Our eyes and hearts have turned to Goma, DR Congo this week as violent conflict escalated between M23 rebels (back by Rwanda) and Congolese forces.Mission partner Martin Gordon, Bishop of Goma, is actually featured in this current episode of Hope from the Edges – recorded before he was forced to leave the area with his family for safety.It’s been a stark reminder that mission at the edges in our world is unpredictable, challenging and sometimes perilous.And yet, God has been at work – as you’ll see in this episode – in Goma, in the Middle East and in Cumbria.
