We are not guaranteed blessings, fame, or fortune in this life, however, we are guaranteed to experience pain. Jesus Himself went through pain, torture, and rejection on the cross. If we put our faith, trust, and hope in Him, we will still experience pain and challenges; They will just be easier with Jesus next to us.
