    Why Miracles?

This Sunday, Pastor Lizzy is kicking off a new series on the miracles of Jesus by looking at John 20:30–31 and asking a key question: What are miracles really for? We often admire the miracles Jesus performed—but sometimes we stop there. In this message, we’ll explore how these miracles are actually signs meant to point us beyond themselves to who Jesus truly is. They aren’t just impressive moments—they reveal His identity as Saviour, strengthen our faith, and invite us into real life with Him. Whether you’re exploring faith for the first time or trying to hold onto it in a difficult season, this message will challenge and encourage you to not just look for a miracle—but to follow where it leads: all the way to Jesus.

    Treasure and Trust

Stephanie will be preaching from Jesus’ words: “Where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.” This powerful teaching invites us to take an honest look at what we truly value. What we treasure most reveals where our hearts really are. Together we’ll reflect on what we cherish as our highest treasure and how Jesus calls us to orient our hearts toward what truly lasts.

    Jesus says...Forgive!

This Sunday, Pastor Lizzy continues our Jesus Says series by looking at one of Jesus’ hardest teachings: forgiveness. In Matthew 6, right in the middle of the Lord’s Prayer, Jesus connects how we receive forgiveness from God with how we extend it to others. We’ll talk honestly about how unforgiveness can take root in our hearts, why it’s so hard to let go, and how remembering what Jesus has done for us changes everything. This message will challenge us to look inward, release what we’re holding onto, and begin the process of real, heart-level forgiveness.

    Jesus says...Love your Enemies

This Sunday, we’re looking at one of Jesus’ most challenging teachings from Matthew 5:43–48: loving your enemies. It’s not hard to understand, but it is hard to live out. We’ll explore how Jesus defines love not as a feeling but as an action, calling us to do good, speak blessings, and pray for those who hurt us. This kind of love reflects the heart of God and sets His people apart. Join us as we discover how Jesus can transform our hearts and help us take real steps toward loving others…even our enemies.

    He Is Risen (Easter)

This Resurrection Sunday, we celebrate Jesus’ victory over sin and death. The light of the resurrection has dawned, and therefore, the tomb is still empty, Jesus is still alive, His promises still hold, God still uses ordinary people, and the Gospel still saves. Because He lives, we have hope, purpose, and new life. Join us as we discover how the resurrection still changes everything.

    The Cost Of Following Jesus

In Luke 9:57–62, we discover what it truly means to follow Jesus. Through this passage, we see that while many are willing to say “yes” to Jesus, our decisions often reveal hesitation, delay, or divided priorities beneath the surface. Jesus challenges would-be followers to count the cost, to put Him first, even above good and meaningful responsibilities, and to move forward without looking back. This message invites us to reflect on our own response—whether we’ve been holding back, putting things off, or clinging to the past—and calls us to a wholehearted commitment to follow Jesus.

    Called for Purpose

What does it really mean to follow Jesus? In Mark 3:14, we see that Jesus first called His disciples not to accomplish great things, but simply to be with Him. In this message, we explore the three movements of discipleship—being with Jesus, becoming like Jesus, and being sent by Jesus—and how a real relationship with Him transforms our lives and our purpose.

    Ordinary People, Exraordinary Call

This Sunday, we will look at Luke 6:12–16, where Jesus chooses His twelve apostles. Before making this decision, Jesus spent the entire night in prayer, and then He chose a surprising group: fishermen, a tax collector, a skeptic, a political radical, and other very ordinary people. None of them were the most educated, influential, or impressive by the world’s standards. Their story reminds us that Jesus builds His church with ordinary people who are willing to follow Him. The apostles differed in personality, background, and abilities, but they shared a common trait: they spent time with Jesus and were willing to go where He led. This message challenges us to see that God still calls ordinary people today, and when we walk closely with Jesus, He can do extraordinary things in and through us.

    Follow Me

In Luke 5, Jesus tells Peter to go back out into deep water after a long, unsuccessful night of fishing. It didn’t make sense, but Peter obeyed for one reason: “Because You say so.” This Sunday’s message is about trusting Jesus’ call, even though what He calls us to may be uncertain. Throughout Scripture, from Exodus 3 to Isaiah 6 and Jeremiah 1, God calls ordinary people who feel unqualified, and He reminds them, “I will be with you.” We will learn through this message that the best place to be is wherever Jesus calls. Will you trust Him when He calls?

    Light In The Darkness

This Sunday, we’ll look at the moment when Jesus begins His public ministry and announces the arrival of God’s Kingdom. Matthew describes a world sitting in darkness—spiritually lost, discouraged, and far from God—but into that darkness Jesus arrives as the great light. Just as sunrise changes everything, the coming of Jesus brings hope, clarity, and a new direction for our lives. His message is simple but life-changing: repent and turn to God because the Kingdom of heaven has come near. Together we’ll explore what it means to step out of darkness and live in the light of Christ.

    Tested In The Wilderness

Temptation is something every one of us faces. We often believe we’re stronger than we really are and confident we won’t step too close to the edge. But our own strength is not enough. In this message, we look at how Jesus was tempted in the wilderness through the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, and how He overcame. The good news is that Jesus is not distant from our struggle. He has faced temptation, defeated the enemy, and walks with us in ours. Because of His victory, there is always a way out.

  13. 6

    Beloved Son

In this message, we learn how our deepest struggles stem not from our circumstances but from who we believe we are. In Matthew 3:17, we see the Father speak over Jesus before He ever begins His public ministry, reminding us that identity comes before anything else. We’ll talk honestly about the voices that try to define us, including our culture, past wounds, fear, and our own inner critics, and contrast them with what God says about us: that He is near, that we belong, and that He delights in us. Together we’ll be invited to slow down, listen for the Father’s voice, and learn to live from His truth instead of the world’s.

  14. 5

    God’s Kingdom is Here

This Sunday we’ll be talking about what it means to live with less fear and more trust because God is truly near. We’ll look at Jesus’ opening words in Mark 1:14–15, where He announces that the time has come and the Kingdom of God is at hand, and unpack what that really means for everyday life. The message will speak to the real anxieties many of us carry and contrast the world’s pressure to worry and fear with Jesus’ invitation to turn toward Him and learn to trust and rest in Him as King. We’ll also consider what that kind of faith could look like on an ordinary Monday morning, and what might change if our church increasingly became a community marked by peace instead of fear, and trust grounded in the nearness of God’s Kingdom.

    Behold The Lamb of God

This week, Pastor Lizzy will explore how our lives are shaped by whatever holds our attention and invite us to ask what or who we are truly beholding. Beginning with everyday experiences of distraction that lead to confusion, we will look to John the Baptist’s declaration in John 1:29: “Behold, the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world.” We will unpack what it means to behold Jesus; truly seeing, hearing, comprehending, and then testifying about Him, and why John presents Jesus not merely as a teacher or example, but as God’s sacrificial Lamb whose work is sufficient for the whole world. We will be challenged individually and as a church to behold Jesus, allowing that focus to bring clarity, unity, and bold witness, so that instead of being driven by the loudest distractions around us, we become a people defined by the One we behold.

    The Word Before The World

As we begin a Jesus-centered year, this message launches a new series asking the essential question, Who is Jesus—really? We often prefer versions of Jesus that fit our needs or ideas, but this series sets those aside to discover the real Jesus revealed in Scripture. Beginning in John 1, we see Jesus not starting in history but existing before creation as the eternal Word—fully God, Creator of all things, the source of life and light, and the unchanging constant who holds everything together. Though the world He made did not recognize or receive Him, John proclaims the good news that all who do receive Him are given new life as children of God, leading us to respond in faith, worship, and awe before the true Jesus who loves us.
