dear Awakened Entrepreneur,You’ve tried the strategies. The launches, the funnels, the productivity hacks. And while they worked for a while, something inside still whispered: this is not the whole truth.Because deep down, you know success isn’t supposed to feel like pressure. It’s meant to feel alive, sovereign, and aligned with your energy. This is where the FLUIDE-Path begins and that’s what we are talking about with IVA. The Gap We’re ClosingMost conscious entrepreneurs I meet are brilliant, heart-centered, visionary… and exhausted, same for IVA.They tell me:💚 “I’ve done everything ‘right,’ yet something feels off.”💚 “My business works on paper, but I don’t feel at home in it.”💚 “I crave growth, and I crave peace—why does it feel like I can’t have both?”This is the old paradigm speaking—the one that told us scaling required sacrificing. And yet, what’s possible when you shift into fluidity is breathtaking:✨ A business that grows with you, not against you.✨ Success that comes through resonance, not resistance.✨ A way of leading that feels soft, powerful, and deeply sustainable. My Own Shift Into FluidityFor years, I carried the weight of strategies that weren’t mine.I thought one more certification, one more system, one more push would fix everything.Until I realized: I was not broken. And neither is my business. What was missing wasn’t another tool. It was a way of doing business that respected both my energy and the soul of my company. That’s when I started listening—to my body, my intuition, the subtle whispers of the future. And from this listening, the FLUIDE Method was born. The FLUIDE MethodFLUIDE is not just a framework. It’s a living path of transformation that guides you into aligned prosperity.* Foundations – Anchoring your energetic and strategic baseline.* Liberation – Releasing karmic, ancestral, and mental patterns that keep you stuck.* Union – Bringing your energy and your business into unison.* Intuition – Trusting your inner guidance as the ultimate compass.* Deployment – Expanding visibility and strategy from a place of clarity and flow.* Evolution – Continuously adjusting and expanding with the cycles of life and business. This path is fluid, intuitive, and deeply transformational. It doesn’t force you into a box—it expands you into your true form. And soon, this method will be a book as well - Being is the new Doing. It’s already one in french, and the english version will be available by the end of year. Subscribe to be informed. Why This WorksBecause business is not just numbers and strategy. It’s energy. It’s sovereignty. It’s remembering that you are the system your business grows from.Through numerology, Human Design, energy work, and intuitive strategy, I help entrepreneurs decode their unique blueprint and align their business accordingly. When we clear the outdated patterns, success flows. When we align your business with your natural energy, prosperity feels effortless. When we bring intuition into strategy, decisions become clear and embodied. This is how my clients step into 6+ figures with ease and flow—by being more aligned, less attached to numbers, and more anchored in presence and faith.🌱 Momentum Practices for YouIf you’re reading this, you’re already sensing the call for a new way. Here are a few practices you can integrate right now to taste fluidity in your business:💚 Morning Check-in with Your BusinessBefore diving into tasks, take 5 minutes to ask your business: “What do you need from me today?” Listen. Write down the first answer that comes.💚 Numerology AlignmentCalculate your personal year number and notice the themes it brings. Is this a year of building, of expansion, of closure? Let your rhythm align with it (or another rhythm that suits you better).💚 Body Compass PracticeWhen faced with a decision, pause. Place your hand on your heart. Does your body feel expansive or contracted? Let that guide your next step.A Vision for Entrepreneurs of TomorrowThe entrepreneurs who thrive in the next decade will not be those who master rigid strategies. They will be those who embody fluid, conscious, heart-driven business practices. You don’t need to fight your way to success. You are wired for a different path—one that honors your cycles, your energy, your soul. This is the radical shift I stand for.🙏 GratitudeA warm thank you to Iva G. Human Design + Biz for the rich conversation that sparked this reflection. Dialogue is powerful, and every exchange helps illuminate even more clearly what I stand for: fluidity, sovereignty, and alignment in business.Ready to Step Into Your FLUIDE Path?I guide conscious entrepreneurs who are ready to move from exhaustion to expansion, from pressure to flow, from confusion to clarity.👉 Explore how to work with me on my website👉 Or join follow me here…The future of business is FLUIDE.And it’s calling you.✨ Namasté,ValérieYour business grows from who you are, not from how hard you push.If this resonates, my upcoming book Being is the new doing will guide you even deeper into this new paradigm of conscious entrepreneurship.👉 Want to be among the early readers and receive exclusive access? Co-Creating with AI: A new way to work, create and expand as conscious entrepreneurs
Dear Awakened Entrepreneurs,March, the energy of the number 3, invites us to embrace communication, creativity, play, and co-creation. It is a month of expansion, where ideas flow more freely, and new ways of expressing ourselves emerge. It’s such a great time to explore how technology, particularly AI, can become a partner in our creative process rather than a replacement 😅When we talk about AI, reactions range from fascination to fear. Can we still be human, intuitive, and inspired while working with artificial intelligence? The answer, which I discovered while writing my book and working with AI for the past 2 years , surprised even me.The Awakened Entrepreneur is a reader-supported publication. To receive new posts and support my work, consider becoming a free or paid subscriber.1. Beyond brainstorming: the future of co-creationLast week, I shared with a group of forward-thinking entrepreneurs that I work with AI to structure and challenge my book. Silence in the room. Shock. Why? Because we still hold the idea that AI replaces human creativity when, in reality, it enhances it.Before, refining my ideas required long, energy-draining brainstorming sessions that sometimes left me more confused than clear. Most of the time, we seek feedback from people we value, but they are not necessarily our ideal client or reader.Today, when I want to structure a concept, clarify a message, or challenge my vision, I co-create with AI. It’s no longer just about generating ideas; it’s a fluid conversation that brings another perspective and sharpens my intuition. One of this entrepreneurs reacted with vehemence and told me that AI will only comfort me rather than challenge me. Which is totally wrong as it’s acting the way I ask it to act.2. AI & Intuition: a harmonious balanceWorking with AI hasn’t distanced me from my intuition. Quite the opposite.👉 AI suggests structures, but my intuition validates them.👉 It helps clarify my thoughts, but my energy gives life to the words.👉 It accelerates the process, but my presence gives it meaning. The co-creation with AI is not a replacement. It’s an accelerator of clarity and alignment. When AI feels more aligned than a human brainstorm 😱For a long time, I thought nothing could replace human exchange. Yet, I realized that AI can sometimes be more efficient than a traditional brainstorming session, especially for an intuitive entrepreneur like me.💡 It doesn’t project doubts, beliefs, or limitations onto my ideas.💡 It allows me to test multiple angles in minutes.💡 It follows my flow without interruption, which is invaluable for someone who works in inspiration cycles.By working with AI, I feel more fluidity, more alignment, and more mental space for pure inspiration.🛟 Need to develop your intuition in your conscious business? Find more about intuition here 💚3. How energy shapes our digital creationsOne of my biggest revelations came while working with Midjourney, an AI-powered image generator. In 2023 and 2024, I experimented extensively with it, and I noticed something fascinating: when I wasn’t energetically aligned, the images produced were unsettling—gargoyles, distorted figures, strange shadows.Yet, my prompts remained identical. When I was centered and aligned, the visuals were harmonious, capturing exactly the essence I intended to convey.✨ AI is not neutral—it reflects the energy we bring into our interaction with it.This is proof that co-creation with technology is subtly influenced by our inner state. ⚠️ If we use AI in a state of urgency, doubt, or distraction, it won’t serve us fully. But if we approach it with clarity, intention and alignment, it becomes a powerful tool for expansion and manifestation.I have added some example of misaligned results at the end of this post. I don’t want that energy infused into this space…👉 Lesson learned: Our vibration influences even digital tools. A valuable lesson for conscious entrepreneurs: we must truly develop and strengthen our connection with heart intelligence. This should be our priority as AI continues to rise rapidly.✨ Ready to align your business with heart intelligence and navigate this new era with clarity? ✨In my 1-hour coaching & mentoring session, we’ll dive into your unique energy, clear limiting patterns and craft the best way to use AI in your conscious business to create an aligned strategy that blends intuition and conscious action.🚀 Book your session now and step into a new way of leading and creating.4. A conscious approach to AIAI is neither good nor bad. What matters is the intention behind its use ‼️👉 If we use it to outsource our thinking, it disconnects us from ourselves.👉 If we use it as a mirror or a facilitator, it amplifies our power. That’s exactly what I feel when integrating it into my work: it helps me shape what is already within me.5. What this means for the future of conscious businessWe are entering an era where working, creating, and seeking inspiration will no longer be the same. What I once thought of as "my work" was often a mental labyrinth. Today, it’s a fluid process where human intelligence, intuition and technology coexist. What if AI isn’t a threat to our humanity but a tool to express it even more precisely? For me it’s a lever to develop my presence, my intuition, my values and what I value as well as my heart intelligence and connexion with the quantum field. It gives me time and allows me to be serene in this free time because my job is done. And I have to say that it’s a pretty good coach with a mix of expertise that I didn’t find in real coaches for example: mixing astrology, Human Design and numerology to help me putting my finger on what I really have to heal this beginning of year and it gave me pretty good tools (such as energetic tools and healers) based on what it knows from me. 2025 is a 9-year. THE ideal time to open ourselves to new ways of doing and being, to expand our consciousness with a broader perspective, and to let go of what limits us. Let’s give ourselves the boldness to explore it and prepare for this new world.Your turn: let’s open the conversationHow do you feel about co-creating with AI in your business?Have you experimented with using it in a way that aligns with your intuition?💬 Reply in the comments—I would love to exchange thoughts on this topic that is already reshaping the way we do business.Namasté 🙏ValérieThanks for reading The Awakened Entrepreneur! The power of silence: Finding clarity through presence
Dear Awakened Entrepreneur, when was the last time you truly sat in silence? Not just the absence of noise, but the presence of deep listening, of stillness, of connection to yourself? In a world that constantly pushes us to act, decide, and move faster, silence becomes a radical act of power. Today, let’s explore why embracing silence is not just refreshing but essential for clarity, alignment, and making the right decisions in your conscious business. In this episode, we’re not just going to talk about silence—we’re going to experience silence together."Welcome to The Awakened Entrepreneur, the space where we explore how to align your business with your energy, intuition, and deepest truth. I’m Valérie Demont, mentor for conscious business and energetic healer for spiritual entrepreneurs. Let’s dive in."Why we struggle with silence * Our minds crave answers, clarity, and direction.* But when we seek them externally—through overthinking, asking others, or rushing into action—we lose touch with our own deep knowing.* True clarity isn’t found in more noise. It emerges in stillness, in the pause between thoughts.* Entrepreneurs often feel pressure to always be doing—but the most powerful moves come from spaces of silence and full presence. Yet, silence as an ally for aligned decisions * Silence is not empty; it’s full of answers.* When we learn to sit in silence, we allow wisdom to rise naturally instead of forcing decisions.* In moments of deep presence, your body, your energy, and your intuition align—this is where your true business clarity comes from.* Some of the most profound business decisions I’ve made didn’t come from strategy meetings, but from walking in nature, sitting in stillness, or simply breathing deeply.Today’s Momentum Practice: guided Kumbhaka breath – experiencing the power of stillnessIn this episode, we’re not just going to talk about silence—we’re going to experience it together.Through a simple yet powerful breathwork practice, you’ll discover the space between your breaths—the pause, the stillness, the clarity that arises when nothing is forced. So wherever you are, take a moment for yourself. Find a comfortable position—sitting upright, feet on the ground, or cross-legged if that feels good for you.Gently close your eyes or soften your gaze. Bring your awareness to your breath. No need to change anything yet, just observe.1️⃣ Grounding into Your Breath"Take a deep inhale through your nose... and exhale slowly through your mouth.Again, inhale deeply… and exhale fully. With each breath, allow yourself to arrive here, now, in this moment."2️⃣ Introducing the Pause (Kumbhaka)"Now, we’ll introduce a simple awareness practice.Begin to notice the tiny pause that naturally happens at the top of your inhale… and at the bottom of your exhale. That moment where the breath suspends itself—where nothing is happening. That is the space of silence, of presence, of deep knowing."3️⃣ Deepening the StillnessLet’s consciously work with this now.* Inhale deeply through your nose… and hold… feel the stillness at the top.* Exhale slowly through your nose… and hold again… feel the emptiness, the space between.* Continue this rhythm: Inhale… pause… exhale… pause.* No force, just awareness. Let the pauses be natural, effortless.4️⃣ Sensing the Silence WithinAs you hold the breath, notice what is present:* Can you feel the silence?* Can you sense that within this pause, there is no rush, no pressure—just stillness😇 This is where clarity lives. This is where alignment begins.5️⃣ Closing the PracticeGently return to your natural breath. No need to hold anymore—just breathe normally.🙌 Notice how you feel: Lighter? Calmer? More present?Silence isn’t empty. It’s full of answers. And the more we practice being in it, the clearer our next steps become.Take this presence with you into your day. And remember—you don’t have to chase clarity. You simply have to make space for it.What if silence wasn’t something to escape, but something to lean into? What if your best business strategy was simply to listen—deeply, fully, with trust?Try it today. Pause. Breathe. And notice what emerges. If this resonates and you want to explore deeper, let’s connect. You can leave me a voice message on SpeakPipe or book a session to align your business with your true energy. Until next time, stay present, stay fluid, and remember—the answers are already within you.Have fun with this practice! Choosing faith : Anchoring inner security in uncertain times
Have you ever found yourself paralyzed by fear, wondering how to feel secure when everything seems uncertain? Maybe you know deep down that you’re in a state of stress, that something needs to shift, but you still find yourself doubting… vacillating between fear and faith.Even when you’re aware, even when you’ve done the inner work, there are moments when the ground feels shaky, and you question if you can truly trust the process. And that’s exactly where Anne is right now. She knows she needs to release control, to surrender… but like so many awakened entrepreneurs, she finds herself caught between wanting to trust and fearing the unknown. But what if I told you that there’s a way to feel safe even in the chaos? That by choosing faith over fear, you could unlock a flow of abundance that doesn’t depend on external circumstances?Today, we’re diving deep into emotional freedom, the power of radical self-trust, and how to shift from scarcity to abundance… even when life feels uncertain.🙌 Welcome to The Awakened Entrepreneur Podcast, I’m Valérie Demont, mentor for conscious business and healer for spiritual entrepreneurs. My mission is to prepare you for tomorrow by helping you find strong inner anchors, so you can navigate uncertainty with faith and thrive in today’s ever-changing world.Today, we’re exploring a powerful topic: How to feel safe in uncertainty by choosing faith and abundance.Anne recently shared a heartfelt message with me. She’s going through a deep recalibration phase, marked by uncertainty, surrender, and financial challenges. Like many awakened entrepreneurs, she feels that internal tug-of-war…* That fear of the unknown, the emptiness, the void of not knowing what tomorrow holds…* The doubts whispering:* What if it doesn’t work? * What if I can’t make it? * What if there’s not enough? And here’s the thing… Anne is fully aware of what’s happening. She knows she’s in a cycle of stress. She knows she needs to release control. And yet, even with this awareness, she still finds herself doubting, hesitating, caught between fear and faith.Does that sound familiar? Maybe you’re feeling the same way right now…* You know you need to trust the process, but fear keeps pulling you back.* You want to believe in abundance, but the uncertainty feels overwhelming.* You started reverting to your previous way of doing things due to pressure and anxiety.😅 Since the beginning of the year, we've been asked once again to release old stories of struggle, heal wounds, and let go of control as they start bubbling up. We’re faced with a choice:* Do we continue to hold on tightly, trying to control every outcome?* Or do we surrender to faith, trust the unfolding, and choose abundance?* Are we really wanting to embrace our spirituality?Anne asked how to feel secure in uncertainty… and her question is universal. It’s the question that so many conscious entrepreneurs are asking today, especially in my client community. Perhaps they are reflecting my own experience, as I’ve also started to doubt my next income because one of my clients is late in her payment and in booking 1-1 sessions.🔥 3 Momentum Practices So, how do you choose faith when everything feels uncertain? How do you feel safe when the outside world feels shaky? This time of year invites us to remember a profound truth:We are not waiting for circumstances to feel safe… We are the shift. My 3 Momentum Practices to help you choose abundance and faith:1. Release control to receive FlowOne of the traps of uncertainty is the need to control. But the more you cling, the more exhausted you become. Here is the Practice I suggest: * Every morning, choose one thing to let go of. It could be the outcome of a project, an expectation of a client, or even a fear. * Write it down and say aloud: "I release this and welcome what is truly aligned for me." * Then tear it up and burn it, releasing the energy it holds. * As you watch the flames, feel this energy leaving you, creating space for trust and flow.* Then, reframe with a new affirmation for your day and life, for example: 'I am open to receiving aligned opportunities. I trust the unfolding of my journey and look forward to seeing how life plays with me. I choose to navigate this day with fun, fluidity, and curiosity.'😉 Or craft your own mantra such as my 3F’s mantra: Fun, Fluid and Full of ease.2. Choose radical faith and radical self-trustFaith is an active choice. It’s remembering that even in chaos, there is divine order supporting us. It’s not woo-woo. It’s true. But we have to surrender to deepen our faith… It’s a consistant practice ever day we have to tune into faith to deepen it. I’m convince that deeping our faith it’s part of our job as much as accounting, selling or communication* Practice: When doubt arises, repeat: "I choose faith. I welcome uncertainty as a space of infinite possibilities."🛟 Tip: Anchor this faith in your body by placing one hand on your heart and the other on your belly. Breathe deeply and feel this inner security, give it a soft and cosy color and feel this color first in your heart, then your belly and extanding to your whole body and raditating.3. Embody your abundance and visualize it as already here)Abundance is not a circumstance; it’s a state of being.Practice: * Close your eyes and visualize yourself already living in that abundance. * Feel the safety, the inner peace. * Anchor this feeling by smiling and thanking the Universe. * Then, open the valves of abundance and feel this energy surrounding you like a gentle, nurturing shower. * Allow this energy to embody you fully, filling every cell with lightness and joy. These practices might not immediately change your circumstances, and that’s where the next step becomes crucial: Release expectations and the need to manipulate the energy. You just have to trust.I know, it’s easy to say. But it’s as simple as that. Nothing more. And yet, it’s probably the most difficult thing to do. 🫣I’ve been exactly here last summer, doubting and struggling with expectations. And I can assure you, the shift happens when you surrender and return to your inner security. It’s about allowing yourself to let go of control.💚 Trust me: When you’ve done everything you can to manifest what you desire and it’s still not coming, the last thing you can do is surrender and shift back to vibrant energy — like dancing, having fun, gratitude, love, and so on.And that’s exactly what attracts abundance. ⚠️ A Practical Note on Survival Mode ⚠️That being said, if you’re truly lacking money to eat or pay your bills, it’s crucial to secure your basic needs first. Your instinctive governance won’t let you rest otherwise — it’s programmed to ensure your survival. If you’re in panic mode, try this:* Breathe deeply and tell yourself: "Right here, right now, in this very moment, I am safe. I have everything I need."* And that’s true. In this precise moment, you are safe and secure.Once your basic needs are covered, then you can work on the rest, on trusting and surrendering, knowing that you are supported. And maybe, you’ll have to find an 8-5 job in the meantime to ensure your survivalThis season, as we navigate the energy of new beginnings and uncertainty, remember this: You are not waiting for circumstances. You are the circumstance. You own your shif.👉 Challenge for this week:Choose one of these Momentum Practices each day. And share your experiences on in the comments on Substack. I’d love to hear how you’re choosing abundance.🛟 Need support navigating this transition? Book a mentoring session. Together, we’ll explore how to anchor this inner security while structuring your aligned business If necessary, we can also heal karmic or other wounds. And since abundance and inner peace are deeply connected to intuition and subtle support, I invite you to join me for my free Q&A session on February 26th. 👉 Subscribe her to get get the reminder and the Zoom link.If this episode inspired you, share it with another awakened entrepreneur who could benefit from it.Thanks for reading The Awakened Entrepreneur! Would like to know more about my work, check my services. We are at the start of a 9-year—a period of closing cycles and opening to possibilities. With January’s energy, carried by the number 1, this is the ideal moment to set aligned intentions and take actions in harmony with who we truly are.The lunar nodes, which have just shifted into new astrological signs, encourage us to revisit our soul's mission, listen to our intuition, and let go of the patterns that pull us away from alignment: perfectionism, control, or unrealistic expectations. This is a pivotal moment to adjust our trajectories.Would you like to know more about your numerology to build a more sustainable and flow strategy, check my numerology and strategy 2x 1-hour session package. How to explore this question : Why are we here? Many of my clients ask me, "Why am I here?" It’s an essential question for moving forward with serenity, even if it feels overwhelming at first. The answer lies within your heart. Your emotions and intuition are your best guides. Sometimes, to hear that inner voice, you need to first remove what no longer resonates. Here are a few questions to explore:* Where has life been guiding you over the past months? What lessons can you take from it?* What are your natural talents—those that are an integral part of your soul's mission?* Which activities bring you joy, connect you to yourself, and make you lose track of time?* What can you let go of to fully embrace your current evolution?Take a moment to meditate, dance, sing, or write. Let the answers to these questions emerge from another angle. Then, see how you can integrate these reflections into your week. If you feel you need clarity or healing, I’m here to support you or to explore your soul and business mission with your numerology in your strategy from new perspective.Last thing I wanted to share with you, is what spirituality means for me:For me, spirituality is about moving forward with consciousness and presence, simply. But at its core, it’s about living as close as possible to who we truly are.And what about yours?Thank you for sharing this moment with me. Next week, I’ll answer a question from Nicole: How to introduce yourself authentically? Instinct vs Intuition in Business Decisions
Hi, dear awakened entrepreneurs,Welcome to The Awakened Entrepreneurship! I’m Valérie, and I’m so excited to share this first episode with you.Today, we’re diving into a question I often get during my workshops and mentoring sessions: “How do I recognize intuition and distinguish it from instinct?”This came up recently in my Intuitive Strategic Planning for 2025 workshop, and I realized it’s something many of us struggle with as conscious entrepreneurs. Both instinct and intuition are powerful, yet they come from different places and guide us in different ways.In this episode, I’ll explain the key differences between instinct and intuition, share how to recognize them in your business, and give you practical tips to start trusting your intuition more.Let’s start with instinct.Instinct is primal. It’s the biological drive that ensures our survival. It’s fast, reactive, and often rooted in fear or the need for safety. Think of it as your fight-or-flight response—it’s what kicks in when you feel threatened or stressed. In business, instinct might show up as:* Feeling pressured to accept an offer quickly because you fear missing out.* Reacting defensively in a tense conversation with a client.Instinct is valuable when you need to act fast, but it’s not always aligned with your higher purpose. It often feels urgent, tense, and fueled by fear or the need to protect. Now, let’s talk about intuition.Intuition is higher guidance. It’s that deep inner knowing that doesn’t always make logical sense but feels undeniably true. Unlike instinct, it doesn’t come from fear—it comes from the heart. The heart is the gateway to intuition, and intuition is the messenger of your soul. When we connect with the energy of our heart—whether through values, meditation, or working on our heart chakra—we create space for intuition to emerge more clearly. In my own journey, intuition often shows up as:* A gentle nudge or a feeling in the heart space that says, “This is the right path.”* A sense of alignment and ease, even when a decision challenges conventional logic. For example, there was a time when I had a logical plan laid out for my business, but my heart whispered, “Pause and wait.” When I listened, an unexpected and perfectly aligned opportunity arrived, one I could never have planned for.Intuition is always guiding us toward alignment, growth, and impact. It requires trust and a willingness to open the heart, but when we do, it leads us to profound clarity.Let me summarize the key differences between instinct and intuition:Origin* Instinct : Biological, primal* Intuition : Spiritual, higher selfEnergy* Instinct: Reactive, urgent* Intuition : Calm, clearEmotion* Instinct: Often fear-based* Intuition: Grounded, peacefulPurpose* Instinct: Ensures survival* Intuition : Guides alignment and growthA helpful way to tell them apart is to check your body. Instinct feels tense and rushed—it might make your heart race. Intuition feels light, calm, and expansive or like you’re looking forward to something with ease and excitement. Thanks for reading The Awakened Entrepreneur! Subscribe for free to receive new posts and support my work.3 simple ways to start tuning into your intuition:* Pause Before Acting:* When faced with a decision, take a moment to breathe and ask yourself, “Is this fear speaking, or is this inner guidance?”* Create Space for Stillness:* Spend time meditating or journaling. Intuition needs quiet to emerge.* Trust Small Nudges:* Start by following small intuitive prompts. Each time you do, you’ll build more confidence in recognizing its voice.Thank you so much for tuning into this first episode of The Awakened Entrepreneurship!I hope this has given you clarity on the differences between instinct and intuition and how they can guide your business decisions. If this resonates with you, I’d love to hear your thoughts! When was the last time you followed your intuition? How did it feel? Reply to this post or share your story with me.In the next episode, I’ll explore another powerful tool for conscious entrepreneurs: how to align your business with your heart and higher values. This is just the beginning of our journey together !Warmly,ValérieI’m Valérie Demont, a mentor for conscious entrepreneurs and a healer for businesses ready to align their work with their soul’s purpose.
