    How to Move Stuck Energy

In this episode of the Inner RAE podcast, Katie Bruzzone and Erin Watt dive into a personal story about moving stuck energy and getting out of their own way. Even the creation of this episode was a continuation of that theme and we let it be and released it anyway. When you get out of the process and into the feelings, and allow things to be messy and authentic, magic happens. We brought the episode home with a meditation that’s part of the Expand Your Higher Self curriculum. Diving Into Katie's Story

In this episode of the Inner RAE podcast, Erin Watt interviews Katie Bruzzone about her personal journey leading up to her reconnecting with Erin and joining the team at Inner RAE Coaching. Katie’s story begins with her highly creative and expressive childhood with little to no barriers to shining her Inner RAE in the world. In early adolescence, she encountered addiction and abuse in someone she was close to and had to find ways to shut down, hide and go inward to feel safe. This led to a pattern of abusive relationships, pain and self abandonment. In her 20’s she had a “date with the divine” that dramatically shifted her perspective and took her on a healing journey to uncover and amplify her Inner RAE again.
