53² 7 Moments That Changed Us | Overflow Episode
Trauma healing for Christian women is hard, slow, and absolutely worth it. If you've been trusting God for physical or emotional healing and wondering why it's taking so long, this overflow conversation is for you. Watch full video version here: https://youtu.be/hve4AMPFTIc In this bonus overflow from Episode 53, we get real about something that came up during our reflection on the seven most impactful moments from our first year of podcasting. As we revisited the topic of restoring radiance in your spirit and body, something powerful surfaced that we couldn't leave unsaid. We talk openly about what happens in your body when you finally start digging out deep-rooted trauma with God's help. The healing process isn't a quick fix, and it's not always pretty. It's layer by layer, 1% at a time. The physical symptoms that show up on the outside as your body detoxes from years of held-in pain, grief, and dysfunction? That's actually evidence that something real is happening on the inside. We also explore a shift in perspective on miracles. What if Jesus showing us instantaneous healing was never meant to be the standard we measure our own journey against? What if the point was simply that healing is possible, and God's pace in our specific story is building something in us that a sudden miracle never could? And we get honest about how deeply our identities can get wrapped up in our wounds, even when we think we're doing well. When the Holy Spirit reveals that even our "good" motives can be rooted in something broken, that's some of the most uncomfortable, most transformative work we'll ever do with the Father. If you're in the middle of a hard healing season, feeling like it's taking too long, or tempted to go back to the quick fix, we see you. Keep going. It's worth it. We'd love to hear from you: Where are you in your healing journey right now? If this spoke to your heart, subscribe so you don't miss a single episode, and share it with a sister who needs this reminder today. 📝 Share your prayer request: https://www.equip39.com/podcast Follow on Social Media:✨ TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@equippedfellowship✨ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/equippedfellowship Thank you for being apart of our fellowship ❤️ With Love, Hope and Nikki #ChristianWomen #TraumaHealing #ChristianPodcast #BiblicalHealing #WomensMinistry #ChristianEncouragement #faithwalk About the podcast: We are two women walking out faith in the everyday mess of real life. 53 7 Moments that Changed Us
Watch full video version here: https://youtu.be/wSbOXzfbIoI Faith breakthroughs for women — from breaking shame's grip to the holy exchange to the 1% shift. These 7 moments didn't just shape our podcast, they changed us. If you're ready to move from striving to surrender, this is your foundation. After a full year of Equipped Fellowship, we're looking back at the seven most powerful Holy Spirit-led tools and teachings that reshaped how we see God, ourselves, and the freedom we've already been given through Christ. Whether you've been with us from episode one or you're just finding your way into this community, this episode is the heart of everything we do here. Together, we walk through each breakthrough moment and why it still matters today: The Cassette Tape of the Past (Ep. 9) (https://youtu.be/6ld37d20mcA) — The enemy loves to replay what God has already freed you from. We talk about the pause-and-process practice that finally lets you rip that tape out entirely. Guilt vs. Shame (Ep. 17) (https://youtu.be/WaOSXaJ0_rY) — Guilt says "I did something wrong." Shame says "I am something wrong." Understanding this difference is the key to stepping out of hiding and back into God's love and correction. The Holy Exchange (Ep. 27) (https://youtu.be/c8kHM9gjS4w) — What does it actually look like to bring your pain, your heaviness, and your brokenness to God and let him replace it with grace, mercy, and his presence? This is where it starts. Self-Help vs. God's Help (Ep. 30) (https://youtu.be/caQBcgZovcw) — We were both great students of every system and formula out there — and none of it worked. Because God never asked us to be the heroes of our own stories. He asked us to abide. Matthew 11:30 hits differently when you finally let him carry it. Peacekeeping vs. Peacemaking (Ep. 36) (https://youtu.be/sqWBCA7x35I) — If you're a people pleaser, this one will stop you in your tracks. There's a real difference between keeping the peace at the cost of your own soul and making peace rooted in the love of God. Perfect love casts out fear, and fear of man is at the root of so much. Restoring the Radiance of the Mind (Ep. 42) (https://youtu.be/aztjTvwVqGQ) — We want overnight transformation. God invites us into 1% shifts. Slow growth builds dependency — the daily surrender, the daily holy exchange, the daily renewal that builds history with God and real, lasting faith. Top-Down Restoration (Eps. 41-43) (https://youtu.be/uPchP2vPheI) — We are spirit beings first. When we start with our identity in Christ and let truth work its way down through our minds and emotions, our whole lives begin to shift — and even our physical bodies respond. The common thread through all of it? Moving from striving to surrender. From shame to redemption. From self-help to God's help. From carrying it alone to the holy exchange. From perfection to 1% better every day. 52² You Asked, We Answered: Listener Questions with Equipped Fellowship | Overflow Episode
God shows up in the small things — and this overflow clip from our one-year anniversary episode is proof. If you've ever wondered whether God cares about the everyday details of your life, this conversation is for you. Watch full video version here: https://youtu.be/oHj_sNd8dJ0 We're celebrating 52 episodes of this podcast, and we could not let this bonus moment go unshared. In this overflow clip, we answer a question that caught our attention: "What is a recent moment where you clearly saw God's kindness in a small detail?" The answers? A random Instagram recipe account that brought joy back to cooking. A birthday that unfolded one intentional coffee date at a time — without a single word of planning. Gifts that felt like God whispering, "I see you." These are the moments we might be tempted to call coincidence. We're choosing not to. There's something so beautiful about pausing to notice how God works behind the scenes — not just in the big, dramatic moments, but in the quiet, personal ones that only you and He know about. The ones that feel like a wink from Heaven. That's what this episode is about. We also talk about what it looks like to stay flexible and let the Holy Spirit lead — in a podcast, in a birthday, in a week when you just don't have the capacity you thought you would. He fills in the gaps. He always does. If this resonated with you, we'd love to hear your story at the link below. Share a recent moment where you saw God show up in a small, unexpected detail. We read every single one and your story might be exactly what someone else needs to hear today. And if you're new here, welcome to our little community of women who are learning to notice God in the everyday, lean into faith when life gets heavy, and encourage one another along the way. We would love for you to subscribe and journey with us. 52 You Asked, We Answered: Listener Questions with Equipped Fellowship
Christian friendship, identity in Christ, and the courage to be fully seen — this is the conversation you didn't know you needed. In this special one-year anniversary episode, we're pulling back the curtain and answering the questions you've been asking all year. From how God divinely knit our friendship together to the unseen seasons where He was quietly working behind the scenes, this episode is honest, warm, and full of the kind of real talk that makes you feel less alone in your own journey. Whether you're wrestling with isolation, comparison, labels you've outgrown, or simply wondering what it looks like to walk closely with God in the ordinary moments of everyday life — we're sitting right there with you today. Here's a glimpse of what we talk through together: - We share how our friendship moved from business strategies to life-changing conversations — and the exact moment it stopped feeling like friendship and started feeling like family. - We open up about seasons of feeling unseen and overlooked, and what God was actually doing in those hard, quiet places. - We get real about holy girl problems, vulnerability hangovers, and what it looks like to step out of isolation and back into community. - We share the labels we used to live under — "mistake," "orphan," "diabetic" — and how God has rewritten those stories with truth. - We celebrate the listeners whose faithfulness and engagement has shaped how we show up every single week. If you've ever felt like you had to shrink yourself, perform for others, or earn your place in community — this episode is a permission slip to bring your full self to God and to the people He's placed around you. You are not the problem. You are fearfully and wonderfully made. And He has been right there beside you the whole time. Has God ever surprised you in a season where you felt overlooked or unseen? If this episode encouraged you, share it with a friend who needs a reminder that she is not alone. And if you haven't yet, subscribe and come back every week — we're so grateful you're here. 51² Jesus Built His Kingdom With Ordinary People — And He Is Not Finished | Overflow Episode
Struggling with doubt, shame, or feeling like you've failed too much? The story of the 12 disciples holds a mirror up to our own quiet lies — and our Savior's relentless pursuit of us. Listen to full video version here: https://youtu.be/Z_tGp_j_6ek In this overflow episode, we unpack the personal moments from our deep dive into the disciples that hit closest to home. From Thomas's need to encounter Jesus rather than just know facts about him, to Peter's passionate, stumbling faith, to Matthew sitting at the table with the wrong crowd — each disciple becomes a window into our own wounds, doubts, and the lies we quietly believe without realizing it. Some of what we dig into:- The quiet lie that sounds like: "I've messed up too much today. God's done with me."- Why Thomas's doubt wasn't just skepticism — it was a cry to be met by Love- How staying stuck in shame actually locks Jesus out of your future- Why Jesus treasures every "yes," no matter the size- The difference between conviction led by love and conviction led by shame If you've ever felt like you missed Jesus, like he shows up for everyone but you — this one's for you. 📝 Share your prayer request: https://www.equip39.com/podcast Follow on Social Media: ✨ TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@equippedfellowship ✨ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/equippedfellowship Thank you for being apart of our fellowship ❤️ With Love, Hope and Nikki

51 Jesus Built His Kingdom With Ordinary People — And He Is Not Finished
Jesus is not finished with building His kingdom, and He's not done with you. If you have ever wondered why Jesus would choose someone like you, the 12 disciples are your Bible-based proof. Watch full video version here: https://youtu.be/9Cl1aEgzW2U Jesus did not build His kingdom with the polished or the spiritually impressive. He built it with fishermen, a tax collector, a doubter, a zealot, a traitor, and quiet faithful ones history barely recorded. If you have ever wondered why He would choose someone like you — this episode is your answer. Whether you feel disqualified by failure, unseen in your faithfulness, overwhelmed by doubt, or consumed by passions that need redirecting — there is a disciple who reflects you. This biblical encouragement is packed with real talk, relatable moments, and Holy Spirit-led truth that will shift how you see yourself and your calling. In this episode, we cover: - Peter — impulsive, passionate, and fully restored. Jesus prayed for him before he failed. (Matthew 4:18-20 | Luke 22:61-62 | John 21) - Andrew — the quiet connector who brought Peter to Jesus and helped feed 5,000 people. (John 1:40-42 | John 6:8-9) - James and John — the Sons of Thunder who wanted the crown, but Jesus was prepping them for the cross. (Mark 3:17 | Mark 10:35-38) - Matthew — the tax collector nobody wanted at the table, called by Jesus anyway. (Matthew 9:9-13) - Nathaniel — from skeptic ("Can anything good come from Nazareth?") to fully convinced. (John 1:46-50) - Philip — the practical thinker who learned faith and logic aren't enemies. (John 1:43-45 | John 6:5-7 | John 14:8) - Thomas — why his doubt wasn't disqualifying, and what his honesty unlocked. (John 20:24-29) - Simon the Zealot — whose fiery political loyalty was redirected to the kingdom of God. (John 15:16) - James and Thaddeus — the quiet, faithful disciples with no spotlight but steady presence. (Matthew 10:3 | John 14:22) - Judas Iscariot — a sobering warning about being close without being fully surrendered. (Matthew 26:14-16 | John 13:18) Key scripture: 1 Corinthians 1:27 | John 15:16 | Luke 22:32 Which disciple do you relate to most right now? Drop it in the comments below. We read every single one. 50² Do You Even Qualify for a Miracle? | Overflow Episode
If you're a Christian woman who has ever quietly wondered if you even qualify for a miracle, especially if you believe it is somehow your fault — this overflow episode 50² on the miracles of Jesus and healing was made for you. Real faith, real answers, no shame. Watch full video version here: https://youtu.be/KS1dBsgcMNk We could not leave the overflow conversation here because this one story — the man born blind in John 9 — hit us both too hard to let go. Before Jesus ever speaks to this man, the disciples are already asking the question so many of us have asked in private: who sinned? Whose fault is this? Is this punishment? And Jesus shuts that down completely. He doesn't analyze the blame. He doesn't agree with the religious leaders picking the miracle apart. He kneels down, makes mud, and tells the man to go wash. And when the man comes back seeing, his entire testimony fits in one sentence — I was blind, and now I see. No formula. No explanation. Just a testimony. This episode is for the woman who has carried the quiet belief that her hard life is somehow her punishment. The one who has been talked about more than she has been cared for. Analyzed, labeled, and explained — but never truly seen. The one whose breakthrough finally comes and instead of being celebrated, gets questioned and picked apart. Jesus does not move toward you with blame. He moves toward you with compassion, with the intention of revealing what God can do — even in the places where you have felt the most shame. He shifts the question from why did this happen to me to what do you want to reveal here, Lord? And that changes everything. We also get real in this overflow about something we both wrestle with — the temptation to chase the formula. To watch God move in someone else's life and immediately ask, what did you do? How did you do it? Can I have the steps? And this story is the gentle dismantling of all of that. There is no formula. There is just Him. If this community is what you have been looking for — women who love Jesus, tell the truth, and are done pretending faith is always pretty — we are so glad you found us. 50 Do You Even Qualify for a Miracle?
If you've ever wondered if you qualify for a miracle — Jesus didn't heal the perfect. He stopped for the broken, the doubting, and the overlooked. And He will stop for you. Watch full video version here: https://youtu.be/m8-X9WgK6wU Does God still show up for women like you — tired, ashamed, or feeling like you've already missed your moment? This episode of Equipped Fellowship is for every Christian woman who has quietly wondered if Jesus cares enough to stop for her. We love Jesus and refuse to pretend faith is always pretty. In Episode 50 we sit with the most powerful miracles in scripture — not as a Bible study, but as a mirror. The kinds of people He chose to heal will surprise you, and we believe they will set something free in you. Nine miracles. One question: where do you see yourself? Maybe your background, past, or beliefs make you feel disqualified from who God moves for. He stopped for someone like you.(The Centurion's Servant — Matthew 8:5–13 | Luke 7:1–10) Maybe your faith is barely holding on — exhausted, still showing up, prayer now sounds like "I don't know anymore, but I'm still here."(The Demon-Possessed Boy's Father — Mark 9:14–29) Maybe you've accepted that a relationship, dream, or situation is just over. He walked straight into the funeral procession anyway.(The Widow of Nain — Luke 7:11–17) Maybe you've been waiting so long you've stopped asking. He didn't wait to be asked. He moved first.(The Man at the Pool of Bethesda — John 5:1–15) Maybe you feel like you've done too much wrong to be the one who gets helped. He healed the man who came to arrest Him.(Malchus' Ear — Luke 22:50–51 | John 18:10–11) Maybe what you're carrying feels too small to bring to God. Quiet pressure, quiet embarrassment, a need you've minimized. It isn't too small.(Water into Wine — John 2:1–11) Maybe you're the strong one holding it together for everyone else and forgot you're allowed to need something too.(Jairus's Daughter — Mark 5:22–43) Maybe you're in the background — serving, showing up, keeping things running, wondering if anyone notices.(Peter's Mother-in-Law — Mark 1:29–31) Maybe shame is keeping you hidden. He didn't just heal her — He called her daughter. Out loud. In front of everyone.(The Woman Bent Over 18 Years — Luke 13:10–17) Miracles are not rewards for good Christian behavior. They reveal the heart of Jesus — always drawn to the broken, the honest, the hidden, and the ones who feel unworthy. That has always been His people. That has always been us. You are not the exception to His mercy. You are exactly who He keeps stopping for. It did not end in scripture. He is still stopping — for you, right now. If this is the community you've been looking for — women who love Jesus, tell the truth, and believe you were made for more — we are so glad you're here. 49² Should We Really Be Like Children? | Overflow Episode
Watch full video version here: https://youtu.be/r-ZHJYaM0oQ In this overflow episode, we stay with the theme of childlikeness and why Jesus chose Children to lead us back to Him, but we go a little more personal. Nikki shares her own journey of embracing childlike joy and vulnerability with God, and what it’s looked like to believe she’s not “too much” or embarrassing to Him. We talk about how childlike joy, playfulness, and emotional honesty can actually deepen your relationship with God, not weaken it. This is a shorter, heart-level conversation meant to help you loosen your grip, feel safer with God, and start bringing Him your real needs and desires. In this episode, we talk about: - Childlike joy and playfulness in your faith - Why emotional safety and vulnerability matter for spiritual growth - The importance of giving children (and your younger self) a voice - Practical steps to start asking God for small, specific things - How God meets us when we’re raw, real, and unpolished in prayer You’ll hear lines like: - “I’m not embarrassing to God.” - “God met me when I was raw and vulnerable.” - “Your heart’s desires matter to the Father.” Our hope is that this overflow encourages you to be a little more honest, a little more childlike, and a little more open with God this week. Being vulnerable with Him is not failure; it’s trust. Even asking for small things can build a deeper, safer connection with Him and open the door to healing. With Love, Hope & Nikki

49 Should We Really Be Like Children?
Watch full video version here: https://youtu.be/viX_3WF4B-U Do you ever wonder why Jesus chose children to lead us back to God, or better yet, back home? In this episode, we explore childlike faith, emotional healing, and the way Jesus uses children in the Gospels to show us the way back to real dependence and intimacy with Father God. We look at the surprising way He centers children in Scripture and what that reveals about His heart for us as adults. When Jesus tells us to become like little children, He’s not being cute or poetic. He is showing us the way back to real faith, real trust, real openness, and emotional safety with Him. We walk through the stories where Jesus welcomes, blesses, and defends kids when others try to push them away, and then connect those moments to our own lives: - What have we lost as adults that children naturally carry? - Where have performance, perfectionism, and self‑protection replaced simple trust, emotional honesty, and openness before God? - How does Jesus invite our inner child to come close instead of staying hidden? In this conversation, we talk about: - How Jesus treated children in the Bible and protected their access to Him - Why He used children as the model for the Kingdom when adults thought they knew better - The difference between childishness and childlikeness in our faith - What childlike trust, dependence, and hope look like in everyday life - How emotional honesty and vulnerability actually draw us closer to God - The ways grown‑up religion, image, and control can block intimacy with Jesus - How to reconnect with your inner child before God and let yourself be fully known - What it means to belong with God instead of feeling like you have to perform for Him - How understanding emotional safety helps you open up to God in a deeper way - Practical steps to move toward childlike faith and dependence on Him again We also talk about how Jesus doesn’t just tolerate children, He champions them: - Children are filled with hope, not naivety - Jesus protects their access to Him - Trust and believe in Jesus’ word like a child Our hope is that this episode helps you see why Jesus keeps pointing to kids when He talks about the Kingdom. He’s not asking you to become less mature. He’s inviting you to become more honest, more dependent, and more open‑hearted before Him… to let the child in you lead you back to simple, trusting faith in Jesus. This conversation is an invitation to come closer, not cleaner if you’ve ever felt: - Like you have to hold it together for God - Embarrassed by your emotions or needs - Stuck in performance and perfectionism - Unsure how to come to God without a script Jesus is still pulling children close, and that includes the childlike parts of you. 48² Overflow Episode: The Women Jesus Chose When Everyone Else Rejected Them
Watch full video version here: https://youtu.be/WdarmfrxTxY In this overflow episode, we talk honestly about faith, overwhelm, and what happens when you finally hand your overthinking to God. We share personal moments of feeling stuck, anxious, and heavy, and how small steps of trust have helped us experience real peace and spiritual growth. We touch on: - Letting God carry your overwhelm and constant overthinking- Unlearning long‑held beliefs so you can heal and move forward- Using prayer and quiet reflection to calm your mind and heart- Remembering that God wants what’s best for you and isn’t mad that you’re struggling- Taking a simple “1% better” step instead of trying to fix everything at once- If your thoughts feel loud, heavy, or nonstop, this conversation is a gentle reminder that you don’t have to carry it all. 48 The Women Jesus Chose When Everyone Else Rejected Them
Watch Full video version here: https://youtu.be/WdarmfrxTxY The Women Jesus Chose When Everyone Else Rejected Them Have you ever felt like your past is too messy, your story is too broken, or your struggles are “too much” for church people or even for God? In this episode of the Equipped Fellowship podcast, we’re talking directly to Christian women who love Jesus but feel disqualified, rejected, or invisible in their pain. If you’re a woman walking through hard life situations and craving real hope, honest community, and faith-based encouragement, this conversation is for you. Today we look at three powerful encounters between Jesus and women everyone else tried to avoid, ignore, or judge: • The Samaritan woman at the well (John 4) • The bleeding woman who reached for His robe (Mark 5) • Mary Magdalene at the empty tomb (John 20) Their stories show us that Jesus moves toward messy, rejected women, not away from them. He sees the whole truth, speaks directly into shame, and still chooses, heals, and sends them with purpose. In this episode, we talk about: • Feeling like you don’t belong • How Jesus responds to women with complicated pasts and ongoing struggles • Why your broken story does not disqualify you from God’s love or calling • How to find real hope and healing in Jesus when life has absolutely not gone as planned If you are a Christian woman wrestling with any of the examples below: • Church hurt, judgment, or feeling unseen in your pain • Shame from sexual history, divorce, addiction, abortion, or trauma • Anxiety, depression, or doubt, and feeling like “a bad Christian” • Loneliness and longing for safe, honest, Jesus-centered community then this episode will remind you that you are not the exception to God’s love. You are exactly the kind of woman Jesus stops for, speaks to, and sends. At Equipped Fellowship, our heart is to walk with women who love Jesus and need: • Hope in the middle of hard life situations • A community that will accept them as they are • True, Bible-rooted answers to deep life questions • Faith-based inspiration they can carry into everyday life We don’t offer fake positivity or shallow Christian clichés. We open Scripture, share real stories, and point you back to the One who calls you Daughter even when you feel disqualified. If you’re a Christian woman looking for:• Christian women’s podcast about healing and hope• Biblical encouragement for women in hard seasons• Faith podcast for women who feel broken or disqualified• Hope-filled Christian podcast for women who love Jesus then hit subscribe and stay connected. 47² Overflow Episode: What Does Discipleship Look Like Today?
Watch the full video version here: https://youtu.be/yaVLfnZeuv0 In this overflow episode, we’re continuing the conversation on discipleship, but from a different angle: what happens when we move beyond formal programs and step into authentic, everyday discipleship. We talk about how real discipleship is less about signing up for a church class and more about faith, spiritual growth, and becoming a lifelong learner with Jesus. We share personal experiences with traditional discipleship structures and how some of them helped for a season, but also where they fell short. Our goal is to help you see that you don’t need a formal label or a big program to be discipled. Discipleship is about authenticity, personal connection with God, and letting Him shape your life over time. In this discussion, we talk about: - How discipleship impacts personal and spiritual growth - Why you don’t need “official” or formal discipleship to grow in your faith - Challenging traditional views of discipleship that focus only on structure - The importance of authenticity and being honest with God and others - How community and informal gatherings can be powerful for spiritual development - What it means to live with a learner’s mindset in your walk with Jesus - Why lifelong learning is a spiritual discipline, not just a personality trait We also dig into the heart behind all of this: staying real. Inauthenticity has many faces, and we talk about how easy it is to perform, to pretend, or to hide behind church activity instead of letting God disciple us at the heart level. Our hope is that this overflow episode complements the main discipleship conversation by reminding you that you can be a true disciple of Jesus in whatever season you’re in, without waiting for the “perfect” structure or program. Authentic discipleship is about walking closely with Him, staying open to growth, and being willing to keep learning for the rest of your life. 47 What Does Discipleship Look Like Today?
Watch full video version: https://youtu.be/HOJo3wEaLQ4 What Does Discipleship look like today, in real life? In this episode, we’re talking about discipleship in a way that’s simple, honest, and actually doable in everyday life. If you’ve ever felt like “real discipleship” is only for pastors, leaders, or people in formal Bible programs, we want to shift that. Discipleship is about faith, following Jesus, and staying in connection with Him in the middle of your real, messy, beautiful life. We explore how discipleship isn’t just a structured church program or a set of assignments. It’s a relational spiritual journey of walking with Jesus, listening to the Holy Spirit, growing in personal growth, and inviting others to walk with Him too. Everyday discipleship can happen in your home, at work, in your community, and in quiet moments with God. In this conversation, we talk about: - What discipleship really is: following Jesus and helping others follow Him - Why discipleship is simple and accessible, not reserved for “super Christians” - How staying connected to Jesus is the foundation of any spiritual growth - Why discipleship is a lifelong journey, not a one-time decision or class - How to see your everyday life as a place where God is actively discipling you - The importance of community and gathering with others for encouragement and growth - The role of Scripture and Spirit-led resources in your spiritual journey - Why mentoring, coaching, and Christian content can help, but shouldn’t replace the Bible - How leading in your home is a powerful form of discipleship and modeling faith - Why discipleship is slow and relational, not flashy or performance-based - How trusting God’s timing is key as you grow and as you walk with others We share honestly about our own experiences with discipleship feeling intimidating or overly structured, and how God has gently brought us back to the heart of it: abiding in Jesus, listening to the Holy Spirit, and being faithful in small, everyday steps. We talk about what it looks like to let Him teach us through His Word, through community, through resources, and through the ordinary moments of our lives. You’ll hear key ideas like: - “Discipleship is slow and relational.” - “How will you let Him teach you today?” - “Faithful over time changes generations” We also walk through four practical areas where you can lean into everyday discipleship: 1. Reading Scripture and letting God’s Word shape your thoughts and decisions 2. Gathering with others and building Christ-centered community for support and sharpening 3. Leading and stewarding your home as a living example of following Jesus 4. Using resources and mentorship (books, podcasts, mentors, coaching) as the Holy Spirit leads, not as a replacement for His voice Our hope is that this episode helps you breathe a little easier and realize: you don’t have to have it all together to be a disciple. You just have to keep saying yes to Jesus, keep walking with Him, and keep letting Him grow you over time. Everyday discipleship is faithful, not flashy… and faithful over time really can change generations. With love,Hope & Nikki

46² Overflow Episode: Get Your Soil Ready
Watch full video version here: https://youtu.be/bMW3C0SqTJ8 If you’re a woman who loves Jesus and wants to trust Him more deeply — but sometimes wonders how it will all come together, you'll enjoy this Overflow episode. Have you ever stepped into something without a perfect plan? No outline. No script. Just obedience? In this shorter, behind-the-scenes conversation, we share what it looks like to move at the pace of trust — especially when we don’t have all the pieces. We talk about how God weaves things together when we each spend time with Him first… and then show up in faith, even when our directions look completely different. And somehow? He makes it bloom. We unpack what it means to: ✨ Trust what God told you✨ Resist the urge to control, outline, or “strong-arm” the outcome✨ Grow in partnership instead of striving alone✨ Let obedience in one area strengthen your faith in others✨ Create space for God to surprise you✨ Become a “volunteer bloom” and show up where He plants you We share honestly about how this is one area we’ve grown in — and how that growth didn’t happen overnight. It came through accountability, friendship, surrender, and choosing peace over panic. Sometimes the most beautiful fruit comes when we don’t overthink it. When we don’t force it. When we don’t need every detail tied up before we begin. God is so faithful to orchestrate what we cannot manufacture. If you’ve been trying to control outcomes or if you’ve been anxious about getting it “right” or if you’re craving a softer, steadier way to walk with Him, we hope this conversation reminds you that you can trust the One who holds it all together. You don’t have to panic. You don’t have to force the bloom. You don’t have to have the entire outline. You just have to stay close. Grab your coffee, lean in, and let’s grow together. 46 Get Your Soil Ready
Watch full video version here: https://youtu.be/nZyRiwI03Vo Christian encouragement for women in hidden seasons of faith. If you’re a woman who loves Jesus but feels like nothing is happening in your life right now… this episode is for you. Maybe you’re in a “winter” season, praying, believing, trying to stay faithful, but not seeing fruit. Maybe you’re tired of comparing your progress to everyone else’s highlight reel. Maybe you’re wondering if God is really working at all. In this episode, we talk about what it means to get the soil ready before the bloom. We share honestly about hidden seasons, stewarding your story instead of hiding it, breaking free from victim mentality, and learning how to move at the pace of trust instead of striving. We unpack the powerful truth that God does His deepest work underground, in the quiet, unseen places, long before anything breaks through the surface. Here’s what we explore together: ✨ Why winter seasons are not wasted seasons✨ How to shift from victim mentality to stewardship✨ What it really means to “move at the pace of trust”✨ Why comparison keeps your soil from getting healthy✨ The importance of tending your inner life before expecting outer fruit✨ How God prepares multiplication before you ever see growth✨ Why blooming isn’t about performance — it’s about being rooted We talk about the reality that flowers don’t force themselves to bloom — they trust the process. They trust the rain. They trust the soil. They trust the timing. And in the same way, we are invited to trust that God is cultivating something deeper in us than we can see. If you’ve been discouraged because things feel slow… if you’ve questioned whether your obedience matters… if you’ve wondered why others seem to be “taking off” while you’re still underground — we want to gently remind you: soil work takes time. And good soil sustains lasting fruit. We believe God designed you to multiply — not just succeed temporarily, but bear lasting, life-giving fruit. But multiplication only happens when the soil is rich, tended, and surrendered. So before you rush into the next thing… before you strive for visibility… before you force a bloom… Ask Him: “Lord, is my soil ready?” You are not behind. You are being prepared. And what God cultivates in secret will bloom in His perfect timing. With love,Nikki & Hope

43² Overflow Episode: Restoring Your Radiance to Your Body
Sometimes the body becomes the messenger we didn’t want — but desperately needed. In this overflow episode, we reflect on how honoring God’s divine order — spirit, soul and mind, then body — brings lasting healing and freedom. We talk honestly about what happens when we ignore the signals our body is sending, chase symptom relief, and resist slowing down because our identity is wrapped in productivity, performance, or expectations. We share personal stories of physical pain, injury, and burnout — moments when the body forced a pause and invited deeper alignment with God. What we once saw as obstacles became invitations to healing at the root, not just temporary relief. This conversation touches on how: - The body gives us information we often don’t want to hear - Treating symptoms without addressing the root leads to more breakdown - Identity tied to performance can block healing - God sometimes slows us down to realign our hearts - Fast, convenient solutions rarely lead to lasting freedom - True healing requires time, trust, and surrender We also talk about how cultural beliefs around time, productivity, and urgency can quietly oppose God’s perfect timing. When we believe healing must be quick, efficient, or convenient, we often miss what God is doing beneath the surface. This episode is an invitation to stop chasing fast fixes and start pursuing wholeness. To choose the Provider over the solution. To let God redefine healing, timing, and success. If you love Jesus and have ever felt frustrated with your body, discouraged by delays, or tempted to take shortcuts instead of trusting God’s process, this overflow episode is for you. Healing tastes better when it’s rooted, lasting, and aligned with God’s design — spirit, soul and mind, then body. Learn more about Equipped for Wholeness here: https://www.equip39.com/wholeness

43 Restoring Your Radiance to Your Body
Watch full video version here: https://youtu.be/aztjTvwVqGQ Restoring radiance doesn’t stop in the spirit or the mind — it also reaches the body. So what if your body isn’t broken — but communicating? Learn more about Equipped for Wholeness here: https://www.equip39.com/wholeness In this episode of Equipped Fellowship, we talk about restoring radiance in the body through a biblical lens of wholeness. We explore how God designed us in divine order — spirit, soul and mind, then body — and why lasting physical healing cannot be separated from inner restoration. So many of us begin our healing journey by focusing on the body first: diet, exercise, supplements, medical answers, or trying to “fix” what feels wrong. But Scripture tells us something deeper. In 3 John 1:2, God says He desires that we prosper and be in health even as our soul prospers. Our physical health is designed to rise to the level of our inner world. In this conversation, we unpack how spiritual iniquity, inherited patterns, emotional wounds, and thought life directly affect the body. We discuss how what the Bible calls iniquity often shows up today as family history, genetic predisposition, or chronic physical patterns — and how these are not chosen, but inherited, and therefore can be addressed and healed through Christ. We also talk honestly about the mind-body connection: * How internal realities create physical symptoms* Why symptoms are signals, not failures* How the nervous system, gut, hormones, inflammation, and immunity respond to stress and thought patterns* Why the body is a faithful messenger, not an enemy We share personal testimony about chronic illness, rejection, and the long journey of renewing the mind so healing can fully manifest in the body. Healing is ours in Christ — but alignment takes time, compassion, and partnership with God. This episode is an invitation to stop fighting your body and begin restoring relationship with it. Your body is not rebellious. It is loyal. It is protective. It is responding to what it has been taught to believe. We also walk through practical, faith-based steps to renew your relationship with your body: * Asking God for His heart for your body* Repenting for partnering with lies about your body* Learning your body’s language with the Holy Spirit* Speaking blessing instead of criticism* Treating symptoms as signals, not shame* Practicing kindness through rest, nourishment, movement, and safety We address trauma, fight-or-flight, and the importance of cueing safety when your body feels overwhelmed. You are not broken. Life has happened to you — and God meets you exactly where you are. If you love Jesus, are navigating physical symptoms, chronic illness, body image struggles, or simply want to understand your body through God’s design, this episode is for you. You are not behind. Healing is not something you have to force. Restoration begins with understanding, compassion, and truth. We’re walking this journey with you — and you don’t have to do it alone. https://www.equip39.com/wholeness

42² Overflow Episode: Restoring Radiance in Your Mind
How surrender, awareness, and truth restore peace and renew your mind with God. Equipped for Wholeness: https://www.equip39.com/wholeness Sometimes restoring radiance doesn’t come from learning something new — it comes from remembering what God already revealed. In this overflow episode, we reflect on how renewing the mind is not about striving, fixing, or forcing change, but about surrender, awareness, and gentle alignment with God’s truth. We talk about emotional reactions, thought patterns, imagined conversations, fear-based thinking, and how these quiet habits slowly drain our peace and spiritual clarity. This conversation is honest, tender, and deeply reflective — creating space to notice where our minds may still be operating from fear, control, or self-protection rather than trust, peace, and surrender. We explore how God restores radiance in our mind by inviting us into: * Awareness instead of avoidance* Surrender instead of striving* Trust instead of fear* Peace instead of mental chaos This overflow episode is an invitation to pause, reflect, and allow God to gently reveal where He is inviting deeper renewal. Not through pressure. Not through perfection. But through presence. If you love Jesus, desire emotional healing, and long for peace in your thought life, this episode is for you. Equipped for Wholeness: https://www.equip39.com/wholeness In this episode, we talk about the power of our thoughts and how our mental patterns shape our spiritual life, emotional health, and sense of freedom. So often, we try to change our behavior or circumstances without addressing the beliefs and thought cycles that quietly influence everything we do. But true transformation begins in the mind. We explore how past wounds, fear, trauma, and insecurity form mental strongholds — and how partnering with God brings healing, clarity, and renewal. This conversation invites us to slow down, notice what we’re thinking, and allow God to gently realign our thoughts with His truth. We walk through how renewing the mind restores peace, strengthens faith, and brings emotional and spiritual freedom. We also introduce a simple, biblical framework for transformation: Catch, Challenge, Change — helping us identify unhealthy thought patterns, confront them with truth, and replace them with God’s perspective. What full video version here: https://youtu.be/rj4Kr2mijqA What blocks spiritual radiance? Restore wholeness, healing, and freedom from the inside out. Learn more about Equipped for Wholeness: https://www.equip39.com/wholeness What if the reason your joy, peace, clarity, and spiritual vitality feel dim is because your spirit needs restoration? In this episode, we dive deep into what blocks our spirit from radiating and how true healing, wholeness, and transformation begin — not from the outside in, but from the inside out. We explore God’s original design for us as spirit, soul, and body, why restoration must begin in the spirit, and how emotional, spiritual, and mental misalignment dulls our radiance. So often, we try to fix life by managing our emotions, habits, behavior, or circumstances, hoping peace will follow. But Scripture shows us that lasting change begins in the spirit. When the spirit is restored, everything else naturally aligns. In this episode, we unpack: * Why spiritual radiance begins in the spirit, not behavior* What it means to live top-down instead of bottom-up* How dieting, striving, performance, and emotional control block true healing* The connection between spiritual alignment and emotional peace* Why healing without restoring the spirit leads to exhaustion* How fear, anxiety, emotional reactions, and striving dim spiritual clarity* The power of repentance, surrender, and reflection* Why crushed spirits need healing, not hiding* How generational patterns, sin, transgression, and iniquity affect spiritual radiance* Why emotions cannot lead, but must be submitted to the spirit* How spiritual awakening restores identity, peace, and purpose* The role of sacred imagination, reflection, and prayer in restoration We talk about why so many believers feel spiritually dry, emotionally exhausted, anxious, overwhelmed, and disconnected — and how returning to God’s original design restores radiance, peace, clarity, and wholeness. This episode is an invitation to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with the deepest part of who you are — your spirit — and allow God to bring healing where life has crushed, wounded, or disconnected you. If you are a woman who loves Jesus feel any of the following: * Feels spiritually disconnected* Feels emotionally exhausted* Feels stuck, overwhelmed, or discouraged* Longs for deeper intimacy with God* Desires emotional and spiritual healing* Wants faith-based encouragement* Is craving true Christian community* Is searching for hope in hard seasons* Is hungry for biblical truth and spiritual growth* Loves deep Christian podcasts You are in the right place. 40² Overflow Episode: What is Radiance?
Watch full video version here: https://youtu.be/cotW61XflfE You’re not late—healing with God happens in seasons, not deadlines Learn more about Equipped for Wholeness here: www.equip39.com/wholeness This overflow conversation is a deep breath for the woman who feels behind, pressured, or unsure if she’s “doing healing right.” We remind ourselves—and you—that this walk with God is not a race, not a checklist, and not something you arrive at. It’s a journey we are all actively walking together. In this episode, we talk honestly about timing, seasons, and why God’s invitations don’t operate on urgency or fear. We share how we’re asking the same questions, pausing in the same ways, and letting the Lord highlight things in us in real time—just like you are. We are not ahead of you. We’re walking with you. This conversation is especially for women who love Jesus but feel pressure to: Heal faster Make the “right” decision immediately Join something before they miss out Fix themselves before they’re ready Measure their spiritual growth against others We dismantle the lie that says healing has a deadline. God is not rushing you. He is not anxious about your growth. He is deeply committed to walking with you one step at a time. We talk about how timing with God is deeply personal. What may be the right season for one woman may not be the right season for another—and that doesn’t mean anything is wrong. If it’s not your time yet, that’s okay. God knows exactly when to invite your heart forward. In this episode, we explore: Why healing with God is a journey, not a course to complete Letting go of urgency, countdown timers, and fear-based decisions The difference between God-led timing and anxiety-driven action Why “now” simply means when you say yes—not a calendar date How pressure and fear block our ability to hear God clearly Creating space to pause and assess body, mind, and spirit daily Why growth continues for a lifetime, not a season How God meets us exactly where we are, not where we think we should be We also share why Equipped for Wholeness was intentionally designed to remove pressure. There are no countdowns, no scarcity tactics, no “now or never” language—because healing should never be rooted in fear. We want this journey to be available when your heart is ready, whether that’s today, six months from now, or a year from now. God doesn’t force transformation. He invites it. We talk openly about how many of us have said yes to things out of fear of missing out instead of discernment—and how anxiety closes our ears and hearts to God’s voice. Healing cannot grow in urgency. It grows in safety, trust, and relationship. This episode is a reminder that: You are not late You are not behind You are not failing You are not expected to arrive You are becoming. We are becoming. Together. If you’re looking for a Christian podcast that offers: Faith-based encouragement without pressure Honest conversations about healing and timing A safe, Jesus-centered space for growth Freedom from spiritual comparison A reminder that God is the source—not people, programs, or platforms —you are in the right place. This is a journey, not a finish line. And wherever you are right now is exactly where God is meeting you. Learn more about Equipped for Wholeness here: www.equip39.com/wholeness

Join here: www.equip39.com/wholeness This episode marks the beginning of something sacred. Not a race. Not a self-improvement project. But a Spirit-led journey into wholeness, healing, and radiance—starting right where we are. In week one of our Equipped for Wholeness journey, we slow down and create space to assess our current radiance. We talk honestly about why awareness is not condemnation, why pausing matters, and how God invites us to see ourselves with compassion instead of judgment. This conversation is for women who love Jesus and are longing for deeper healing—body, mind, and spirit. Women who want to walk closely with God but feel tired, overwhelmed, or unsure where to begin. Women who want faith-based answers, real conversations, and a community that accepts them exactly as they are. We explore why transformation doesn’t begin with fixing—it begins with seeing. When we pause and invite God into every part of our story, we begin to recognize patterns, hear His voice more clearly, and discern where He’s gently leading us next. We redefine radiance as something far deeper than appearance. True radiance flows from alignment with God—from a heart that’s healing, a mind that’s being renewed, and a spirit that’s rooted in truth. Radiance is God’s brilliance in His design of you reaching outward. We also address fear—fear of what might come up when we pause, fear of loss, fear of letting go. We remind each other that God is a good Father. What He reveals, He also heals. What He brings to the surface, He walks through with us. This episode includes reflective questions to help you gently assess: * How your body is truly feeling* What your daily thoughts are shaping* How connected you feel to God right now There is no perfect time to begin. Right now is the moment. We go from radiance to radiance, glory to glory—not by striving, but by surrender. We close this episode with a powerful prayer for healing, renewal, and wholeness—inviting God to restore every part of who we are and to let His light shine brighter than any lie we’ve believed. If you’re looking for: * A Christian podcast for women* Faith-based healing and encouragement* Jesus-centered conversations about wholeness* Spiritual growth without pressure or perfection* A community rooted in grace, truth, and hope —you are so welcome here. 39² Overflow Episode: The Freedom in a Heart of Surrender
Watch full video version here: https://youtu.be/a_G0ZpzfvzQ Surrender doesn’t have to be complicated—yield, trust God, and rediscover joy Link the Equipped for Wholeness: www.equip39.com/wholeness This overflow conversation is a heartfelt continuation of our episode on surrender, where we unpack how God lovingly simplifies what we often make complicated. We talk honestly about control, time pressure, anxiety, and how surrender becomes overwhelming when we forget who our source truly is. This conversation is for women who love Jesus but feel stretched thin—mentally, emotionally, spiritually—because they’re trying to manage everything themselves. We explore surrender not as a loss, but as a gain, and how yielding to God brings peace, clarity, and lasting joy. We reflect on how God meets us right where we are and gently teaches us through simple, childlike understanding. Surrender isn’t about having all the answers—it’s about pausing, yielding, and coming back to the Father when life feels loud or overwhelming. If you’re longing for: * Faith-based encouragement that feels practical and real* Freedom from anxiety, control, and time pressure* A Christ-centered podcast that feels honest and relational* Deeper trust in God as your source, not just a resource* Joy that’s rooted in surrender, not circumstances —you’re in the right place. We share real-life examples of how relying too heavily on external resources—even good ones—can quietly shift our focus away from God. When resources become louder than the Source, fear begins to compound, urgency increases, and surrender feels impossible. God invites us back—not with condemnation, but with gentleness. We also talk about how fear around time keeps many women from fully surrendering. The pressure to hurry, maximize, and “not waste time” can create anxiety that blocks intimacy with God. But when we surrender time to our Father, we discover that He builds stronger foundations, seals the cracks, and restores joy. We’re reminded that joy cannot be separated from surrender, peace, repentance, or trust. Over time, these truths begin to connect into one complete picture—a life anchored in God, not controlled by fear. We also share about Equipped for Wholeness, launching January 26, 2026. This Christ-centered course is designed to help women heal past wounds, renew their minds, and walk in wholeness—body, mind, and spirit. Watch full video version here: https://youtu.be/7yCXBrnWkMo Surrender isn’t giving up—it’s finding peace, freedom, and trust in God’s hands Equipped for Wholeness link: www.equip39.com/wholeness Surrender doesn’t make us passive—it makes us peaceful. In this episode, we talk honestly about what biblical surrender really looks like and why it is the gateway to true freedom, closeness with God, and lasting peace. This conversation is for women who love Jesus but feel tired of striving, controlling outcomes, carrying anxiety, or trying to figure everything out on their own. We’re unpacking surrender not as weakness, but as trust—trusting a loving Father who sees more than we do and carries what we were never meant to hold. We build on last week’s conversation about what we’re leaving behind and take it deeper by asking the real question: how do we actually do that? The answer is surrender—not quitting, not giving up, but giving over. If you’re longing for: * Faith-based encouragement during overwhelming seasons* Biblical truth without pressure or performance* Hope when life feels heavy or uncertain* A Christian podcast that feels honest, gentle, and real* Deeper intimacy with God as a loving Father —you’re in the right place. In this episode, we talk about: * Why surrender is not defeat, but alignment with God* Trusting God when we don’t understand outcomes or timelines* Letting go of control, anxiety, comparison, and self-reliance* The difference between big surrenders and small, daily ones* How moment-by-moment choices shape our spiritual freedom* Why striving reveals areas we haven’t yet surrendered* Learning to pause, yield, and respond instead of react* What it means to live as daughters, not orphans This episode is a reminder that surrender is not a one-time moment—it’s a posture. It’s practiced in the everyday choices, such as when anxiety rises, when emotions feel heavy, when we want to control outcomes, when we’re tempted to speak instead of pause, or when we feel the urge to strive instead of trust. We also share simple, practical ways to practice surrender daily. This conversation is for the woman who wants wisdom, not more information. For the one who wants to stop striving and start resting. For the one who knows God is good but is still learning how to trust Him fully. We also share about Equipped for Wholeness, our Christ-centered course launching January 26, 2026. This course is designed to restore every part of you—spirit, soul, and body—through Holy Spirit-led teaching, practical tools, and biblical truth. www.equip39.com/wholeness Surrender isn’t the end—it’s the beginning of freedom. The more we release, the lighter we walk. The less we grip, the freer we become. Let’s walk forward together—lighter, calmer, and anchored in trust.

Redefining progress through surrender, healing, and trusting God’s overflow. Link for Equipped for Wholeness: https://www.equip39.com/wholeness In this overflow episode, we’re talking about progress that can’t be measured—the kind God celebrates. We share powerful stories of surrender, healing, and transformation that remind us that real growth doesn’t always look flashy or linear. Sometimes progress looks like laying down self-reliance. Sometimes it looks like choosing God again when everything feels stripped away. And sometimes, it looks like simply staying present and open to what the Father is doing beneath the surface. We reflect on a life-changing retreat experience where surrender opened the door to freedom, renewal, and hope. We talk about baptism, pride, independence, comparison, and the quiet but holy work God does when we stop striving and start trusting. This conversation is an invitation to redefine success, progress, and healing through God’s eyes—not the world’s. If you’ve ever felt discouraged because your journey doesn’t look like someone else’s…If you’ve questioned whether you’re really growing with God…If you long for community that accepts you as you are while pointing you to truth… This episode is for you. What if progress with God is deeper than it looks — and you’re growing more than you think? Link for Equipped for Wholeness: https://www.equip39.com/wholeness Have you ever followed Jesus faithfully and still wondered, “Why doesn’t this feel like progress?” If so, this conversation is for you. In this episode, we explore a hopeful, life-giving truth — progress with God often happens beneath the surface. It doesn’t always look flashy. It doesn’t always feel victorious. But it is real, it is sacred, and it is shaping something beautiful within you. We talk honestly about the tension Christian women face when faith meets reality — when we know God is good, yet life still feels hard. When we trust His promises, but our circumstances don’t immediately reflect them. When growth feels slow, quiet, or invisible. Together, we unpack how God defines progress differently than the world does. While culture celebrates visible success, God celebrates transformation of the heart. While the world demands constant forward motion, God honors endurance, faithfulness, and staying rooted when walking away would be easier. This episode is filled with encouragement, biblical truth, and real-life reflections for women who love Jesus and are navigating seasons of uncertainty, waiting, or quiet perseverance. 36² Overflow Episode: Being a Peacekeeper vs Peacemaker
Empaths, peacekeepers, and healing your nervous system — discover real peace in Christ. Learn more about Equipped for Wholeness here: https://www.equip39.com/wholeness Many women identify as empaths, caretakers, or “the strong one” who holds everything together. But in this episode, we uncover a deeper truth — many of us weren’t actually born that way. We became that way because we learned to keep the peace, read the room, and carry the emotional weight of others to survive chaos, trauma, or instability. This conversation dives into why so many Christian women confuse empathy with over-responsibility, sensitivity with self-sacrifice, and peacekeeping with love. We talk openly about the patterns we developed as children, the nervous system responses that feel automatic, and the emotional loads we carried because we didn’t know any other way to cope. But here is the revelation — what many women call being an “empath” is often a peacekeeping survival mechanism. And God is inviting us into something better. He is calling us into healing, identity, and the kind of peace that brings freedom instead of exhaustion. We also share personal stories of realizing that what we once celebrated as “being empathetic” was actually draining us, overwhelming us, and keeping us stuck in patterns God never intended for us to carry. We break down how trauma shapes the nervous system, why certain relationships trigger old responses, and how God gently retrains our minds, bodies, and spirits to move into real peace. This conversation is for the woman who: feels responsible for everyone else’s feelings absorbs tension and emotions in every room feels overwhelmed or exhausted by people-pleasing wants healthier relationships rooted in truth craves emotional freedom and clarity struggles with anxiety or overthinking wants to understand her nervous system and its patterns desires biblical peace instead of fear-based calm longs to stop carrying what does not belong to her wants tools for healing, identity, and emotional safety God never created you to carry the emotional weight of the world. He never asked you to fix everything. He never called you to be the quiet keeper of chaos. He called you to walk in truth, identity, courage, and Spirit-led peace. He called you to be a peacemaker — not a peacekeeper. And He is ready to heal the places where your nervous system learned fear instead of rest. Your sensitivity is not a flaw — it is a gift that becomes healthy when it is no longer carrying the weight of survival. Real peace is available. Emotional restoration is available. Identity is available. And you do not have to stay stuck in patterns that kept you safe in the past but keep you small in the present. We cannot wait to walk with you as God brings healing, understanding, and freedom.Join us in the Overflow for deeper conversation and practical steps.Your breakthrough is closer than you think.

36 Being a Peacekeeper vs a Peacemaker
Become a peacemaker, not a peacekeeper — find healing, truth, identity, and real freedom in Christ. Link for Equipped for Wholeness: https://www.equip39.com/wholeness Many women believe being “the peaceful one” means keeping everyone comfortable, staying quiet, avoiding tension, absorbing emotions, and making sure no one is upset. But today, we’re learning something entirely different — the difference between being a peacekeeper and being a peacemaker. This episode is for the woman who wants real healing, real truth, and real peace in her relationships. Not surface-level peace. Not forced peace. Not self-sacrificing, anxious, performative peace. We talk about how peacekeeping often looks calm, but inside it creates fear, anxiety, and inner turmoil. We share practical examples of how peacekeeping shows up in everyday life — staying silent to stay liked, minimizing your needs, walking on eggshells, avoiding conflict, or managing everyone’s emotions at the expense of your own. But Scripture never tells us to keep the peace. It calls us to make peace. Peacemaking is rooted in courage, honesty, and alignment with God’s truth. It brings long-term healing, restoration, and reconciliation, even when the first step feels uncomfortable. It reflects the character of Jesus — the Prince of Peace — who loved people enough to confront what was unhealthy, untrue, or misaligned. In this episode, we walk through: the difference between fear-based peacekeeping and love-based peacemaking how trauma can shape peacekeeping patterns without us realizing it breaking cycles of people-pleasing, avoidance, and silent suffering how to surrender relationships to God instead of managing outcomes why real peace requires honesty, boundaries, and Holy Spirit guidance the role of identity in becoming a peacemaker how generational patterns and unhealed wounds affect our approach to conflict the relief that comes from letting God lead your relational decisions how Holy Spirit empowers us to communicate truth in love practical day-to-day steps for peacemaking how peacemaking produces long-term Kingdom fruit why caring for others and telling the truth go hand in hand We also share real stories from our own lives — moments where we defaulted to peacekeeping, how it wounded us, and how God taught us a better way. We describe what it felt like to carry fear, comparison, trauma responses, and emotional pressure, and how peacemaking brought healing, alignment, and freedom. If you are a Christian woman longing for: healthier relationships confidence rooted in identity emotional healing a deeper walk with God courage to speak truth with love freedom from people-pleasing tools to navigate hard conversations a community that meets you where you are This episode will meet you right in that place. Being a peacemaker does not mean being harsh. It does not mean being cold. It does not mean causing chaos. It means letting God define love, truth, and peace. It means allowing Holy Spirit to guide your words, actions, and responses. It means walking in courage, clarity, and freedom. Your calling is not to disappear to keep others comfortable.Your calling is not to silence yourself to avoid rejection.Your calling is not to hold everything together on your own. Your calling is to walk in truth.Your calling is to be guided by the Spirit.Your calling is to be a peacemaker — a woman aligned with God’s heart, God’s wisdom, and God’s definition of peace. We are walking this out right alongside you.Join us in the Overflow for more conversation, and let’s grow together as daughters who are learning how to live in the freedom Jesus gives.

Watch full video version here: https://youtu.be/Cxwl9wsWMio Rewrite your goals with God—step into love, alignment, identity, and Spirit-led transformation. Sign up for Equipped for Wholeness here: https://www.equip39.com/wholeness This is the season when everyone starts setting goals — but today, we’re taking a completely different approach. Instead of striving from self-hate, pressure, comparison, or “not enough,” we’re learning how to pursue goals through love, identity, and the truth of who God created each of us to be.In this episode of Equipped Fellowship, we open up about our personal stories with goal-setting — the broken ways we used to chase change, the lies we believed about ourselves, and the pressure to fix what we thought was wrong. We talk honestly about how goals can be rooted in insecurity, shame, fear, and frustration without us even realizing it. But God never asks us to earn His love by becoming “better.” He invites us to grow from love, not for love. We share what it looked like to shift from goals fueled by self-hate to goals rooted in biblical stewardship, identity, and alignment. We talk about reflecting with God, asking Him for direction, and letting His love reshape our intentions. In this episode, we dive into: - why many goals secretly come from shame or comparison - how God rejects the lie that we must “fix ourselves” to be worthy - the power of setting goals from love, not lack - how alignment of mind, body, and spirit changes everything - the beauty of being a “study of one” with God - how yearly words from the Father can bring clarity and direction - why slowing down and surrendering brings more breakthrough than hustling - how to ask God questions that reveal your true motivations - practical ways to involve the Holy Spirit in your planning - how self-hate threatens not only our growth, but our relationships - why true transformation begins with love, identity, and wholeness We also share the difference between striving in our own strength and letting the Lord guide our steps. There is such beauty in embracing His timing, His pace, and His vision for your life — even when it looks entirely different from what you expected. If you're a woman who wants to grow without burning out. If you're tired of toxic productivity, comparison, or cycles of “never enough”. If you've spent years punishing yourself with goals that only drained your joy… This is for you. God’s plans for your growth are gentle, personal, and filled with love. He knows your story. He knows your heart. And He knows the beautiful, whole woman He is forming you to be.This episode will help you reset your perspective, rewrite your goals with God, and step into a new season of intentional, Spirit-led growth — rooted in identity, not insecurity. You were created to flourish. You are worth the love it takes to grow slowly, deeply, and beautifully. And we’re cheering you on every step of the way.

34² Overflow Episode: Let Your Light Shine
Watch full video version here: https://youtu.be/9LcVeOwASJ4 Episode 34 may be over, but the Holy Spirit doesn't stop! In this overflow episode, we open up about the moments we’ve felt dim, unseen, “too much,” or out of place… and how Jesus gently meets us with His peaceful, comforting light that ministers exactly where we need it. We talk about how each of us has a unique wattage — a God-designed brilliance that doesn’t need to match anyone else in the room. Whether you feel like a spark, a steady glow, or a bright flame… your light matters. And it’s beautiful. We share personal stories of how Jesus has shown up in the dark corners of our memories and our present, wrapping us in His gentle, peaceful presence. His light never rushes, overwhelms, or shames us. It comforts, heals, and restores. And He invites us to shine in the exact way He created us — not smaller, not louder, not identical to someone else… but uniquely and beautifully ourselves. This episode dives into:- how Jesus meets us with calming light in our darkest moments- why your individuality is a gift, not a flaw- how to stop comparing your “wattage” to someone else’s- the beauty in diverse personalities, strengths, and expressions of faith- why you are placed in certain rooms on purpose- what it looks like to shine with others instead of shrinking beside them- how God uses our uniqueness to minister to the right people at the right time We talk about walking into spaces where we feel different — maybe even out of place — and how that doesn’t mean we don’t belong. Sometimes God places us in a room because our light carries something someone else needs. Sometimes He pairs us with friends whose light complements ours like two sparks igniting something greater. Your beauty and individuality were designed by Him.Your presence carries purpose.Your light reflects His heart. We also share the “sparkler” analogy — how God is the red-hot core, and each of us shines in different patterns: some long, some soft, some bright, some subtle… all beautiful, all intentional, all part of His kingdom. And we introduce the Seven-Day Shine Challenge! It's a simple, powerful way to invite God to show you where and how He wants you to shine. You can follow it day by day, repeat a favorite day, skip around, or personalize it completely. Every woman will walk it out differently — and that diversity is part of the beauty. He doesn’t want us hidden. He wants us to step into the fullness of who He created us to be — bold, beautiful, healed, and whole daughters of God. You are not a mistake. You are not too much. 33² Overflow Episode: Breaking Free From Deception
Watch the full video version here: https://youtu.be/XRe9oSFSdSc Episode 33 may have been over, but the Holy Spirit wasn't done! In this overflow conversation, we talk honestly about something every woman wrestles with in today’s world: authenticity vs. the pressure to curate a perfect life. Whether it’s social media, relationships, or the quiet moments we’d rather hide, we all feel that pull to present our best and cover the rest. We open up about honesty, accountability, partial truths, owning our mistakes, and what it looks like to walk with integrity — not in theory, but in the everyday moments where our hearts and choices are actually formed. We talk through why it’s uncomfortable, why it matters, and how choosing truth creates a ripple effect of safety, healing, and freedom for the people around us. We also dig into the deeper side of deception — not just spiritually, but emotionally and energetically. When something carries the weight of untruth, it affects us and the people we interact with. Lies carry a heaviness that attracts more heaviness, and truth carries freedom that attracts more freedom. The more we practice honesty, the more natural it becomes — not just to us, but to everyone whose lives we touch. We talk about the highlight-reel culture of social media, why transparency feels risky, and how there is a healthy balance between oversharing and hiding. There’s a way to be real without posting your entire life online. There’s a way to walk in accountability without shame. And there’s a way to model honesty that builds trust, strengthens community, and sets a new example for the next generation. If you’re a woman who loves Jesus and desires real, grounded, faith-filled connection…If you want to walk in wholeness, truth, and freedom…If you want to model integrity for your family, friendships, or community…You’re not alone. We’re walking this out with you. We pray this conversation encourages you to embrace truth, lean into accountability, and live with a heart that’s open, teachable, and aligned with Jesus. Your honesty can shift atmospheres. Your integrity can change lives. And your willingness to grow speaks loud in a world that’s tired of the fake.

In this episode of Equipped Fellowship, we open up about something every one of us faces at some point—deception, the subtle twisting of truth that keeps us stuck, afraid, or disconnected from God’s best for us. We get honest, vulnerable, and real about the little compromises, the fear of consequences, the pressure to look “put together,” and the moments we protect ourselves instead of trusting our Father. We talk through our own stories—how we’ve exaggerated, withheld details, tried to look more spiritual, worn masks, and avoided the full truth because we were scared of judgment, rejection, or exposure. But God, in His tenderness, keeps pulling us back with His love. He sees it all, and He doesn’t shame us. He invites us into freedom. As we share our own experiences, we pray this episode brings breakthrough to women walking through hard seasons—women craving hope, community, authenticity, and a deeper walk with Jesus. 32 Perspective of Self: The Good, The Bad, The Ugly
Watch Full Video Version here: https://youtu.be/hAdGWEfUEUE In today's episode we open up a deeply honest conversation about our perspective of self — the good, the bad, and the ugly — and how God reshapes our identity when we finally slow down enough to listen. This is a real, raw, Spirit-led talk for Christian women who are hungry for inner healing, emotional honesty, spiritual growth, and a deeper understanding of their identity in Christ. We asked the Lord a simple but life-changing question:“God, what in me is good? What in me is bad? And what in me is ugly?”And He answered — with conviction, compassion, and incredible clarity. Nikki shares how God revealed the good inside her: her willingness to self-reflect, obey, and grow. She opens up about the bad — her ferocious independence and her reluctance to ask for help — something many Christian women quietly struggle with. Then she shares the ugly, including the cycle of self-reliance, self-correction, and self-condemnation that so many of us carry without realizing how much it damages our emotional and spiritual health. We talk about inner healing with Jesus, the tender way the Holy Spirit exposes the self-made pressure we put on ourselves, and the freedom that comes when we stop depending on our own strength and begin surrendering everything to God. This episode digs deep into the spiritual battle over identity, why the enemy attacks our sense of worth, and how God gently leads us back to truth. Hope shares her sacred-imagination encounter with God — how He showed her she'd been digging a deep hole through years of striving, performing, and trying to accomplish things in my own strength. When she finally looked up, He asked if she was ready to stop digging. He didn’t yank her out. Instead, He offered small hooks of grace, steps of obedience, and gentle invitations until she climbed out with Him. Then He turned her toward the pile of dirt and said, “Now we’re going to build beauty from this dust.” We open up about how:• independence from God leads to exhaustion• striving to be “great” is often rooted in fear• even our “ugly” moments are seen by God with compassion• being a daughter is our truest identity• surrender leads to physiological peace (Hope's blood sugars even responded!)• spiritual growth comes one obedient yes at a time• sacred imagination is a real tool God uses to heal and speak As we grow in Christ, our sensitivity to the Holy Spirit increases — and suddenly the things we used to tolerate (emotionally, relationally, spiritually) no longer feel satisfying or safe. God is reshaping our standards, our desires, and our identity. This episode is for every woman who feels exhausted from trying to hold everything together, who longs for emotional healing, who wants to hear God more clearly, and who is ready to let go of self-reliance and step into the freedom of being God’s daughter. If you want faith-based encouragement, Christian mental and emotional healing, a deeper walk with the Holy Spirit, and practical conversations that guide you into a healthier, more grounded identity, you are going to feel so at home here. Grab your coffee or tea, settle in, and let’s grow — together, with Jesus leading every step. You are not alone. You are deeply loved. And God is transforming the good, the bad, and the ugly into something beautiful.

31² Overflow Episode: How Fear & Hidden Agreements Hold You Back From God’s Best
Meet Jesus in Your Garden: Faith, Hope, and Agreements That Transform Life Watch full video version here: https://youtu.be/YV2_KEa4EOs Episode 31 was over, but Holy Spirit wasn't done! In this overflow episode, we dive deep into how Jesus meets us in the garden of our hearts—a sacred space of safety, love, and guidance. We share personal reflections as we explore how sacred imagination can help us experience God’s presence in ways that feel real, comforting, and transformative, even in the hardest seasons of life. We talk about the power of agreements, and how every thought, word, and choice can either align us with God’s promises or pull us away from His best. Using the story of Eve and the serpent as an example, we discuss how subtle influences, coveting, and daily agreements shape our spiritual journeys and impact the direction of our lives. This episode also explores how modern life, including social media and music, can influence our thoughts and agreements in ways we may not even notice. From the way algorithms reinforce our current mindset to the importance of filtering what we allow into our hearts, we uncover how to remain anchored in God’s Word while navigating a world full of distractions and challenges. We reflect on planting seeds of faith, the long-term impact of speaking God’s truth into the lives of others, and how our own personal experiences, like relationships with loved ones and moments of grief, can deepen our understanding of God’s covenant and alignment with His promises. Whether you are struggling, seeking answers, or simply wanting to grow in faith, this conversation offers encouragement, clarity, and hope. This episode is for women who want authentic community, faith-based inspiration, and practical guidance for life’s challenges. It’s for those who want to embrace their current struggles, discover God’s truth, and walk in alignment with His love, even when life feels heavy.

We talk about what it really means to make spiritual and mental contracts, how careless words and lies we’ve agreed to can hold us back, and how the Holy Spirit reveals truth that leads to freedom. From personal stories of healing, conviction, and breakthrough to scriptural insight from Hebrews 13:5, Proverbs 18:21, Matthew 12:37, and 1 John 4:18, we explore how God’s perfect love casts out fear and restores what’s been bound. 30² Overflow Episode: The Illusion of Self-Help...There is a Better Way!
Watch the Full Video Version Here:https://youtu.be/KS0hrrQhX1w33 Stop chasing self-help—start trusting God’s Word for real heart transformation. The episode may have been over, but the Holy Spirit wasn't done! In this “bookshelf cleanout” conversation, we get real about the subtle ways we’ve let self-help books take the place of Scripture — even when they sounded “Christian.” We talk about how easy it is to rely on someone else’s revelation instead of seeking God directly through His Word. There’s nothing wrong with learning or growing — but sometimes the enemy uses imitation truth to distract us from The Truth. We share how we both found ourselves chasing wisdom from books, courses, and self-improvement programs — and how that chase left us more drained than transformed. In this conversation, we dive into: When “Christian self-help” replaces hearing God’s voice Why we chase books for healing instead of God’s Word The danger of imitation wisdom that sounds holy but lacks power How striving for growth can turn into spiritual pride Why true wholeness comes from letting God reveal the roots What it looks like when He, not us, delivers the next step The peace that comes when you stop chasing and start receiving We even confess how our pursuit of self-improvement turned into judgment — comparing our growth to others and missing what God was really trying to heal. But the Father is faithful. When we stop chasing and let Him deliver what we need, transformation finally happens — not from striving, but from surrender. If you’ve been feeling burned out from “working on yourself,” but still crave the freedom that only Jesus can bring, this episode will refresh your soul. God doesn’t need you to earn your healing — He just wants you to trust His Word and walk with Him.

30 The Illusion of Self-Help: There is a Better Way
Watch the Full Video Version here: https://youtu.be/caQBcgZovcw Why self-help can’t heal your soul — choosing God’s help over striving for change. In this episode, we get honest about something we’ve both wrestled with: the difference between self-help and God help. Everywhere we turn, the world tells us to fix ourselves — to manifest peace, to raise our vibration, to “do the work.” But what happens when you’ve done all that and still feel empty? What if your heart is weary from trying to become your own healer? That’s where this conversation begins. We talk about what happens when self-help sneaks into our faith walk — when we start striving for spiritual growth instead of receiving God’s grace. We unpack the subtle ways self-reliance disguises itself as progress, and how true transformation only happens when we surrender to His Spirit, not our self-improvement plans. In this episode, we dive into: How self-help promises healing but leaves us exhausted Recognizing when “working on yourself” has become self-worship Why surrender is not giving up — it’s giving God permission How the Holy Spirit does what no mindset shift ever could Learning to let God be your Helper, not your backup plan The peace that comes when we stop trying to earn growth and just rest in His love Maybe you’ve been reading the devotionals, listening to podcasts, journaling your prayers, and still feel like you’re falling short. Maybe you’re tired of “doing all the right things” but not feeling the breakthrough. Friend — that’s the point. You were never meant to carry what only God can heal. This episode is for the woman who: Loves Jesus but feels burnt out from trying to be “enough” Longs for real transformation that lasts Wants to exchange striving for surrender Desires peace that doesn’t depend on performance If you’ve been walking through a season of trying harder — and you’re ready to let go and let God — this conversation will meet you right where you are.

29² Overflow Episode: What Blocks Our Ability to Receive God's Love
Watch Full Video Version here: https://youtu.be/vdIl5xC6B9A This overflow episode came right after recording EP 29 “What Blocks Our Ability to Receive God’s Love". We had already wrapped, but God wasn’t done. He will always take us deeper. Have you ever struggled to say, “Father, I receive Your love,” or even, “I love You”? Hope did — and that struggle revealed a block she didn’t even realize was there. In this conversation, we open up about what it means when our hearts resist expressing or receiving God’s love, and how even simple words can expose something buried deep. We talk about how love has become so overused in our culture — “I love pizza, I love this show” — that we’ve lost touch with what true, holy love feels like. But God’s love isn’t a phrase. It’s an encounter. It’s an experience that transforms us from the inside out. Nikki shares what happens when we can say “I love You” to God, but struggle to believe He loves us back. And together, we unpack what it looks like to let His love wash over us — without filters, performance, or fear. In this overflow, we dive into: The emotional and spiritual block behind “I love You, God” Why love isn’t just a word — it’s an encounter How to ask, “God, how do I define love?” Learning to remove filters that distort how we receive His love Remembering that when your foundation is strong, even steps that look backward are still forward in Him If you’ve been walking with God and still feel something holding you back — if you long to feel His presence more deeply and experience His love freely — this message is for you. God isn’t waiting for you to say the perfect words. He’s waiting for your heart to open, even just a little bit. Sometimes the breakthrough comes not from striving, but from simply whispering, “Father, I receive Your love… and I love You too.” Grab your coffee or find a quiet moment — this overflow conversation will remind you that His love doesn’t need to be earned or filtered. It just needs to be received.

29 What Blocks Our Ability to Receive God's Love?
Watch full video version here: https://youtu.be/Yld-uiDWGOo How to stop blocking God’s love & finally receive His peace, joy, and identity. In this episode, we dive deep into a question that hit both of us hard: What’s really blocking our ability to receive God’s love? Maybe it’s comparison, guilt, shame, or that quiet belief that we’re not enough. Maybe it’s scrolling social media and wondering why others seem further along. Or maybe, you’ve been trying to earn love that was already freely given. We get honest about how we filter God’s love — through our past hurts, trauma, busyness, or even good Christian habits — and how that keeps us from actually feeling His peace and joy. Together, we invite you to pause, breathe, and ask: 1. “Father, is Your love enough for me?” 2. “What am I holding onto that’s blocking Your love today?” This conversation is real, raw, and full of revelation. You’ll hear us process in real time how the Holy Spirit gently shows us the walls we’ve built, how He calls us to remove them one layer at a time, and how encountering God — not just learning about Him — changes everything. If you’ve ever felt like you’re doing all the “right things” (reading your Bible, praying, being grateful) but still struggling to feel close to God, this episode will speak straight to your heart. You’ll discover how His love isn’t earned — it’s received. What we talk about: The hidden ways we block God’s love without realizing it Why dopamine hits, distractions, and comparison keep us distant How to move from information to encounter How gratitude can shift from “thanks for things” to “thank You for who You are” Simple questions that lead to breakthrough The beauty of asking, “God, what needs to be removed today?” Whether you’re listening in your car, on a walk, or curled up with coffee, we pray this conversation helps you encounter the love of the Father — not just understand it. His love isn’t waiting for you to be perfect; it’s waiting for you to be present. If you’ve been longing for authentic, faith-based encouragement and a community that loves Jesus and meets you where you are — you’re in the right place. Let’s walk this journey together, one encounter at a time. “You can’t stop God from loving you, but you can stop yourself from receiving that love. He isn’t disappointed — He’s delighted. He isn’t withholding — He’s pouring out.”
