Keep Me Curvy

Losing weight as a woman can be emotionally, mentally and physically exhausting. We often find ourselves in a never ending cycle of yo-yo dieting, overwhelmed and confused by all of the conflicting fitness and nutritional advice we come across on a near daily basis. As women we are inherently wise, we know how to lose weight but don’t why we fail time and time again. Keep Me Curvy exists to clear all of the confusion once and for all and show you how to holistically and naturally lose weight whilst still maintaining a curvy, feminine physique. This podcast is an extension of Keep Me Curvy The Feminine Weight Loss Method created by Carrissa Kai, who is also your host for the show. Like many women Carrissa had struggled with her weight since childhood, before finally reaching a point where she was clinically obese.
