Whether it is tackling everyday struggles, sharing uplifting stories, or answering those big, tough questions, we cover it all. Consider this podcast your space for inspiration, practical advice, and a sense of community. So grab a cup of coffee, get comfy, and join the conversation. Let’s navigate this journey of Faith & Life Together!

  1. 57

Ep.57 - When Today Becomes Eternity: Living with Heaven in View

In a world of hurry and heaviness, this episode calls you to live with eternity in view. From 2 Corinthians 4:18 to Revelation 21:4, you’ll see how an eternal perspective steadies weariness, reframes suffering, and clarifies priorities. Remember: we’re “strangers and pilgrims” (1 Pet. 2:11). Lay up treasure that lasts, and finish your course with faith—your quiet obedience is never wasted for you.

  2. 56

    Ep.56 - Finished Approved

In 1 Corinthians 9:27, Paul says, “I keep under my body, and bring it into subjection.” This episode explores biblical self-discipline—mastering appetites, thoughts, and habits—so our walk matches our words. We unpack the Greek athlete imagery, the warning of being “a castaway” (disqualified), and simple, daily practices—Word, prayer, restraint, and focus—so you can run with patience, finish well, and live for Christ’s approval. Not fear of losing salvation—fear of losing usefulness and reward!! Link to the Podcast episode mentioned on running the race

  3. 55

Ep.55 - Finished Not Forgotten - New Mercies for 2026

Embracing 2026 isn’t pretending 2025 didn’t hurt—or clinging to it like it was all you’ll ever have. Whether you were merely surviving or celebrating prayers answered, this episode points you to the One Who walked with you: “When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee” (Isa. 43:2). Lean into mercy—“great is thy faithfulness” (Lam. 3:22–23)—and step forward: “the true light now shineth” (1 John 2:8), and “Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever” (Heb. 13:8).

  4. 54

Ep.54 - The Light Still Shines: Christmas Hope for Dark Days

Week 4 of Faith & Life Together looks at Jesus, “the light who came into darkness.” From Bethlehem’s manger (Luke 2:1–7) to our kitchens and sleepless nights, Christ meets us in weakness and calls us to surrender control. God chooses humility to reveal glory in ordinary places. “And the light shineth in darkness” (John 1:5); “The LORD is my light” (Ps. 27:1). Fear and grief don’t get the last word—His light still shines. Ask: what darkness needs His light, and where must you trust His plan?

  5. 53

Ep.53 - Christmas in the Unseen: When Heaven Breaks Through the Ordinary

Week 3 of our Christmas series: in Luke 2:8–20, God bypasses palaces and speaks to shepherds in the dark. Watch heaven break into ordinary fields with glory, “fear not,” and good tidings of great joy for all people. Consider the humble sign of a Savior in a manger, then learn to expect holy interruptions, obey immediately, share your story, and praise God for His peace and goodwill.

  6. 52

Ep.52 - Joseph: Quiet Obedience in a Loud World

In this Christmas episode, we look at Joseph—the quiet, righteous man God chose to guard His Son. While others speak and sing, Joseph simply obeys. From Matthew 1, we learn how to trust God when life is messy, to choose righteousness over reputation, and to walk in humble, costly obedience this Christmas season.

  7. 51

Ep.51 - Mary, When God Interrupts Your Life: Christmas in the Unseen & the Hidden Battle That Brought the Light

In this Christmas Faith & Life Together study for ladies, we walk with Mary through God’s shocking interruption in Nazareth. Discover how the Holy Ghost enables impossible callings, why surrender is costly but blessed, and how to say with Mary, “Be it unto me” in your own hidden battles.

  8. 50

Ep.50 - Living Thank You: Gratitude in Action

In this Thanksgiving week episode of Faith & Life Together, we invite ladies to move beyond saying “thanks” to truly living it. From Colossians 3:17, we explore humility, obedience, service, surrender, and gratitude in trials, showing how everyday choices can become a lifelong “thank You” to the Lord.

  9. 49

Ep.49 - A Remembering Heart: Keeping Gratitude Alive

In week three of our Thankfulness & Gratitude series, we talk about “The Power of a Remembering Heart.” From Psalm 103:2, we learn to bless the LORD and forget not all HIS benefits. We explore how remembering GOD’s faithfulness—from answered prayers to daily mercies—rekindles worship, strengthens faith, and keeps gratitude alive through every season.

  10. 48

Ep.48 - The Silent Thief of Thankfulness

The Silent Thief of Thankfulness. Comparison, entitlement, and distraction quietly drain our joy. From Philippians 4:11 (KJV), we learn contentment is learned, as Paul did in chains. We’ll expose the thieves, practice holy remembrance, slow our hurry, and let gratitude rise because CHRIST is enough. “Not that I speak in respect of want… I have learned, in whatsoever state I am, therewith to be content.” Reclaim a thankful heart today.

  11. 47

    Ep.47 - When Gratitude Doesn't Come Easy

“Faith & Life Together” welcomes November with a four-week journey in gratitude. In Episode 1—“When Gratitude Doesn’t Come Easy”—we learn to give thanks in trials, anchoring our hearts in WHO God IS, not just what He does. “In every thing give thanks” (1 Thess. 5:18, KJV). Expect Scripture, honest encouragement, and practical steps to choose joy, find strength in Jesus, and see His hand even in the shadows. Breathe, lean in, and be refreshed.

  12. 46

Ep.46 - Run That You May Obtain

Step to the starting line of 1 Corinthians 9:24—“So run, that ye may obtain.” With Hebrews 12:1–2, Philippians 4:13, and 2 Timothy 4:7–8, ladies, this devotion calls us to intention, discipline, and perseverance for every season—busy moms, singles, grandmothers, and the weary. Lay aside every weight, fix your eyes on Jesus, and press toward the incorruptible crown—HIS “Well done.”

  13. 45

Ep.45 - Growing in Christ in a World that Pulls You Away

    Ep.29 - Building Godly Character

Proverbs 22:1 refers to a person's reputation and character. In the Bible, a "name" often symbolizes the core of who someone is - what they are known for in terms of integrity, honor, and virtue.  Contact us @ [email protected]

Ep.26 - Christmas Part 4: The Wise Men

    Ep.20- Getting to Know You

Hello Ladies, in this episode, we discuss Getting to Know You. Philippians 3:10a states, "That I may KNOW him..." It is so important to really get to know someone, not just know about someone. Knowing about someone = impersonal knowledge. Knowing someone = personal knowledge. There is an active element in getting to know someone. Ladies, I hope this episode is an encouragement to you. Contact us @ [email protected] Our website FaithFoundations.Church

  39. 19

Ep.19 - Living the Christian Life

In Philippians 1:27 we are admonished to "Only let your conversation be as it becometh the gospel of Christ: that whether I come and see you, or else be absent, I may hear of your affairs, that ye stand fast in one spirit, with one mind striving together for the faith of the gospel." This calls us to a life of righteousness, reflecting Christ in all our actions. Ep.17 - Pride & Spiritual Downfall

Pride is a common theme throughout the Bible, and it often leads to spiritual downfall. In this episode, we will look at the nature of pride and give some biblical examples and practical steps to cultivate humility in our lives. A verse we will often visit is Proverbs 16:18 "Pride goeth before destruction, and an haughty spirit before a fall." Contact us @ [email protected] Visit our website @ FaithFoundations.Church

  42. 16

    Ep.16 - Transformed Life

Hello ladies! In this episode, we are talking about having a Transformed Life. We will be examining what a transformed life looks like, the characteristics of such a life, and how we can align ourselves with God's transformative work. The idea of a transformed life is one of the central themes of Christianity. At its heart, a transformed life means a radical change in how we live, think, and act, all brought about by the power of God working in our lives (Romans 12:2).  Contact us @ [email protected] Visit our website @ FaithFoundations.Church

  43. 15

    Ep.15 - Embracing the Word

Hello ladies! Join me as I journey through the Word in this episode, making quick pitstops along the way to many important and encouraging truths. Let's get in the Word ladies. We need to be in our KJV Bibles, studying His Word and seeking to learn, and allow the Holy Spirit to reveal His Truth to us.  Contact us @ [email protected] Visit our website @ FaithFoundations.Church

  44. 14

    Ep.14 - Contenment

Ladies we need to be content in whatever situation we are in. Contentment is not always easy, but it is something we must work to always be. I have learned so much about this recently just by working with my young children about this. The Bible teaches us so much about this. There are so many examples to go to in the Bible that teach us this and we will look at many of those in this episode. Ladies, thank you so much for listening, please tell others about this podcast, again thank you, you are all such an encouragement to me, and I hope I am to you as well! You can contact us @ [email protected] Our website: FaithFoundations.Church

  45. 13

    Ep.13 - Being Happy & Being Joyful

Ladies we need real, true, biblical joy in our life. Not just happiness, which is based on what is happening, we need joy. Though it is good to be happy, good to have happiness, and to have things that bring us happiness, what we need is joy. We need the joy that comes from living for the Lord. We need the joy that comes from contentment with our circumstances, not looking around at others, and not comparing ourselves with others or other situations. We should only be looking at our Lord, and if we live that way, we will have joy! Contact us @ [email protected] Please visit our website for other resources @ FaithFoundations.Church

  46. 12

Ep.12 - "Be Still and Know That I am God" (Psalm 46:10a)

Contact us @ [email protected] Ladies, we need to “Be Still” and know that God is God. We need to slow down and take some time to get alone with God, so we can hear His still small voice. We need to stop trying to do it all on our own and let God be God, let Him be Lord of our life. Let Him lead us, guide us, and show us the way. For He is the Way. He is the Truth. He is the Life. We need to resist the devil, resist the distractions, and find time to listen, find time to tune in more sharply to God. We need to surrender, we need to submit, we need to be still, we need to listen, “Be still, and know that I am God” (Psalm 46:10a). Our website: FaithFoundations.Church

  47. 11

Ep.11 - Steadfast: What it is, and why we should be Steadfast

Ladies, in this episode we will be talking about Steadfastness, what it is, and why we should be steadfast. The Apostle Paul, tells us in I Corinthians 15:58 "Be ye steadfast." He calls on us to be steadfast and unmovable. Too much of what is called Christianity today is neither of these. Too many Christians today are not steadfast, and they are easily moved; but ladies, we need to seek to follow what the Apostle Paul exhorted us to do and be steadfast and unmovable in our Christian Walk and in our Christian beliefs.  You can contact us @ [email protected]

  48. 10

Ep.10 - Dealing With a Life Spinning Out of Control & How to Take it to God

Contact us @ [email protected] This episode is about when life seems like it is spinning out of control, or just getting overwhelming, or just not going as planned, and how to take that to God. Ladies, we need to stop trying to be "supermom" and stop trying to do it all on our own, and lean on our Lord, lean on our Savior, and turn it over to Him.

  49. 9

Ep.9 - Come Before His Presence with SINGING!

This episode is about singing unto the Lord and always having a joyful song in our hearts as we worship Him. Singing songs about the Lord, singing Scripture back to Him, and having good Christian melodies in our hearts can encourage us and those around us. So, ladies, I encourage you to sing, sing a lot, sing around your families, let your children hear you sing, and worship the Lord in psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs!  Contact us @ [email protected]

  50. 8

    Ep.8 - Conversations, Gossip & Encouragement

In this episode, we talk about our conversation and how we need to be edifying and resist the temptation to gossip. Gossiping is a destructive sin to participate in and to be the topic of. We must put all gossiping and evil speaking out of our lives with all malice. We also need to be encouragers in our conversation, in how we talk to people, and about people. Let's be encouragers and not discouragers with our words and conversations.
