Episode 7. When you open the cage...
In this new episode of Her True Story, I share Claire’s story — a woman who was afraid of her own anger. So she did what many of us have learned to do:👉 she kept it inside👉 she tried to stay calm👉 she avoided conflictUntil one day… it all came out. Here, I explore a different way to look at our emotions. Not as something to control or suppress. But as something to listen to, express, and release.✨ Because emotions are not the enemy.✨ They are messages. And when you “open the cage”… they don’t attack.👉 They move.👉 They pass.👉 They free you.

Episode 6. Mirror, Mirror... finding the beauty you ignore
This episode is about how we struggle sometimes to see our own value, our skills, the beauty & and the light in us, because the story we carry about who we are was built years ago and never updated. Sometimes all it takes is changing perspective, holding a new mirror, looking at yourself through a new lens. That's what coaching does. Reflecting back to you the beauty in you that you have been ignoring for too long.

Episode 5. Your Value was never Your Title
If you are currently navigating a transition this one is for you!In my coaching practice, I’ve met many brilliant, successful women who felt suddenly 'uninteresting', 'invisible' after going through a professional transition: a resignation, an expatriation, a redundancy, a retirement. As if their whole identity was encapsulated in & limited to that social role. They cannot see their intrinsic value beyond the title or position they no longer have. They feel that they no longer matter. This episode is about: ✨ identity beyond performance ✨ self-worth beyond status ✨ reconnecting to your intrinsic valueYou will realize that your value was never your title.

Episode 4. Stop fixing, start loving
In this episode, I talk about the challenges we sometimes face in accepting people for who they truly are - be it our beloved ones, our colleagues or our friends. Because we care, we may be tempted to 'fix' them so that they better match the POTENTIAL we see in them. But by doing so, we take from them their power to learn by themselves, even if it is the hard way, and we project expectations on them that may feel hard for them to satisfy. Result: misunderstanding, judgement, disappointment, distance. When all we wanted was care & help. This is an invitation to stop trying to fix them, to let them be who they are, and love them as they are.
