Communication and connection are more than just tools of ministry as they are at the heart of how we lead in the local church. Together we will dive into the practical skills that make ministry effective, navigating hard conversations, understanding interpersonal dynamics, managing conflict with grace, and building relationships that truly matter.This year’s speakers include Seth Pierce, Mitchell Powers, John McVay, Nate Hellman, Harold Altamirano, Charles Brown, and Benjamin Lundquist.
