This sounds very difficult at first but we can use several examples of what we do not actually “see” but have a belief in their existence, for example, wind, love and possibilities. Ep. 2 - I Am Practically Spiritual - Lessons review 8 to 14
In this episode, we briefly review lessons 7 through 14. The theme of the episode centers on the importance of what and where we focus our attention, because our attention/thoughts are energy.
