    Covid. We’re all probably sick of this word. However, the Covid 19 pandemic is ongoing and the impacts of Covid still linger. It’s important to reflect upon how these past few years have impacted us as individuals, the people we love and care about and the communities around us. Today, we’ll chat about where we’re currently at with Covid, the ongoing impacts of Covid, some silver linings, and strategies for managing the impacts of Covid 19 going forward. Maslow’s Hierarchy is referred to a lot in psychology and it outlines what we need to achieve overall health and wellbeing. Today, we will unpack the hierarchy and why it’s important for mental health. We will also chat about what we can do to reach each level of the hierarchy.

    Self-stigma can be a common experience when someone with a mental health condition or has experiences of mental distress encounters society's stigma about mental illness. We'll also talk about how you can manage societal stigma if you experience it due to having a mental health condition or experiences of mental distress.
