In today’s episode, we’re talking about what it means to build SAFE community. I talked about how community for women and mothers is important, the SAFE acronym, and the launch of the community I'm building to help support other women in need.

On this episode of God's Deauxmane, we discuss how women tend to point the finger and shame other women yet they have been in similar situations. Internalized misogyny has women at each others necks when we have all been victims. We don't have to stay in the victim mindset though. In order to evolve we must heal, and to do that we must release shame.

Women are full of shame that they refuse to heal. They don't heal and create these toxic relationships with other toxic people. We wont be able to progress if we cant heal enough to trust each other,. and know that we aren't alone.
