ENbalance with Georgia Bonora
Georgia Bonora is one of Australia's most successful Women's Artistic Gymnasts. Georgia, is not only a two-time Olympian, but has also represented Australia at four World Championships and is a Commonwealth Games Gold Medallist. After her impressive career in gymnastics, she went on to Ninja Warrior and has now opened up her very own Ninja and Gymnastics centre called, Bonora Gymnastics, alongside her clothing brand, Bonora Sport. I have a lot of admiration for Georgia. Not only did I watch her in awe at the Olympic trials in 2008, but I have watched as she built her own brand and now gymnasium. We recorded this episode in her own gym and you may notice a few parts where the background sounds weird because it was such a windy day. At one stage, we laughed as we thought the building would blow away. Nonetheless,I had a great time chatting with Georgia about her experiences in elite gymnastics and comparing them to my own. We also speak about how her perspective on the sport has evolved since pursuing coaching. We discuss the difference between her two Olympic games, how she handled the tough times, and, the positive impact that gymnastics has had on her in life after sport - helping her develop this sense of confidence and belief within her to achieve incredible things. Georgia is full of inspiration and passion about life and gymnastics and I learned so many new things about her during this episode. I hope you enjoy listening, as much as we did recording!

ENbalance with Luke Wadsworth
Luke Wadsworth is a former elite artistic gymnast who has represented Australia at 3 World Championships and 2 Commonwealth Games. He now runs his own adult gymnastics gym called Peak and is always on the hunt for ways to stay fit and healthy whether that's running marathons or training for an Iron Man. In this episode, Luke and I talk a lot about the technical elements of gymnastics, the fundamentals, and the quirky things we used to do at training or competitions to make sure we 'felt' prepared. We touch on the importance of coach and peer support and the fears of learning scary skills at a young age. We have a good laugh as I find myself relating to so many of the things he speaks about. Luke attributes a lot to gymnastics and his career which has led him down the path of coaching. We speak about the life skills we have gained and how we apply them to 'post-sport' life, which was a difficult transition for us both. It's a funny story of how Luke and I became friends, and one I am so grateful for. Luke is so knowledgeable in gymnastics as both an athlete and a coach and has created a community of people who have a passion for movement. He has experienced disappointments and failures in his career as with any elite gymnast but what I love about 'Wadsy' is his never-ending positivity and enthusiastic outlook on life and its possibilities. Please enjoy us having a chat about all things gymnastics and what Luke has created for himself in his life after sport.

ENbalance with Georgia Wheeler
Georgia Wheeler is a former elite artistic gymnast. She represented Australia at World Championships and the 2010 Commonwealth Games. Having just missed out on the 2012 Olympics she then went on to retire from gymnastics and try Aerial Skiing (which I had forgotten until we had this conversation). Georgia has now been out of sport for some time and works as a tax lawyer. Despite mostly living in separate states we have shared memories and bonds through our experiences in elite gymnastics and have remained close friends. In this podcast we laugh and share memories of competing in gymnastics and compare stories from gymnastics camps, travelling with teams, and Georgia's Commonwealth Games experience. We have a giggle about sneaking food and 'diet meals' on planes but we also dive into the more serious issues around body weight in elite gymnastics and the effects we notice now, post sport, in our everyday lives. I had such a pleasure recording this video. Georgia offers such a mature outlook and gratitude for her career as an elite gymnast.
