Faith & Unity: How We Move Forward After Tragedy
Hello and welcome to Faith on Dirt Roads. Today’s episode isone I never imagined recording. The assassination of Charlie Kirk has shaken our nation. No matter your politics, no matter your perspective, this tragedy is heavy. It exposes just how divided, how angry, how fragile our country has become. Some of you are grieving. Some of you are outraged. Others of you feel numb, unsure how to even process it. Wherever you are—thank you for listening. Today, we’re going to slow down, breathe, and let Scripture, along with the wisdom of voices like Pastor Josh and Charles Spurgeon, guide us. Because here’s the truth: this moment is about more than politics. It’s about who we are as people. It’s about how we love one another when the world seems to be torn apart. We may not understand all that has happened. But we know this: Christ is risen. He is Lord. And He will build His church, even in dark days like these. So take heart. Live in hope. Walk in unity. And may the peace of Christ guard your hearts and minds. Thanks for listening. If this episode resonated with you, please share it with a friend who could use some encouragement. And remember: we are not defined by our divisions—we are defined by the One who unites us.
