Releasing & Letting Go Meditation
This meditation invites you to soften and release — to gently let go of what no longer serves you. It may be outworn stories, beliefs, self-concepts, or simply whatever feels ready to shift in this moment.Originally created as part of a women’s group process, this practice honours choice and ease, there’s no force or striving here, only gentle awareness and permission to let go in your own way.You may wish to close your eyes as you listen, allowing the sound of the ocean in the background to support your process of release and renewal.

Wise Being Connection Guided Meditation
This is an imaginal process style of meditation where we journey together to a mountain glade and connect with a wise being/wise aspects of the Self. There are elements of Psychosynthesis psychology woven into this meditation. You don't need to "visualize" to get the benefits of this kind of meditation.
