A podcast about jiu jitsu, that is going to preview and review all the big events, from ADCC to IBJJF. If you want to follow the elite competition scene in grappling, give us a listen. Hosts Ross and Calum train at SBG Aberdeen in Scotland. Ross is a black belt and the main coach at the club. Calum is a brown belt competitor, who won silver as a purple belt at the 2023 IBJJF no gi Europeans.

A podcast about jiu jitsu, that is going to preview and review all the big events, from ADCC to IBJJF. If you want to follow the elite competition scene in grappling, give us a listen. Hosts Ross and Calum train at SBG Aberdeen in Scotland. Ross is a black belt and the main coach at the club. Calum is a brown belt competitor, who won silver as a purple belt at the 2023 IBJJF no gi Europeans.
