Mostly this is about my experience of taking part in White Collar Boxing, the recently popular, unregulated trend where strangers get in a ring together after 8 weeks training! Plus a bit about training with others and my thoughts on out training a bad diet!

Episode 3 - The Three Peak Challenge Almost Killed Me!
The third episode, and first available on YouTube, has me reflecting on the first time I attempted the Three Peak Challenge, which involves scaling the three highest points in Wales, England and Scotland. It nearly killed me, mostly due to a complete lack of proper preparation on my part. A little about nutrition and learning from the experience, and a lot about what actually happened in the doing of it. Hope you enjoy, and also are having a great day, whoever you are!

Episode 2: Triathlon, USA Food and Re-Framing
How I ended up entering my first (and only) Triathlon, and how it went (don’t ask about the swim!), with a short segment on my experience of food in the states 20 years ago (I hope it’s improved) and an explanation of how to ‘reframe’ things in your mind to have a very different reaction from the one you might have now. Great for fear, anxiety and even disgust!
