i Know Jesus Christ

From his pulpit in the mountains above the Sea of Galilee Jesus shared two important items regarding Christian influence. In this episode we look at Matthew 5 and briefly underscore the fact that knowing Jesus means we'll be a purifying influence on the world around us.

Is it possible to be too religious? Paul thought so when he visited with the men of Athens in Acts 17. He went on to contrast their religion which honored many gods with true religion which honors the One Creator of the universe. In this episode we spend a little time discussing characteristics of the One God as seen in Acts 17.

God thinks of everything! While it's true that hurt comes into our life because of the devil, God can take that hurt and change it into purpose. What is that purpose? God says you can turn that hurt into help and comfort others when they are going through a season of difficulty. In this episode we focus on the words of Paul in 2 Corinthians 1:1-5.
