#9: Signs that I'm being pulled back to my spiritual journey

I've always been a firm believer in signs. Sign of loved ones around us, signs that we're on the right path, signs that it's time to let go, etc. They're always around us, but sometimes we refuse to see or listen to them. Over the past few weeks, I've felt a lot of big shifts and had a lot of BIG signs coming through that it's time for me to step back into my spiritual journey. I know it my soul that it won't look like it used to, but this time around will be deeper, yet fun and full of creativity and passion. In this episode I talk about the signs that I've been receiving and I truly can't ignore them anymore. I hope that you enjoy this podcast, and I'd love for you to follow, comment, like, and share this with anyone who needs to hear it!Follow me on Instagram and don't hesitate to send me a message if there's something you'd like to talk about on the podcast.Instagram and TikTok: @britney.behenna𝘽𝙧𝙞𝙩 ❊ 𝙍𝙚𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙚 𝙈𝙤𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙝𝙤𝙤𝙙 (@britney.behenna) • Instagram photos and videosBritney Behenna (@britney.behenna) | TikTokCopy the link below and join the Social Moms Club on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/share/g/1GgpvjNFDj/

#8: Here's why you shouldn't feel imposter syndrome

Today I talk about truly doing what you love and how we really need to stop saying "I feel like I have imposter syndrome." Unless you are truly just doing something for monetary gain and have no idea what you're doing then you are not an imposter in any way. Doing what you love or have a passion for can take time to grow the confidence and feel really good.I didn't have any confidence when I first became a mom with a newborn, but now 5 years later with two kids, I feel A LOT more confident. It all just take time, but you have to be willing to step out of your comfort zone and do the scare things. #7: Don't be the problem when it comes to bullying

Are you the type of parent that gets onto your kid if someone says they've been a bully? Or are you the type of parent who acts naive and tries to pretend that your child is perfect? Please don't be the second parent (insert eye roll emoji). Today I talk about a show I watched on Netflix called Unknow Number. If you haven't watched it yet, go do it! It's the most common form of bullying these days and the end will shock you. I also discuss and incident we had with Koen the past weekend when it comes to bullying and it made my mama heart hurt. #6: Stop letting your beliefs and opinions make you better than others

Today's episode was incredibly emotional and not one that I had planned on doing. But this past week things have been so heavy on my heart and soul, and all the hate online made me want to speak out. We have to use our voices, but not for hate. I really want people to understand that if they want to make a difference in this world and they want things to change then they HAVE to stop believing that their beliefs and opinions make them better than others. This is where the hate truly lies. I hope that you enjoy this podcast, and I'd love for you to follow, comment, like, and share this anyone who needs to hear it!Follow me on Instagram and don't hesitate to send me a message if there's something you'd like to talk about on the podcast.Instagram and TikTok: @britney.behenna𝘽𝙧𝙞𝙩 ❊ 𝙍𝙚𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙚 𝙈𝙤𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙝𝙤𝙤𝙙 (@britney.behenna) • Instagram photos and videosBritney Behenna (@britney.behenna) | TikTok

#5: But what are you really afraid of?

We are meant to evolve. We are meant to do things that get us out of our comfort zone. But so often we don't do the things that we truly want to do because we're too scared that we'll fail or that we'll be judged by others. In this episode I talk about the redirection or new directions that God, spirit, universe sends us towards, but many times we resist it because of fear or because we don't want to leave our comfort zone. All you have to do is start. Put one foot in front of the other and just start the things that's been on your heart and soul. It's meant to be scary, but if it's meant for you then the path will unfold with ease and flow. #4: Letting go and finding your spark again

Moms this one is for you or anyone that is going through a transition season. In this episode I talk about how we really lose our spark in motherhood, marriage, and when others judge who we are. Judgement from others is the biggest reason many of us dim our light and shut that spark down, but motherhood changes us in so many ways as well. The beauty in it though is this:We can ALWAYS find our spark again. It might not look the same, but that's because it's not meant to. The version of who we used to be is not the version that we're meant to be. It's all about letting go of people, places, and things that no longer serve the version of ourselves that we want to become. #3: Moms.....are we ok?

Dropping our first babies off at Pre-K is something that no one prepares you for. Today I talk about the sadness, the excitement, and the unknown feelings of dropping my first born off at Pre-K. Tears were definitely shed, but I know that I'm not alone on this one. As a stay-at-home mom I spent 5 years raising my son and helping him create his little personality. Then the day came where I had to let him go so that he can start learning and growing on his own. To all my moms who took their first-born babies to school recently, I'm sending you all my love and prayers! #2: My Why

In episode two I go over where I'm at in life and where things are heading. I talk about how I'm really in a season of life where I'm rediscovering who I am outside of motherhood and marriage and the ways that I'm trying to get my "sparkle" back.
