Embracing 2026 isn’t pretending 2025 didn’t hurt—or clinging to it like it was all you’ll ever have. Whether you were merely surviving or celebrating prayers answered, this episode points you to the One Who walked with you: “When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee” (Isa. 43:2). Lean into mercy—“great is thy faithfulness” (Lam. 3:22–23)—and step forward: “the true light now shineth” (1 John 2:8), and “Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever” (Heb. 13:8).

Week 4 of Faith & Life Together looks at Jesus, “the light who came into darkness.” From Bethlehem’s manger (Luke 2:1–7) to our kitchens and sleepless nights, Christ meets us in weakness and calls us to surrender control. God chooses humility to reveal glory in ordinary places. “And the light shineth in darkness” (John 1:5); “The LORD is my light” (Ps. 27:1). Fear and grief don’t get the last word—His light still shines. Ask: what darkness needs His light, and where must you trust His plan?

Week 3 of our Christmas series: in Luke 2:8–20, God bypasses palaces and speaks to shepherds in the dark. Watch heaven break into ordinary fields with glory, “fear not,” and good tidings of great joy for all people. Consider the humble sign of a Savior in a manger, then learn to expect holy interruptions, obey immediately, share your story, and praise God for His peace and goodwill.

“Faith & Life Together” welcomes November with a four-week journey in gratitude. In Episode 1—“When Gratitude Doesn’t Come Easy”—we learn to give thanks in trials, anchoring our hearts in WHO God IS, not just what He does. “In every thing give thanks” (1 Thess. 5:18, KJV). Expect Scripture, honest encouragement, and practical steps to choose joy, find strength in Jesus, and see His hand even in the shadows. Breathe, lean in, and be refreshed.

Step to the starting line of 1 Corinthians 9:24—“So run, that ye may obtain.” With Hebrews 12:1–2, Philippians 4:13, and 2 Timothy 4:7–8, ladies, this devotion calls us to intention, discipline, and perseverance for every season—busy moms, singles, grandmothers, and the weary. Lay aside every weight, fix your eyes on Jesus, and press toward the incorruptible crown—HIS “Well done.”

Ladies we need real, true, biblical joy in our life. Not just happiness, which is based on what is happening, we need joy. Though it is good to be happy, good to have happiness, and to have things that bring us happiness, what we need is joy. We need the joy that comes from living for the Lord. We need the joy that comes from contentment with our circumstances, not looking around at others, and not comparing ourselves with others or other situations. We need to stop trying to do it all on our own and let God be God, let Him be Lord of our life. Let Him lead us, guide us, and show us the way. For He is the Way. He is the Truth. He is the Life. We need to resist the devil, resist the distractions, and find time to listen, find time to tune in more sharply to God. Ladies, in this episode we will be talking about Steadfastness, what it is, and why we should be steadfast. The Apostle Paul, tells us in I Corinthians 15:58 "Be ye steadfast." He calls on us to be steadfast and unmovable. Too much of what is called Christianity today is neither of these. In this episode, we talk about our conversation and how we need to be edifying and resist the temptation to gossip. Gossiping is a destructive sin to participate in and to be the topic of. We must put all gossiping and evil speaking out of our lives with all malice. We also need to be encouragers in our conversation, in how we talk to people, and about people.
