This week The Wise Men and MIKEMAC dive deeper into the qualifications of the 144,000, and what it takes to be in that group, and it’s very interesting. Plus, we dive into the “Revelation 101” and go play by play how things play out step by step. “Tribulation” vs “Millennium” vs Armageddon” timelines. It’s all insane. We can’t get to it all in one episode but in this episode, we get into some deep stuff in episode 61!  

This week The Wise Men and MIKEMAC start a new series, dissecting the book of revelation. Now every joe blow and their grandma have their thoughts on the end of days and how it all plays out, so now it’s our turn because we are crazy enough to tackle this subject. This week we start with the topic of pre-rapture, the rapture in general, is it even in the Bible, or is it made up to make people feel better? Then we talk about what the 144,000 really means, at least our crazy thoughts. Plus are Christians aloud to protect themselves in the end times with violence or just sit around and be a door mate, all good stuff and more in episode 60! 

The Wise Men and MIKEMAC get together to go over the emails we got over the last two topics. “Who Are the Modern Day Pharisees?” and “When Is Loving Your Neighbor Dangerous?” Tim writes in to dive deep into these last two topics and it’s really good stuff! Other topics we talk about are praying for your enemies and language of the old times and what would be considered bad back then. All this and more in episode 59!

The Frontline crew is back! We actually recorded this episode before Easter, but Mike was too lazy to edit this episode so that’s why you have been waiting so long! In this episode, T-Mac, The Wise Men and MIKEMAC get together to talk about when is it dangerous to help someone in this day in age? In Jesus' day in age, we didn’t have to worry about carjacking or getting mugged, but at what point is it ok to say "no" to someone who needs help for the sake of our own safety, or does it turn into being disobedience? It’s a grey area we try to tackle in episode 58!

In this very special episode, the whole Frontline crew is together (except Leo) to hang out and talk about our adventures at the Tobymac concert. With talks about the drive to and back home, to the food we had, to the concert goodness and to the Rev finally joining us late (as usual!) and we get to hang out with him for a bit. A few minutes into the show things get “Pastor Eddie old school” and the therapy talks start to happen, and things get a little serious, but with some good wisdom on things that are hard to hear sometimes. Once again, we prove on this podcast that there is no judgments, just love for one another and to help others out there that might be going through something. All this and more in episode 57!

The Wise Men and Mike are back to the finish out this series on Modern Day Pharisees. In this episode we cover one more area we didn’t talk about last week. We also talk about the war that started this week, we also talk about the rapture, and get into emails by Pastor Eddie and Tim that gets deep and brings good conversation. Plus, we talk about intimate Bible studies in houses and if that’s better for you than going to church every week. It's a great way to close out the series and more in episode 56!

The Wise Men and Mike kick things off right away into Part 2 of our topic on who are the modern-day Pharisees. Leo holds nothing back and we are probably getting cancelled after this episode. But that’s how we roll on this show! We also get into parasites, lent, prayer and fasting, and lots more talk into modern day pharisees and traditions of today. Plus we have an awesome music spotlight in episode 55!

Mike, Leo and Saul are back to pick up where we left off last episode. We got some amazing and thought-provoking emails from Pastor Eddie and Tim about church and politics and they are about when we should and when we shouldn't have these two things collide together today. But before we get into emails we talk about who are the modern-day Pharisees in 2026 and you might be surprised who we came up with as the answers. We are going to ruffle some feathers on this episode but that’s what we do on this show! All this and more in episode 54!

We are finally back after a couple of weeks away! In this episode we have Mike and The Wise Men sit down and talk about all the chaos that is going on in the world right now and it brings up the discussion of when is it ok to keep turning the other cheek and when is it ok and flip the table? And then we dive into at what point are we really at in the Revelation timeline? The Wise Man has a crazy thought that we are in Chapter 20! Listen and find out why in episode 53! 

It’s a hot mess on this episode! We started off with sound issues because Kaylie moved the mic away from the normal spot it should be in so she could be the host of the show! Kaylie starts us off with her Cheer Competition and how she climbed from last place to 4th place win and it’s a joy of an experience to listen to! Then we dive into the topic that Tim wanted us to talk about and that’s the Star Wars prequels, sequels and how they can be watched as Christian movies? Interesting talk to say the least. Then we talk about time travel and at some point, 4 conversations are going at once and let’s see if you can tell what’s being said! 😊 At some point we pull it all together for God like we always do, and Leo the Wiser Man has a correction on a prior episode. Plus, an awesome music spotlight in episode 52!

It’s a special episode Frontliners! I was able to do the final sermon of 2025 at German Valley. It was only fitting to do the final sermon at this place. Now German Valley isn't the first place I did a sermon, but I have done more sermons there than at Harmony, and I got a lot of practice with those amazing people. So if this is what could be my final sermon, I wanted to go out with a bang. This sermon is all about joy. How to get joy, keep joy, and strive for joy. Especially during those dark days we are going to face at some point. So hopefully you enjoy episode 51 and start off 2026 great!

The Frontline Crew are back for the year end episode. In this episode we have MIKEMAC, T-mac, The Wise Man, The Wiser Man, and K-Bug. We first start talking about our plans for food for the day and Christmas talk, and then we go into our topic of discussion. Mike had just had a sermon that morning and it was about getting ready for the new year. And in this episode, we talk about one spiritual goal that we want to achieve in 2026 with God. Then we get into awesome emails from Pastor Eddie and Tim and then we get into the LONGEST music spotlight setup ever! You do not want to miss episode 50!

It’s finally the time of the year to cover MIKEMAC’s favorite songs of the year! As you know 2025 has been a very devastating year for me, and 2025 list of music is very different than last year because of how things worked out and the rules changed for certain reasons. I think you will be able to appreciate the journey of these songs that I took in 2025 and I hope you enjoy episode 49!

In a podcast that was not supposed to be recorded this week, we get into how Leo showed up during a snowstorm, so we made a fast decision we had to record this week! We first start off getting into how Mike broke his rib, then we get into Leo creating issues for Mike on Facebook which is hilarious. Then we get into recommendations on how to read the Bible in one year starting on January 1st and how to pull that off.   Then we really dig into the meaning of “Emmanuel” meaning. Good times. Plus we get into an awesome email from Tim and a killer music spotlight in episode 48!

It’s a special Thanksgiving special for the Frontline crew. First up we have Mike, Leo and Saul debating about what time the first day of the week starts, then we start our Thanksgiving episode as we roll into Tim’s emails. Then the fun REALLY begins when Tabby, Ashton and Kaylie show up! It’s one of the most off the wall episodes ever for the show as we start off talking about what we are thankful for, then leading into crazy updates into Tabby and Ashton's relationship, along with some of the worst dad jokes ever given by Tabby and Leo. Plus we end with an amazing original music spotlight song that is KILLER! All this and more in episode 47!

The Frontline crew is back again after a few weeks and the first thing we do is catch up with Leo and find out what happened during his surgery. Then we get into the last 2 emails that Tim wrote to us. And then we dive into the book of Genisis. The creation story everyone knows, Satan’s existence and what did he look like in the Garden of Eden, the fall of man, and why did God let things happen the way things ended up all the way up to the Cross. It’s all about balance and free will. It’s a fantastic episode and can’t wait for you to hear episode 46! Plus a few bloopers!

Mike, Tabby, Leo, Saul and Kaylie are all hanging out waiting for Pastor to show up for his final appearance on the show. As we wait for Pastor, we talk to Saul and Leo on their 1st Church Conference experience. Then we talk about why Leo won’t be on the next episode and it’s not a fun reason. We later dig into our topic of the week. “What’s God Been Teaching You?” Great talks are had plus Leo and Kaylie talk cheer stuff and it's good times. We somehow talk about if werewolves might have been real during our Halloween talk. And finally what we thought was Pastor’s last episode, we had a fiasco with his last appearance. It’s an interesting new episode this week on Frontline. First up while we wait for The Rev to show up to his 2nd to last podcast episode, Leo returns to educate us Frontliners as he has the talent to do, and boy you will need your thinking cap on for all the knowledge he is going to be spitting out on this episode. Of course, it wouldn’t be an episode if we don’t bust some chops, as we have wisecracking with Saul about joining us for a pizza party for Pastor before he leaves that you should get some laughs out of, and once Pastor shows up, we talk about arguing with people in the church and how we deal with that, “Lost Tribes”, things in Revelation, “Riding with the one on the White Horse” and much more in episode 44!

In this very special episode, we dedicate this podcast episode to the one and the only Pastor Eddie “The Rev” Eddy. In this episode Pastor breaks down the events that have come to play in his life for a few months, and what changes God is calling him to. This day that we recorded this episode, it was “Pastor Appreciation Day”. So, the Frontline crew showed our appreciation and told him things we had been holding in our hearts and that he needed to hear. It’s a tear-jerking episode so grab some Kleenex and come along for a ride in episode 43!

We have a special guest this week, Leo Semke! Leo is the dad to Saul and we get to know his journey with Jesus, the Catholic Church, what’s his theology on various topics are today, and it’s an amazing conversation! No judgments as the rule goes. Hope you enjoy episode 42!

And the first emailer was not so kind. Then we get into Tim’s email and spark discussion on the things happening in the world and where do we go from here as Christians. Starting things off is Mike and Tabby fighting about being quiet! Then we talk to Ashton about his car being totaled, then we argue some more about the storage shed in the Batcave. Then we dive into video games before Ann makes her epic return. Once Pastor shows up we dive into a year of reflection and it’s a super fun time! Enjoy episode 39!

It’s back-to-back episodes today! This is the newest episode just recorded this past Sunday and we had one email left over from the mailbag. This one comes from Leo, The Wise Man’s Dad. It’s an email directed to Mike about dealing with the pain from a few episodes ago. It’s an episode all about justice, grace and moving on. Hope you enjoy episode 38!

The Frontliners are back after a few weeks, and we finally clean out all those emails that have been sitting there for months! Tim sends an email to Saul and it's a great email to finish out Saul's thoughts on the "Torah Law". Hope you enjoy anyway on episode 37!

T-mac, The Wise Man and MIKEMAC are all back behind the mic this week hanging out trying to figure out what to talk about after last week and its super depressing topic. First up is vacation talk, then movie talk, who’s the best movie Spider-man and then we talk about if you can survive till 102 on Dr. Pepper just because one lady did. Finally, The Rev shows up to save the day and we can dive deep into Tim’s email about our fallen hero and the CCM Music world as a whole and cover ups. More in episode 36. Enjoy!

As Tmac, The Wise Man, and MIKEMAC hang out for a bit before The Rev makes his appearance, we start things off talking about cat names, or lack thereof, life updates and then we get into a few topics. What happens when Artificial Intelligence interacts with Christianity? Should you use stuff like ChatGPT to prove points about the Bible you’re trying to make? Lots of good discussion. Then Mike dives into when our heroes we grow up with fall in our lives. *Please note before you listen that this is a hard-hitting topic and viewer discretion is advised on his one due to the subject manner* Plus 2 really cool music spotlights in episode 35.

It’s been a few weeks, but Mike and Saul needed a few weeks off to clear their heads on a few things. So, it’s good to finally be back on the Frontline! This week they are back, and we finish our series where we break down Saul’s few core beliefs that are different from the common church. One of the last topics is the confusion of Paul’s writings in a few chapters. It’s a fascinating discussion and we also talk about Mike’s last sermon and then Pastor Eddie shows up towards the end to make the conversation even better. Enjoy episode 34!

It’s been a few weeks, but the Frontline crew has returned. T-Mac is back from her hiatus and K-Bug joins us as well without The Wise Man. At least for some time. We start off with our adventure during a movie experience during super bad weather and what went down, and then we get the appearance of Saul and Rev showing up. Then we dig into who is your tribe? All based on Pastor’s amazing sermon that day. Great stuff! Check out episode 33. 

In a bonus Frontline episode this week, on “Star Wars” day, Mike did a sermon at German Valley and recorded it on his phone. There are always requests to hear these sermons that I do at this church, since it takes some time before they are ever done again at my home church at Harmony. I’m very proud of this sermon. And since today is "Revenge of The Sith" day, it's a perfect time to release this episode! It’s all about going to God to have him give you rest and the need to slow down. With the challenge from Pastor Eddy to make this a “Star Wars Sermon”, I couldn’t resist! Hope you enjoy episode 32!

In this episode The Rev is on time! Mike just got done with his “Slow Down” sermon on Star Wars Day (which has been uploaded as a bonus episode) and Saul and Pastor are back while Tabby and Ashton are out enjoying anniversary stuff together, and we three are continuing where we left off on Saul’s Wise Wisdom. Using scripture to explain why he does the commandments he does and showing us where in the Bible Jesus told us to follow the Law, making it a great discussion and food for thought in episode 31!

The Wise Man and MIKEMAC hang out and go over their crazy week, then dive into emails from the Frontliners. Starting with Tim, Leo and finally Tim LOL. It’s an awesome time once The Rev comes in and hears the emails and Tim has AMAZING things to say. All this and more in episode 30. Check it out! 

In our new episode, Saul “The Wise Man” breaks down the laws of God and how generally speaking, most Christians follow 85% of them. He is trying to follow the other 15%. Listen and find out what those other laws are. But first up things go off the rails before we get started for a bit waiting for The Rev to show up. As always. Talking about fish backdrops, our old podcast, fighting over water drinking and more. Then once we get into the subject at hand, we really get into taking about the 85% and the 15% and what does that mean? Also, can we sometimes take things too far with God? Or are we doing what he wants us to do. Are we following through because we are being obedient, or because of another agenda? It’s a great conversation on the other 15% in this topic. It’s a crazy episode this week! First up it’s “Mike Vs Tabby” as we go at it for the first few minutes and it’s a good time to be had! Then Tabby picks on Saul. Luckily The Rev saves the day when it’s all said and done. But not before K-Bug breaks in to steal the keys to drive Grandma home all by herself now that she just got her license. Once The Rev shows up, we start diving into topics such as audio book reading of the Bible, working nonstop and never taking a break, looking for God in the silence of things. Then The Rev’s talks about his night with the stars, we discuss eating meat vs being a vegan, Faith Vs Works, and much more when we get to Tim's email. T-mac, The Wise Man and MIKEMAC start things off very slow. All 3 of us start off with problems we discuss at the beginning and things start to get rolling when The Rev shows up and we talk about his best sermon he’s ever done so far. Then we dive into an email written by Leo Semke, The Wise Man’s Dad. Lots of great stories, details and responses to last weeks episode. Leading into our talk about the tribes of Israel today and getting closer to future revelations we want and future revelations coming to pass in in our time currently. In our 2nd episode in our “Once Saved Always Saved” series we start things off with Tim’s email about the unpardonable sin that came in through our Facebook Group and what that really means in detail. Then we dive deep into a real relationship with God Vs. the relationship that feels like a “Get Out of Jail” card. Much discussion around remembering that our walk with God is and must be an all-day everyday. All this and more in episode 26!

Sorry this episode is a week late! But this was recorded last week, and it was the episode where we went through Tim’s emails to catch up. First up is the email on our final episode we did on “Biblical Marriage” and Tim makes some great points that we discuss. Plus, he really did help change our podcast name to “Words Are Hard” as the words in his email were not in English and the entire table could not translate his email, and it was pretty funny to listen to. “Stop Throwing Stones” is the theme of this episode. As the title of this episode states, the Frontline crew returns. After 3 weeks of not recording due to some family tragedy that occurred, we have a light episode just to catch up with our audience. First up is we talk about just coming back from a Tobymac concert the night before and hanging out at White Castle. Tabby and Mike trash Ashton about his seasoning food problems, then Pastor shows up and we talk about meeting Tobymac crew and being on an upcoming interview and then talk about updates from last episode and how things have been working out. Trying to be better disciples. Enjoy episode 24!  

The Wise Man and MIKEMAC sit down and discuss the aftermath of the sermon that Mike just got done doing called “For The Love of The Game” and how it went with the people in the church, stories about getting up really early, to the tech issues Saul might of had, then we jump into the topic of failing back into old habits. Are they character flaws? Was it just a stumble and fall moment? Retraining yourself is something we talk about to really start the changing process…and then T-mac and K-Bug walk in and disrupt the whole thing along with The Rev. Enjoy episode 23!

It’s an interesting podcast episode to say the least! First up it’s only Saul and Mike for the first half of the show. Tabby is off taking care of business getting orders ready for our Super Bowl Sub party we are having next Sunday at the Church, and the Rev is off doing, Rev stuff…. So The Wise Man and MIKEMAC do their thing and talk about some crazy adventures they have been having this past week and then we get going into the discussion of the week of going into a desert with God. What does that look like? Isn’t this a good thing? It a fun conversation and Mike asks The Rev for advice on his upcoming Sermon. All this and more in episode 22!

It’s an exciting time for the Frontline crew as we get started on a new series that we only just started to scratch the surface on in this episode! That series is called “Once Saved Always Saved”. There is a HUGE debate on this subject all the way back to when I was a kid to now with social media and everyone giving their thoughts on the subject, before we can even start to talk about this topic, in this episode we first start with the basics. Salvation in general. Lots of great talk in this episode and this series could last the entire year? Weeks? Months? We have no idea. Only God does. Come along for the first ride in our new series in episode 21! 

T-Mac, The Wise Man and MIKEMAC all come into the podcast early on down and out and The Rev is the only one with any sort of energy. We start getting fired up when we talk about how Saul almost got kicked out of church, which leads into our topic of discussion of baptism. What does mainstream baptism look like, what are the online debates? Is baptism required at all for anything? Do you need to be baptized to be saved? We get into these crazy debates and it’s a good time and it will start a new topic that will lead into the next few weeks/months. Enjoy episode 20!    

The Rev is back with the Frontline crew this week and we start off talking about how Kaylie won 1st place in Varsity Cheerleading Competition and then we get into Tabby and Ashton as they get into another argument about arguing and it’s a funny time. Then we get into what Pastor has for a S.M.A.R.T goal for 2025 with God. Plus, we reflect on if we are really taking care of ourselves as we are all always so busy and not really doing any rest. All this and more in episode 19!  

The Frontline crew is back from vacation! T-Mac, The Wise Man and K-Bug join MIKEMAC to talk about what they did during Christmas and how Tabby’s Florida vacation went. Kaylie talks about her cheer competition and Saul talks about what games he checked out. Then Mike gets into what happened to him over Christmas. Then we get into our topic of discussion. What is the one thing we want to do different in our lives with God in 2025? It’s a fun and reflective conversation.  Sit back and enjoy episode 18!

It’s time for a very special Frontline episode. This week while Pastor was out of town and Tabby and Ashton are getting ready to go to Florida, MIKEMAC took some time with God and sat down in the church basement and discussed the top 10 songs that helped shaped his life in 2024. These songs were some crazy songs out of left field and others are an obvious choice on what would be on the list for year end. I did make an error while recording this list, don’t worry I didn’t skip “Number 7” even though it will seem like I did, I’m just an idiot and I just did “My number 6” twice. At any rate I hope you enjoy this list and these songs and I hope they bring you some good times and some encouragement in episode 17!   

First up we talk about the need to take drinks or not take drinks when you have to swallow meds, and then we talk about the greatest Christmas movies of all time. The list debated is “Gremlins”, “Die Hard” or “Home Alone”. You decide which one is the best. Then Pastor comes in and creates an uproar and says “Die Hard” isn’t a Christmas movie and Mike and Pastor have their first argument in the history of their relationship. Eventually we finally dive into Tim’s email about what we talked about last episode on Christmas and Easter and talking about celebrating holidays on different dates than when original event took place. We dive deeper on this topic as we first started last week.  Then Saul gets into the week of Passover, Sabbath and Preparation Day in details. Plus find out what the title of this episode really means. All this and more in episode 16!

For the month of December, the Frontline crew is having a Christmas time celebration! What better way to start off the Christmas conversation than talking about guns! Relax…it is because Pastor went on a hunting trip, and you know how our conversations go on tangents. Pastor tells us his vacation story and we catch him up on everything that he missed, and then we lead into our subject of this week about the Christmas season. The first week of advent, what is supposed to be the season of joy, peace, and love for some, is the season of depression for others. What you should do for those who are in dark times this month? We talk into that. Then we dive into the liturgical calendar of Christmas and Easter and Saul gets into his thoughts and brings awesome conversation to the table about pagan holidays versus Christian holidays. Along with Halloween in the mix. Let us see where you land in the conversation when it is over and will continues into next week. Plus, a new emailer and an awesome music spotlight in episode 15. Here we go...what happens when you put a bunch of teenagers in a room with Mike and Saul and no Pastor? Chaos! In this episode we discuss Tabby’s long road to getting her license due to her diabetes and other struggles that kept her away from getting it sooner. But as the title of this episode suggests, everything is in God’s timing. We talk about a certain car accident that happened recently going to church, our Frontline emailer Tim finally gets to hear the full Pillar story on how we almost got them kicked out of their hotel, plus the story of Tabby and Rob’s special moment from the Pillar concert, and someone new makes her podcasting debut on the podcast. All this and more in episode 14!

In this super random episode that we are doing this week because Saul can’t be with us due to a family emergency, The Frontline crew decided to get together and just have a good time and let loose. We let the conversations flow, and first conversation on the board is to talk about what went down at Mike’s 2nd Sermon and then what happens when Pastor Eddie’s Road Rage gets transferred over to Mike instead. We have Tabby, K-Bug and Ashton “The Phoenix” back with us again along with The Rev and it’s a joyful time talking about the stories behind the scenes running the respective churches on 11/17/24 and then talking about bands we saw live and had to walk out of their concerts, to then finish it off with the topic of stepping out in faith and what does that look like for the future. All this and more in episode 13!    

In our 3rd and possible final week of “Biblical Marriage”, the Frontline crew probably have the most difficult discussion yet on the podcast and do some self-reflecting. We dive into Pastor Eddie’s class where he just got done learning about human sexuality. It is remarkably interesting to say the least where the conversation goes. This is a random episode talking about all kinds of theology trying to lead it all back to Biblical Marriage but at the end of the day the theme of this episode will be to “Love Your Neighbor As Yourself.” As we get into gay relationships as we know them today, to what we know about gay relationships in the Bible, we also discuss what happens when you are taking Bible verses out of context, or taking stories out of context, or taking the Bible in general out of context just so you can fit any sin that you are doing in your life to meet your earthly desires. And when it is all said and done at some point, we talk about Biblical Marriage again. This is an interesting episode and a tough discussion to have but that is what we do on this podcast so strap in for episode 12!
