My daily habit of journaling caused me to start asking myself some important questions. “What do I want for myself?” and “What makes me happy?” shifted my awareness to myself and no longer pouring from an empty cup. I started finding my authentic self when I sat with myself, found my passions, and realized I can give myself all the love I need. While the journey is not always easy, the outcome is always worth it.
