Christy Morgan - Practical Steps to See the Fruit of the Spirit in Our Life | Ep.4
Do you ever wonder why you don't see the fruit of the Spirit in your life more than you do? Have you walked with the Lord for years and yet still feel like you are going around the same mountain? Do you feel like you are in a season where more of the ugly is coming out than the good stuff? Then tune in to hear what our guest, Christy Morgan, has to say about her journey of how God put her in a 'furnace' that caused ingrained beliefs to surface and how He led her on a path of healing and breakthrough. Christy Morgan, an author and teacher, once alien to the kingdom of God and to its King, has found a new life in Christ Jesus. In surrender to His perfect love, she has acknowledged His Word and His will with the help and support of the Holy Spirit. She spent years trapped in addiction, insecurities, and torment, searching for peace and fulfillment in alcohol, drugs, pornography, and same-sex relationships. In 2002, she had a radical encounter with Jesus that changed her life forever. She believes that Jesus not only saves, but He is faithful to His promise to '...heal the broken-hearted and set the captives free.' The Word of God says, 'Be transformed by the renewing of your mind…' She doesn't believe that promise comes with exceptions. The question is, "How do we walk this out, what does this journey look like, and why is all of this important. We will explore all of this here on His Wonderful Works Podcast. Who is this for? Christians searching for sexual and relational wholeness and for those who lead and walk with them. Connect with us at www.hiswonderfulworks.com .
