A New Chapter "Acts 10"
A New Chapter – Acts 10Acts 10 marks a turning point in the story of the gospel. Through two divine visions—one given to Cornelius and one to Peter—God begins revealing that the good news of Jesus is not limited to one people group but is for every nation and every person who believes. What unfolds is a powerful sequence of God’s work: preparation, a providential meeting, the proclamation of the gospel, and the outpouring of the Holy Spirit. Just as the Spirit fell on the Jews at Pentecost in Acts 2, the Spirit now falls on Gentiles, confirming that they too are fully welcomed into God’s family through Jesus. This chapter reminds us that God is always ahead of us—arranging meetings, removing barriers, and inviting people from every background to hear and receive the gospel.

As we study the early church we see plenty of firsts: the first sermon, the first miracle. Today we see the first sign of persecution. If we are truly following Christ, pain is promised! But true faith puts us in position to see the power of God at work in our lives.

Unstoppable Message
Take away the buildings, the programs, the events and we would be left with one thing: a message. The message of God ties together the past, the present, the future. The message is all we have, and it’s all we need!
