I met my higher self in 2019 when I was suicidal and addicted to meds. I wanted nothing more than to die but I had a child and I would not leave him. So I opened up to spirituality from a total science background and I asked "Higher Self, are you there?" and I heard a voice answer. This is the story of Jess and Blue ... how she helped me heal my trauma brain and she and I developed a therapy system that helps traumatized survival brains like mine heal completely. AND it is Blue speaking to the world, spreading her message, as channeled by me. TRUST me, when I first started speaking to her, channeling her message to the world was not part of the deal.
