This was a completely unplanned episode, but I felt compelled to talk about anxiety a bit today! I just know that this is way too common in our lives and the Lord wants so much more for us! Stop the spiral and turn to Him! Reminder: YOU ARE NOT ALONE! <3

Ever felt like you had no control over anything? That is because you weren't designed to! The Lord is so kind and merciful to hold our lives in the palm of His hand and orchestrate all things for the good of those who love Him!

There are so many reasons to cover god! In this episode, Addison and I attempt to cover them as quickly as we can (haha), but it is so hard when HE IS JUST SO GOOD! Praise the Lord that He is exactly who He is!!!!!

There are so many feelings with leaving the simplicity and people of summer to go back to the busyness of school! Here is the truth about the peace of the Lord and His desire for our busy schedules! Praying for y'all's semesters and that this is a semester of change, joy, and growth!

This is a reminder of the grace and love that God has for you! When facing the guilt that comes with sin, lay it down at the feet of Jesus and remember that HE HAS PAID IT ALL! He only sees redemption when He looks at you, and He calls you beloved!

Every year, I set a word that I want to be conscious of implementing in my way of life. This is an episode honoring the faithfulness of the Lord in this season! I hope that this serves to encourage y'all that He is good and kind! The practice of surrender is difficult, but absolutely rewarding and I am here to walk with y'all through that!

Listen to these prayers and repeat them out loud if you need guidance in asking the Lord for wisdom and discernment in your life! Decision making is hard, but the load is lifted when you realize that you do not have to do it alone! He is with you every step of the way!

Here is a recap of all of the notes that I took at Passion 2024! It was such a delightful experience filled with the Spirit and love of God's people. I left feeling incredibly encouraged to know that our generation has such zeal for the heart of the Lord, and I hope this serves to encourage y'all of His faithfulness and kindness!

We are at WAR against the enemy to regain peace and joy in our daily lives. We have to fight panic attacks and anxiety with truth and the promise of the Lord. Meditate on these three prayers when you are feeling anxious, worried, or having a panic attack. Allow the Lord to give you His peace. Let's fight together!

How would you serve the Father if you were not so consumed with hating your reflection in the mirror? God has called you loved from day dot and the way you look will never change that. Your body is the least interesting thing about you.

Y'all, I think this is the worst organized podcast episode that I have ever made, BUT it is real and it is honest! I gave a couple verses that encourage prayer and constant communication from us to the Lord and then rambled a bit! As always, thankful y'all are here!

Y'all this is so raw and vulnerable because it is quite honestly the struggle of the week for me right now. Just know that no matter what you do or do not accomplish today, your value will never change. You have already been chosen and you will never be more loved than you are right now.

These are just some practical tips that I have learned over the years that have brought goodness and joy to my life that I wanted to share with y'all!

The age old question that seems inexplicable (and kind of is) until we turn to the Bible and look at the Story Of Job! God has you in His hands always, though He may give and though He may take away. All we can do is praise Him through it all!

Relationships are hard and even harder when they are not led in truth. Hopefully this serves to help us all recenter our relationships and our hearts on the Lord and trust in His plan!

This is such an inarticulate little podcast just about all of the little thoughts running around in my mind as of late. There is no main point and no flow to what I am saying, but I just wanted to share exactly what is on my heart and encourage y'all if y'all are facing any of the same struggles and anxieties!

An episode on the differences between joy and happiness with my roommate, Lily! Plus all of the other random things we have a tendency to go off path to. An all over the place episode with a little bit of wisdom, too many loud laughs, and a whole lot of truth!

It is so easy to forget that God has placed us where we are with purpose and intention, but that is the what holds true. Take a deep breath and find peace in knowing that you do not need to be further along, in a different place, or with new people. It is okay to rest exactly where you are and remind yourself that you were placed with a purpose.
