Merry Christmas / Happy Holidays!! This time of year is busy celebrating holidays, being with friends and family, or whatever you choose to do!! This channel is about clearing out this past year as we approach the Winter/ Summer Solstice. It's been a tough year from many, so this allows you move forward with greater balance.

Every one has a different degree of intuition that is intrinsic within them. This channel can help you discern what yours is, and learn how strengthen the rest.

This meditation begins with strengthening your connection with your soul. Through that connection, you can clear out past lives, this life or anything holding you back. From there, you can move fully into expressing your appreciation for others.

This meditation actually links two events that are taking place. There is a massive cloud of crystalline energy coming in & it is the Lion's gate. Both work together to create change and manifestation in your life.

The collective consciousness of the planet continues to expand. The rise in frequency, clears out the lowver vibration and allows for even higher frequencies to integrate.

The alignment of the Moon, the Earth & the Universe is very powerful now for transforming all energies.

This took place just before the Summer/ Winter Solstice on June 21, 2023 and allows you to tap into the high frequency of the energies.

This meditation will help to create clarity of what you know, then illuminate your UN conscious and help to create a blend.

You can be the conduit of light from the All That Is, Your Soul, or the Universe.

This happened a couple of days after the full moon in May, however, we were still able to tap into the energies and we cleared the energies of illusion that have affected humanity for thousands of years. .

I am very excited to talk about a new series of classes that I'm offering.  Expanding Intuition and Trusting It! Each class is going to be 2 hours; however, I have a tendency to go a little over that time.  Each class is intended to give you tools you can use to help with your personal growth.  Especially at this time of ascension, your intuition will become something that is easier and easier to access. Some of the primary ways in which people receive information are through their senses. Clairvoyant – do you see things?  When people hear about clairvoyance, they frequently think it means that someone is able to see what is not there, such as ghosts, nonphysical beings, images of experiences, and more. Yes, all of this is true.  However, did you realize that this also is a way in which you may be triggered?  What I mean by that is that you may see something in your everyday life, and then you have a greater sense within you.  Therefore, people who tend to be visual, or learn in a visual manner are frequently clairvoyant. Clairaudient – do you hear things?  When someone is clairaudient, they will frequently receive their information through something they hear.  The cool thing about this is that perhaps you hear it in the physical world, such as music, a tone of voice, or a message.  However, you may also hear things within you. This is often the ‘small voice’ from within you when you are given information.  Clairsentience – do you feel things?  Have you been told your whole life that you are just too sensitive?  Or don’t be so sensitive?  Man, this was me as I was growing up and of course, as people said that to me, I just ‘felt’ even worse!! When someone is clairsentient they are frequently receiving information from all the various sources around them and oftentimes don’t even know what it means. It can be overwhelming. Claircognizance – do you just know things?  This is when you just know.  You know the phrase ‘when you know, you know’.  These are the people who may not be able to give a clear reason for why they know what they know, they just know it is truth for them.  Have you ever known that someone was about to call you? Did you ever know that something was happening to someone you know even though they weren’t with you? This is the knowing that comes from your intuition. As you read this, you may feel as if you actually are a part of all of it!  We are all intrinsically intuitive.  We are all directly linked to our higher self and our soul.  Therefore, as you take time to understand what is your strongest tool, you can then learn how to strengthen the ones less used. My intention with this class is that it is a foundation for a series of three classes.  Each one will build on the first.  I know that many of you are already open and aware, however, it is always a great opportunity to understand your strengths and create a clear awareness within you. This channel was celebrating that humanity has mostly completed the ascension. There are still those who have not shifted, but by far, the majority are opening the higher vibrations.

This represents the 20 years that I have had these free channeled meditations. The Goddess spoke of frequency, vibration, the transition and her energy also came through at a higher level.

We are in a time of transformation. There continue to be huge influxes of energy followed by balanced crystalline energy.

The Goddess gave us the phrase, Nama Sika, Venia Benya which we use at the beginning of each channel. This is a light language, which affirms I AM the One, I AM the Whole. During this channel, you become the light and there is a shift in the energy from Yeshua and other leaders us becoming equals.

Through the worldwide ascension process, people have had various opportunities where their DNA is expanded to create a new alignment. This channel is a chance to experience it in a fully conscious way and also with intention.

Sometimes we get bogged down in our everyday life. When we take a step back, and open to our soul, we then have a new, higher perspective. This allows us to find appreciation in different ways.

So often people try to make relationships or situations work in a certain way. Perhaps they want a specific outcome. Perhaps they feel responsible for someone. For people to move forward, they need to leg go of the specific outcome.

It is so important for people to learn to receive. There may be times when there is a give and take, however, just the bliss of soaking up love & light can hugely enhance your life.

This meditation is a fantastic way for you to clear and balance your chakras, then activate both your Crystalline Chakra & Pineal Gland.

Many people have felt disoriented and frustrated lately. This is a channel to help you regroup and find balance in all aspects of your life.

This is an opportunity for you to see the predominant frequency of how you've lived your life. It also shows you what your life looks like from the higher frequencies. You then have a chance to merge them together into a more balanced life.

The energies of the Lion's Gate are always strong and in particular around abundance. This channel allows you to experience the portal or 'gate' for your own

This meditation is incredibly powerful!! It gives you the opportunity to truly connect with your soul, your divinity, your God Source so that you may become more confident and feel better in life.

This channel is a powerful one for assisting with your focus and moving energy. The Eclipse is powerful, and so too are the distractions in life. It's about clearing away what is holding you back.

The Full Moon in May always represents the Wesak or Visak festival. This is a time each year when Buddha & Yeshua return to Earth. This year, all of Sananda's aspects returned. It is a powerful and deeply merging of energies.

This is channeled on Easter Sunday. It gives us the opportunity to experience Yeshua, those who have ascended, and understand where we have been in the process in past lifetimes.

We continue to expand into the higher frequencies of the earth. WIth this meditation, the Goddess assists each of us with opening the flow for this process to be easier.

This takes place during the March Equinox and creates an experience where people can find balance within themselves. They also can work on a global level to create change.

As we continue to evolve, we each have the opportunity to transform old programming, old belief systems, imprints or anything else that holds us back.

As you continue to grow into the higher vibration, you will more easily tap into or connect with your universal self. This channel opens you to how that can happen.

Here is a chance for you to re-program your body from the cellular level to the electrical, to the energy. Living in a higher frequency means your body will adjust.

For so long, humanity has been living on and straddling multiple timelines. These timelines are in alignment with various frequencies and potentials. We are now letting go of the timeline and frequency of control and manipulation; this is what allows us to step into this higher frequency timeline.

This channel is really strong about not only a new beginning but starting the new year as a new beginning, at a higher frequency. Here is a chance to clear the past, and move forward!

During this time of ascension, each of us will fully reunite within our I AM or soul essence. Sananda is the blend of many world religions including Yeshua, Buddha, Mohamed, Abraham, and Krishna. Yeshua speaks of this reuniting and how that will become a part of our own lives.
