    Welcome to the Caregiver Strong podcast - a limited edition podcast to inform and encourage family caregivers. Caregiving is not for the faint of heart, and I've certainly had my share of it! Warmly, Suzette Suzette Katapodes is a veteran caregiver, having cared for  her dad through recovery, cancer, and COPD,  her mom (who is now 93!) through heart disease, a bad fall, and the normal aging process, and now her sister, who had Down's Syndrome and Alzheimer's. She knows of what she speaks...and has a true heart for the caregiver's needs and struggles.
