Garuda Ishaya: Meditation, Silence & Awareness

Garuda Ishaya is an Ishaya monk, meditation teacher, and a Sanskrit scholar. I'm very happy to have him on the show as he is a big inspiration for me. The way he puts things into words really resonates with me. I think it's clear that he doesn't just talk out of mere intellectual concept or ideas but from direct experience, which makes all the difference in the world. You can contact Garuda at [email protected] can also find more about Garuda's work at The Vedanta Project on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/thevedantaproject/He also occasionally posts videos on his YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/@garudaishaya127 Hosted on Acast.
