In today's episode, I will be sharing the full story of how my mom ended up in the ICU for 17 days. She is so strong and brave and took every day like a champ. So proud of her and her continued faith. Even in the hospital, she wanted to listen to worship music, her Bible app and stayed prayerful. She shared this Bible verse that she said was on her heart while in the hospital: "Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; For You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me." Why are we so lonely? Out of all the existing generations, Gen Z is considered the loneliest. As we are made in the image of God, we bear His likeness. God is driven by relationship, therefore, we are too! We are created to be with people. The Enemy has tried to destroy this plan by isolating us which causes and perpetuates feelings of loneliness.
