What happened? Who told you you can’t be strong? God created strong women for a reason! If you are naturally a strong leader, be yourself! Don't hold back from the woman God created you to be. Let’s bring up our daughters and younger woman to believe they can do anything. Because they can!

It is ok to say no! You can still love people fully and say no to things. What is God calling you to do? If you are feeling exhausted, take a step back, take a deep breathe, and find time for yourself. Life is meant to be lived to the fullest. We need margin in between all the craziness to have fun and relax. What are your hobbies? Get out, take a break, and do things you love!

Prioritize the important things in life first. What is your purpose? There may be pressure to do it all and to people please, but if it doesn’t go towards your purpose, its ok to say no. Sometimes you can be to busy to be happy or too busy to love people fully. Prioritize the important things!
