This message in the series looks at Jesus' command to make disciples, considers how a disciple is defined, and what the process of discipleship looks like.

In this message, we'll start with Jesus' instructions to reach lost people with the gospel and consider ways the church sometimes drifts from that mission and becomes inwardly-focused. We'll look at Biblical principles and consider practical applications for staying focused on the Great Commission and keeping the main thing as the main thing.

At The Carpenter's Christian Church, the Bible is the foundation of all we do - to show love, to share truth, and to shape lives. This week we will explore why the Bible is so amazing and how we can know it truly is the absolute Word of God.

Having multiple generations that make up your church family is both a blessing and a challenge. We need to seek to understand and appreciate our differing perspectives and how each generation has been shaped by their life experiences. Rather than allowing our varying perspectives to cause frustration or division, we seek to lean into the strengths of each generation and ensure that the torch of faith is passed to each rising generation.

This message will look at the roots of the Restoration Movement, which gave rise to the Independent Christian Church. We'll consider the Biblical principles behind the main beliefs and objectives of the movement.

In this message, we'll consider how Jesus' crucifixion was not the end of what God was doing. And, because Christ has been raised from the dead, your worst mistakes are not the end of your story. Finally, your death is not the end of your existence.

In this message, we will consider how a man who travelled with Jesus, heard His teachings, and saw the miracles could end up betraying Him. We'll consider Judas' flaw and the steps that led to his fall. Finally, we'll consider if we may have our own "thirty pieces of silver" that compete for our allegiance to Jesus as Lord of our lives.

In this final message of our Daniel series, we will look at what the Bible reveals is still to come for the Jewish people and all of us as we await Christ's return.

In this message, we'll consider what we can learn from Daniel's prayer life and consider the importance of prayer in spiritual warfare. We'll also look at an amazing prophecy that Daniel received as a result of his prayer.

We’ll connect Elisha’s obedience, the command to dig trenches in the desert, and the example of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego to see how real faith is revealed in hardship, how worship reshapes our perspective, and what it means to burn the plows and live with an ‘even if’ faith.

In this message, we'll examine the account of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego and their courageous defiance of the order to bow before a statue of Nebuchadnezzar. We'll take a broader look at Christian persecution — past, present, and future — and God's faithfulness and provision.

This message will examine Daniel's interpretation of King Nebuchadnezzar's dream that foretold the rise and fall of major civilizations from world history and points toward the rise of a final empire before Christ's return and the establishment of His eternal kingdom.

In this message, we'll look at how Daniel and his companions remained set apart from the Babylonian efforts to indoctrinate them and consider how that parallels our need to live as temporary travelers in a culture that is often hostile to our faith.
