Hope Bible Church GA Podcast - Question & Answers - Vol.3
by Pastor David O'Steen
Volume 3 (155-231)Hope Bible Church believes the King James Bible is the inspired word of God. We emphasize "rightly dividing the word of truth" (2 Tim. 2:15) as the key to understanding Scripture. This involves distinguishing between God's prophetic kingdom program for Israel and the mystery program for the Body of Christ. While all Scripture is for us, we recognize that the apostle Paul is the designated spokesman for the Body of Christ in this current dispensation of grace. We follow Paul's pattern and revelations, which were kept secret until revealed through him (Rom. 16:25).

Q&A 172 Contact us through our website: https://hopebiblechurchga.com/ At Hope Bible Church we believe that the King James Bible is the inspired and preserved word of God (2 Tim. 3:16) and that "rightly dividing the word of truth" (2 Tim. 2:15) is the key to understanding the Bible. All scripture is for us, but it was not all written to and about us. To rightly divide the word of truth is to recognize and consistently maintain the clear divisions that God put in the scripture. The main division in the word of God is between the prophetic kingdom program of Israel (concerns that which was spoken by the prophets since the world began, Acts 3:21) and the mystery program of the Body of Christ (concerns that which was kept secret since the world began until it was revealed through the apostle Paul, Rom. 16:25). Christ chose Paul to be the pattern and spokesman for the Body of Christ to follow in this present dispensation of grace (1 Cor. 4:16-17; 11:1; Phil. 4:9; 1 Tim. 1:12-16).Buy our new book on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/Study-Notes-Ba...

(1 Cor. 6:12)3. Is it a stumblingblock to my weaker brother? (1 Cor. 8:9)4. Is it spiritually edifying? (1 Cor. 10:23)5. Does it glorify God? (1 Cor. 10:31)
