Mrs. Dugan's 4th Grade Class - The Books of the Bible Song

Ms. Kaiser's KB Class - God Gave Us Senses

After discussing how we use our senses in science class, the kindergarten class learned this song about how these gifts came from God, just as all gifts do!   "Every good and perfect gift is from above." - James 1:17

After doing some research, Devlin, Alek, and Brooke share what they've learned about Guardian Angels: biblical evidence, the Guardian Angel prayer and its origin, saints and their relationship with their angels, how we can create a close friendship with our own Guardian Angels.

Introduction to the Martyrs of Charity

8th graders at our school read the book THE COST OF COMPASSION: FIVE WOMEN WHO PAID THE ULTIMATE PRICE by Barbara Ann Pawlikowski.  This book tells the story of five women of the Adorers of the Blood of Christ who dedicated their lives to serving the poor in Liberia, West Africa.  Some of these women are related to our students and families of our parishioners so it makes their mission and sacrifice all the more meaningful. Tune in to future podcasts that are devoted to each of the sisters' own life story and personal mission.
