Names are an important part of communicating who you are the world around you. Whether it's through your name's meaning, how it describes you, or what it tells others about who you're related to... names carry a lot of weight in telling the world about who you are. God is no different. the Bible tells us a lot about who He is through His Names. So for the next couple of weeks, we're going to be looking at the different names of God. Today, we are reminded that Jesus describes Himself as "The Way"... He is the path forward... Today we look at how Jesus came to the earth, amidst all the earthly Kingdoms, and rather than having everyone on earth serve Him - the King of Kings - He, instead... came to serve. That by serving, all would know the character and love of God. Made up of many parts, we come together - with Jesus as the head - to form the body that will see the gospel spread to the ends of the earth. Because Jesus died for us, in our place... when we put our faith in Him, and claim His salvation - that we didn't earn, but was given as a free gift from God - the Father no longer sees our guilt... He sees the innocence of Jesus instead.
